Self-assembly of Au/MoS_(2) quantum dots core-satellite hybrid as efficient electrocatalyst for hydrogen production

Ultra-small MoS_(2) quantum dots(QDs)with an average size of 2.48 nm coated on Au nanoparticles with a core-satellite structure(Au/MoS_(2) QDs)are successfully prepared by a self-assembly strategy through the strong bonding between Au and *** from the unique structure,the Au/MoS_(2) QDs hybrid exhibits outstanding electrocatalytic performance toward hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).The Au/MoS_(2) QDs hybrid needs overpotentials of 112,146,and 206 mV to approach current densities of 10,20,and 50 mA·cm^(−2) in 0.5 mol·L^(−1) H_(2)SO_(4)(pH=0.3),*** a low Tafel slope(83 mV·dec^(−1))is *** catalyst also displays satisfactory stability and durability,indicating a negligible current density loss after 20 h of *** high hydrogen generation activities and stability are attributed to the great number of active sites,high conductivity and synergistic effects between gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)and MoS_(2) *** but not least,this strategy opens up a favorable way to combine MoS_(2) QDs with other metals.

With the rapid development of flexible wearable electronics,the demand for stretchable energy storage devices has *** this work,a novel gradient-layered architecture was design based on single-pore hollow lignin nanospheres(HLNPs)-intercalated two-dimensional transition metal carbide(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene)for fabricating highly stretchable and durable *** depositing and inserting HLNPs in the MXene layers with a bottom-up decreasing gradient,a multilayered porous MXene structure with smooth ion channels was constructed by reducing the overstacking of MXene ***,the micro-chamber architecture of thin-walled lignin nanospheres effectively extended the contact area between lignin and MXene to improve ion and electron accessibility,thus better utilizing the pseudocapacitive property of *** these strategies effectively enhanced the capacitive performance of the *** addition,HLNPs,which acted as a protective phase for MXene layer,enhanced mechanical properties of the wrinkled stretchable electrodes by releasing stress through slip and deformation during the stretch-release cycling and greatly improved the structural integrity and capacitive stability of the *** electrodes and symmetric flexible all-solid-state supercapacitors capable of enduring 600%uniaxial tensile strain were developed with high specific capacitances of 1273 mF cm^(−2)(241 F g^(−1))and 514 mF cm^(−2)(95 F g^(−1)),***,their capacitances were well preserved after 1000 times of 600%stretch-release *** study showcased new possibilities of incorporating biobased lignin nanospheres in energy storage devices to fabricate stretchable devices leveraging synergies among various two-dimensional nanomaterials.

Objective:To evaluate the prevalence and divergence of genetically identified Leptospira *** the population of Rattus ***:A total of 130 rats were used in this *** infection within the rats were screened using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based diagnosis,with Leptospira genusspecific 16 S r RNA primer and pathogenic Leptospira *** Lip L32 primer,on both kidney and liver tissues of Rattus rattus to detect the presence of potential Leptospira ***:Out of 130 rats studied,51(39.23%)individuals were positive for leptospiral *** Local Alignment Search Tool(BLAST)and phylogenetic analysis revealed that both pathogenic Leptospira interrogans and Leptospira borgpetersenii were predominantly ***,both genes disclosed similar clustering patterns of tree topologies between the two *** both genes were conserved,Lip L32 gene portrayed higher nucleotide divergence(5.80%)compared to the 16 S r RNA gene(0.60%).Minimum-spanning network displayed several haplotypes that are unique to each species,suggesting a higher degree of subdivision between both *** for prevalence surveillance,both adult and subadult rats were susceptible to the infection,in which males were the most *** was notable as the favourable organ for colonisation of *** captured from fresh markets were highly infected with Leptospira spp.(54.28%)compared to those from housing areas(26.47%).Conclusions:Rattus rattus represents an important asymptomatic transmitter of pathogenic leptospires,and hence is of public health concerns.

A simple approach to enhance the photocatalytic activity of red phosphorus（P） was developed.A mechanical ball milling method was applied to reduce the size of red P and to deposit graphene quantum dots onto red P. The product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, contact angle measurements, zeta-potential measurements, X-ray diffraction and UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. The product exhibited high visible-light-driven photocatalytic performance in the photodegradation of rhodamine B.

Dual versus single antiplatelet therapy for patients with long-term oral anticoagulation undergoing coronary intervention： a systematic review and meta-analysis

Objective The main aim of this meta-analysis is to compare the efficacy and safety of dual versus single antiplatelet therapy for pa- tients taking oral anticoagulation （OAC） after coronary intervention. Background The optimal regimen remains controversial for patients taking OAC after coronary intervention. Methods PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials were searched for eligible studies including data of triple therapy （TT） versus OAC plus single antiplatelet therapy for patients requiring OAC after coronary intervention. The primary outcome was major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular event （MACCE）. The safety outcome was major bleeding. Results Fourteen studies with 32,825 patients were included. Among prospective studies, patients with TT had a trend toward a higher risk of major bleeding [odds ratios （OR）： 1.56, 95% confidence interval （CI）： 0.98-2.49, P = 0.06] and a markedly higher risk of all-cause death （OR; 2.11, 95% CI： 1.10-4.06 P = 0.02） compared with OAC plus clopidogrel. Meanwhile, TT was associated with decreased risks of MACCE （OR： 0.63, 95% CI： 051-0.77 P 〈 0.0001）, all-cause death （OR： 0.45, 95% CI： 0.20-0.97, P = 0.04）, and stroke/transient ischemic attack （TIA）/peripheral embolism （PE）（OR= 0.29, 95% CI： 0.09~3.96, P = 0.04） compared with OAC plus aspirin. Conclusions For pa- tients requiring OAC after coronary intervention, OAC plus clopidogrel may bring more clinical net benefit than TT, whereas OAC plus aspirin should be the last choice. More large-size randomized control trials are needed to confirm these findings.
