Co-free Li-rich layered oxides(LLOs)are emerging as promising cathode materials for Li-ion batteries due to their low cost and high ***,they commonly face severe structural instability and poor electrochemical activity,leading to diminished capacity and voltage ***,we introduce a Co-free LLO,Li_(1.167)Ni_(0.222)Mn_(0.611)O_(2)(Cf-L1),which features a cooperative structure of Li/Ni mixing and stacking *** structure regulates the crystal and electronic structures,resulting in a higher discharge capacity of 300.6 mA h g^(-1)and enhanced rate capability compared to the typical Co-free LLO,Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.2)Mn_(0.6)O_(2)(Cf-Ls).Density functional theory(DFT)indicates that Li/Ni mixing in LLOs leads to increased Li-O-Li configurations and higher anionic redox activities,while stacking faults further optimize the electronic interactions of transition metal(TM)3d and non-bonding O 2p ***,stacking faults accommodate lattice strain,improving electrochemical reversibility during charge/discharge cycles,as demonstrated by the in situ XRD of Cf-L1 showing less lattice evolution than *** study offers a structured approach to developing Co-free LLOs with enhanced capacity,voltage,rate capability,and cyclability,significantly impacting the advancement of the next-generation Li-ion batteries.

BACKGROUND Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is the most common primary epithelial salivary gland *** mostly occurs in the major or intraoral minor salivary glands but rarely in the infratemporal ***,we present a case of aggressive mucoepidermoid carcinoma in the infratemporal fossa with neck lymph node metastasis and also discuss diagnostic and treatment *** SUMMARY A 39-year-old woman with a mass located in the right submandibular area presented to our *** examination revealed lymphadenopathy on the right submandibular side measuring 2.5 cm×3 cm that was hard and had poor *** of nasal endoscopy were *** examination revealed an enlarged lymph node at level II of the right *** needle aspiration cytology of the metastatic lymph node revealed malignant cells with ***-enhanced computed tomography revealed an enhancing ill-defined soft tissue mass in the right infratemporal *** emission tomography/computed tomography revealed hyperintensity in the right infratemporal fossa along with lymphadenopathy at level II of the right-side lymph *** patient underwent extended resection of the primary tumor,and ipsilateral radical neck dissection was also ***-eosin staining and immunohistochemistry revealed a high-grade mucoepidermoid *** signs and symptoms of recurrence of the neoplasm were present after 20 mo of *** Positron emission tomography/computed tomography play a key role in primary tumor ***,histopathology and immunohistochemistry play pivotal roles in disease diagnosis.

Dynamic Pricing with Stochastic Reference Price Effect

We study a dynamic pricing problem of a firm facing stochastic reference price *** is incorporated in the formation of reference prices to capture either consumers’heterogeneity or exogenous factors that affect consumers’memory *** apply the stochastic optimal control theory to the problem and derive an explicit expression for the optimal pricing *** explicit expression allows us to obtain the distribution of the steady-state reference *** compare the expected steadystate reference price to the steady-state reference price in a model with deterministic reference price effect,and we find that the former one is always *** numerical study shows that the two steady-state reference prices can have opposite sensitivity to the problem parameters and the relative difference between the two can be very significant.

Probing dynamics of dark energy with latest observations

We examine the validity of the ACDM model and probe the dynamics of dark energy with the latest astronomical observations. Using the Ore（z） diagnosis, we find that various kinds of observational data are in tension within the ACDM framework. We then allow for dynamics of dark energy and investigate the constraint on dark energy parameters. We find that for two different kinds of parametri- sations of the equation of state parameter w, a combination of current data mildly favours an evolving w, although the significance is not sufficient for it to be supported by Bayesian evidence. A forecast of the DESI survey shows that the dynamics of dark energy could be detected at the 7σ confidence level and would be decisively supported by Bayesian evidence, if the best-fit model of w derived from current data is the true model.

We investigate nonlocal advantage of quantum coherence(NAQC)in a correlated dephasing channel modeled by themultimode bosonic *** obtain analytically the dephasing and memory factors of this channel for the reservoirhaving a Lorentzian spectral density,and analyze how they affect the NAQC defined by the l1 norm and relative *** is shown that the memory effects of this channel on NAQC are state-dependent,and they suppress noticeably the rapiddecay of NAQC for the family of input Bell-like states with one *** the given transmission time of each qubit,we also obtain the regions of the dephasing and memory factors during which there is NAQC in the output states.

