In the disturbance of unsteady flow field under the sea, the monitoring accuracy and precision of the bottom-mounted acoustic monitoring platform will decrease. In order to reduce the hydrodynamic interference, the platform wrapped with fairing structure and separated from the retrieval unit is described. The suppression effect evaluation based on the correlation theory of sound pressure and particle velocity for spherical wave in infinite homogeneous medium is proposed and the difference value between them is used to evaluate the hydrodynamic restraining performance of the bottom-mounted platform under far field condition. Through the sea test, it is indicated that the platform with sparse layers fairing structure(there are two layers for the fairing, in which the inside layer is 6-layers sparse metal net, and the outside layer is 1-layer polyester cloth, and then it takes sparse layers for short) has no attenuation in the sound pressure response to the sound source signal, but obvious suppression in the velocity response to the hydrodynamic noise. The effective frequency of the fairing structure is decreased below 10 Hz, and the noise magnitude is reduced by 10 d B. With the comparison of different fairing structures, it is concluded that the tighter fairing structure can enhance the performance of sound transmission and flow restraining.

AIM： To investigate the association of polymorphisms of nur-related receptor 1 （Nurrl） and development of alcohol dependence in Mexican Americans. METHODS： Peripheral blood samples were collected from 374 alcoholic and 346 nonalcoholic Mexican Amer- icans; these two groups were sex- and age-matched. Sample DNA was extracted and genomic DNA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction. The -2922（C） 2-3 polymerase chain reaction products were digested with Sau96I, alleles of 1345（g/C）, and -1198（C/g） in the regulatory region as well as Ex＋132 （g/T/A/C） and Ex＋715（T/-） in exon 3 were studied by sequencing. RESULTS： The C2/C2, C2/C3, C3/C3 genotype distribu- tion of -2922（C） 2-3 was 34.4%, 38.2% and 27.5% in the nonalcoholic group compared to 23.3%, 51.2% and 25.4% in the alcoholic group （P = 0.001）. The C/C, C/g ,g/g genotype distribution of -1198（C/6） was 23.5%, 46.1% and 30.3% in the nonalcoholic group compared to 13.9%, 50.9% and 35.3% in the alcoholic group （P = 0.007）. However, the -1345 （g/C）, Ex3＋132（g/T/A/C） and Ex3＋715（T/-） alleles were not polymorphic in Mex- ican Americans, and all those studied had g/g, g/g and T/T genotype for these three alleles, respectively. The -2922（C） 2-3 did not show allele level difference be- tween alcoholic and nonalcoholic individuals, but -1198 （C/g） showed a significant allele frequency difference between alcoholic （39.3%） and nonalcoholic （46.6%） populations （P = 0.005）. Excluding obese individuals, significant differences were found at both genotypic and allelic levels for the -2922（C） 2-3 polymorphism （P = 0.000 and P = 0.049） and the -1198 （C/g） polymor- phism （P = 0.008 and P = 0.032） between nonobese alcoholics and nonobese controls. Excluding smokers, a significant difference was found only at the genotypic level for the -2922（C） 2-3 polymorphism （P = 0.037） between nonsmoking alcoholics and nonsmoking con- trols, but only at the allelic level for the -1198（C/g） polymorphism （P = 0.034）. 全面深化产教融合是新时代推动职业教育高质量发展的关键所在。为厘清我国职业教育产教融合政策话语聚焦与变迁之图景,以2000一2022年教育部及教育部职业教育与成人教育司《工作要点》为研究对象,采用文本分析法构建了我国职业教育“产教融合”政策关注的五大维度二十二要素分析框架。研究发现,2000一2022年间我国职业教育产教融合政策主要聚焦培养模式创新、办学体制改革、办学条件建设、教育教学改革、相关制度建设等五大核心议题。基于各要素频次统计分析所得出的结果,结合产教融合相关政策可知,这一时期我国产教融合政策变迁从原先教育端的“单向奔赴”,到产教系统的“双向对接”,再到当前的政行企校协同、产教深度融合。未来我国职业教育产教融合政策仍需进一步提升科学性、实效性与系统性,推进政策真正落地生根。

Objective: To discuss the association between FgFR4 gene polymorphism rs351855(glu388Aly) and the susceptibility and chemotherapeutic effect of cervical cancer infected by high-risk type HPV. Methods: A total of 162 patients with high-risk HPV cervical cancer and 162 healthy women were collected and the genotypes of the FgFR4 rs351855 locus were detected. The genotype distributions in the two groups were compared. The cervical cancer patients were divided into four groups which namely good therapeutic effect group and bad therapeutic effect, recurrence or metastasis and no recurrence or metastasis group respectively, and the risks of different genotype on the curative effect and prognosis were analyzed by Logistic regression. The survival time of patients with different genotypes was compared. Results: There was no statistic difference in FgFR4 rs351855 genotype distribution between the patients group and control group(P>0.05), among which the risk of chemotherapy failure on gA+AA patients was 3.257 times as much as that of the gg patients, and the risk of recurrence or metastasis of gA+AA patients was 2.783 times as much as that of the gg patients. For AA patients, the risk of chemotherapy failure and the risk of relapse and metastasis are 3.833 and 3.406 times, respectively, as much as that that of the gg patients. The overall survival of gA and AA patients was shorter than that of the gg patients, and significant difference was found(x^2=7.098, P=0.029). The difference in overall survival between gA+AA patients and gg patients was almost statistically significant(x^2=3.634, P=0.057). Conclusions: The FgFR4 rs351855 polymorphism is not associated with the susceptibility of high-risk HPV cervical cancer, but patients with gene A was at higher risk of unfavourable chemotherapy prognosis compared with patients with gg.