Bibliometric analysis of soil phosphate solubilizing microorganisms research using VOSviewer

Phosphorus-solubilizing microbes play key roles in improving phosphorus availability and in alleviating phosphorus nutrient limitation in soils. However, we did not have a comprehensive understanding of the overall research progress and development trend of phosphorus solubilizing microorganisms. In this study, we obtain documents from the Web of Science (WOS) core collection between 2002 and 2022, and a comprehensive review of the progress of global research on soil phosphate solubilizing microorganisms was conducted by using the VOSviewer bibliometric analysis tool. The results showed an increasing trend in the number of published articles from 2002 to 2022. India, accounting for 28% of the total number of published articles, became the most productive country. However, Canada was the country with the highest average citation frequency of articles. Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) was the greatest contributor with the most publications. Among the published journals, Frontiers in Microbiology, Applied Soil Ecology and Plant and Soil were the top three core journals in this field. Based on the keyword analysis, the assessment of the mechanisms between phosphorus solubilizing microbes and the soil carbon cycles with the different management practices became the new research trend among the scientific communities. These findings would provide an important reference value for future in-depth research on soil phosphate solubilizing microorganisms.

Non-isothermal kinetics and characteristics of calcium carbide nitridation reaction with calcium-based additives

The nitridation reaction of calcium carbide and N_(2) at high temperatures is the key step in the production of ***,the challenges faced by this process,such as high energy consumption and poor product quality,are mainly attributed to the lack of profound understanding of the *** study aimed to improve this process by investigating the non-isothermal kinetics and reaction characteristics of calcium carbide nitridation reaction at different heating rates(10,15,20,and 30℃·min^(-1))using thermogravimetric *** kinetic equation for the nitridation reaction of additive-free calcium carbide sample was obtained by combining model-free methods and model-fitting *** effect of different calcium-based additives(CaCl_(2) and CaF_(2))on the reaction was also *** results showed that the calcium-based additives significantly reduced reaction temperature and activation energy E_(a) by about 40% with CaF_(2) and by 55%-60% with CaCl_(2).The reaction model f(α)was also changed from contracting volume(R3)to 3-D diffusion models with D3 for CaCl_(2) and D4 for CaF_(2).This study provides valuable information on the mechanism and kinetics of calcium carbide nitridation reaction and new insights into the improvement of the lime-nitrogen process using calcium-based additives.

To the Editor:Fecal immunochemical tests(FTTs)are immunoassays that are designed to detect human hemoglobin to indicate the occurrence of colonic neopla-sia,which have been widely used in global colorectal cancer(CRC)screening *** diagnostic studies demonstrated that strong gradient in site-specific sensitivity existed with typically higher rate for advanced adenoma located in distal colon/rectum than that in the proximal parts,which may be explained by the colonic transition time affecting the degradation of hemoglobin,and the shape of adenoma(pedunculated,flat,and sessile)in different anatomic regions.

Ultrasonic Nebulization Extraction Coupled with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry for Analysis of Volatile Components in Traditional Chinese Patent Medicine

The ultrasonic nebulization extraction（UNE） was developed and applied to the extraction of volatile components from traditional Chinese patent medicine Xiaoyao Pills. Several parameters of ultrasonic nebulization extraction including the sample particle size, solvent volume, extraction time and ultrasonic power were studied and selected. As a result, 2.4 g of sample with particle size of 80 mesh was extracted with 15 mL of n-hexane for 20 min at an ultrasonic power of 35 W. The volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） under the optimal conditions and 57 compounds were identified. The precision, repeatability and stability of the proposed method were also studied. Compared with ultrasonic-assisted extraction（UAE） and hydrodistillation（HD） extraction, the proposed method is more efficient, faster and easier to be operated at room temperature with smaller sample and energy consumption. It is suggested that the ultrasonic nebulization extraction can be used as a novel alternative method for the extraction of volatile components from traditional Chinese patent medicine.