Chemical reactions and fate of the toxins of Bacillus thuringiensis （Bt） in the soil environment are causing increasing concerns due to the large-scale cultivation of transgenic Bt plants. In this study, the effect of ionic strength （0-1 000 mmol kg-1） adjusted by NaCl or CaCl2 on adsorption of Bt toxin by a lateritic red soil, a paddy soil and these soils after chemical removal of organic-bound or free Fe and Al oxides, as well as by pure minerals （goethite, hematite and gibbsite） which are widespread in these soils, were studied. The results indicated that when the supporting electrolyte was NaCl, the adsorption of Bt toxin by the lateritic red soil and paddy soil increased rapidly until the ionic strength reached 250 mmol kg-1 and then gradually slowed down with the increase of ionic strength; while in ease the supporting electrolyte was CaCl2, the adsorption of Bt toxin enhanced significantly at low ionic strength （〈 10 mmol kg-1） and then decreased as the ionic strength increased. The adsorption of Bt toxin by the tested minerals and soils after the removal of organic-bound or free Fe and Al oxides also increased with increasing ionic strength controlled by NaCl. Removing organic-bound Fe and Al oxides obviously increased the adsorption of Bt toxin in the tested soils. Differently, removing free Fe and Al oxides increased the Bt adsorption by the paddy soil, but decreased the adsorption by the lateritic red soil. The study indicated that the varieties of ionic strength and the presence of Ve and Al oxides affected the adsorption of Bt toxin by the soils, which would contribute to the further understanding of the fate of Bt toxin in the soil environment and provide references for the ecological risk assessment of transgenic Bt plants.

A scheme is proposed for the controlled teleportation of an arbitrary two-atom state via special W-type entangled states and QED cavity. The scheme does not involve the direct joint Bell-state-measurement （BSM）. We show that the quantum information is split into two parts~ thus the original atomic state cannot be perfectly restored by the receiver without the other agent＇s collaboration and classical communication. In addition, the physical realization of this scheme is not difficult.

In the article, an improved variational inference （VI） framework for learning finite Beta-Liouville mixture models （BLM） is proposed for proportional data classification and clustering. Within the VI framework, some non-linear approximation techniques are adopted to obtain the approximated variational object functions. Analytical solutions are obtained for the variational posterior distributions. Compared to the expectation maximization （EM） algorithm which is commonly used for learning mixture models, underfitting and overfitting events can be prevented. Furthermore, parameters and complexity of the mixture model （model order） can be estimated simultaneously. Experiment shows that both synthetic and real-world data sets are to demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of the proposed method.

As a key te..hnology in the field of advanced manufacturing, an open architecture controller is studied. In order to develop an open architecture software-CNC system on personal computer （PC） according to open modular architecture controllers （OMAC）. First, the software and hardware platform is chosen and software realization methodology for the CNC system is determined. Second, static modeling methods of an open architecture controller inclusive of object-oriented （OO） programming technology, dynamic link library （DLL） technology and system modules partition are investigated. Third, the dynamical behavioral modeling and the data flow representation of open architecture controller are discussed, which are both described in hierarchy fmite state machine （FSM） model. Fourth, a reusable software module model is established to develop software function module library. Finally, a 3-axis milling machine tool test-bed, named for HIT-CNC, is successfully designed by means of the constructed software function module library and the system configuring method. The experimental results show that, besides increasing the degree of reusability and openness, application of above-mentioned method- ology leads to significant decrease of development time as well as maintenance cost.

Obesity paradox among elderly patients with coronary artery disease undergoing non-cardiac surgery

Background High body mass index （BMI） is a risk factor for chronic cardiac disease. However, mounting evidence supports that high BMI is associated with less risk of cardiac morbidity and mortality compared with normal BMI, also known as the obesity paradox. There- fore, we sought to determine the existence of the obesity paradox in regard to perioperative 30-day cardiac events among elderly Chinese patients with known coronary artery disease undergoing non-cardiac surgery. Methods A post-hoc analysis of a prospective, multi-institutional cohort study was performed. Patients aged 〉 60 years with a history of coronary artery disease and undergoing non-cardiac surgery were grouped according to BMI： underweight （〈 18.5 kg/m2）, normal weight （18.5-24.9 kg/m2）, overweight （25-29.9 kg/m2） and obese （≥ 30 kg/m2）. Demographic information, perioperative clinical variables and incidence of 30-day postoperative cardiac adverse event were retrieved from a research database. Results We identified 1202 eligible patients （BMI： 24.3 ± 3.8 kg/m2）. Across BMI groups, a U-shaped distribution pattern of incidence of 30-day postoperative major cardiac events was observed, with the lowest risk in the overweight group. When using the normal-weight group as a reference, no difference was found in either the obesity or overweight groups in terms of a major cardiac adverse event （MACE）. However, risk of a 30-day postoperative MACE was significantly higher in the underweight group （odds ratio [OR] 2.916, 95% confidence interval [CI]： 1.072-7.931, P = 0.036）. Conclusion Although not statistically significant, the U-shaped relation between BMI and cardiac complications indicates the obesity paradox possibly exists.
