Development of Ti-Microalloyed 600 MPa Hot Rolled High Strength Steel

A high strength steel with yield strength on the order of 600 MPa was developed successfully with only addition of titanium alloying element based on a low-carbon steel. The results showed that the hot deformation accelerated ferrite and pearlite transformation and retarded bainite transformation under continuous cooling condition. The microstructure of this steel was mainly composed of fine grained ferrite and carbides distributing along the ferrite grain boundaries. The yield and tensile strengths of steels were about 620--650 MPa and 720--740 MPa, respectively, and the values of strain hardening exponent and plastic strain ratio were 0.12 and 0.80, respectively, thereby providing a good combination of strength with toughness. In short, the fine grained ferrite and TiC precipitation strengthening contributed to a high strength.

The Truong Son Fold Belt,located at the northeastern margin of the Indochina Block,is considered to be tectonically linked to the subduction of the Paleotethys Ocean and subsequent *** is one of the most important super large deposits of the Truong Son Fold *** LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating results show that granodiorite porphyry samples from the Sepon deposit have ages of 302.1-4-2.9 Ma, which is a crucial phase for magmatic-tectonical activities from the Late Carboniferous to Early Permian and has avital influence on the mineralization of copper and *** from granodiorite porphyry yields εHf (t)values of 4.32 to 9.64,and TDM2 has an average age of 914 Ma,suggesting that the source of the granodiorite porphyry in the region were mainly mantle components but underwent mixing and contamination of crust *** Ce^4+/Ce^3+ value of zircon in the granodiorite porphyry varys greatly from 2.4 to 1438.29,which shows magma mixing might *** the characteristics of trace elements in the zircon and the whole rock geochemical characteristics of intrusion rocks as well as the characteristics of regional volcanic-sedimentary association,it is indicated that the tectonic setting may be the continental arc *** Sepon Au-Cu deposit is derived from emplacement of calc-alkaline intermediate-acid magma with coming from deep sources in the subduction process of the Paleotethys Ocean,forming porphyry Mo-Cu,skam Cu-Au mineralization and a hydrothermal sedimentary-hosted Au mineralization in the wall rocks.

The Narooma-Batemans Bay(NBB)area along the southeast coast of Australia is a part of the eastern zone of the Early Paleozoic Lachlan *** the NBB,a set of rock association consisting of turbidites,siliceous rock,basic lava,and argillaceous melange zone is mainly *** to systematic field geological survey,the deformation of 3 stages(D1,D2,and D3)was identified in the *** stage D1,with the original bedding S0 in a nearly east-west trending as the deformation plane,tight folds,isoclinal folds,and other structures formed in the NBB accompanied by structural *** a result,crenulation cleavage developed along the axial plane of the folds and schistosity S1 *** stage D2,with north-south-trending schistosity S1 as the deformation plane,a large number of asymmetrical folds and rotated porphyroclasts formed owing to thrusting and *** stage D3,leftlateral strike-slip occurred along the main north-south-trending *** on the analysis of the characteristics of tectonic deformation in the NBB and summary of previous research results,it is determined that the early-stage(D1)deformation is related to Ordovician Macquarie arc-continent collision and the deformation at stages D2 and D3 is the result of the westward subduction of Paleo-Pacific *** is,it is not the continuous westward subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Plate that constitutes the evolution model of the NBB as previously considered.

AIM:To examine the prophylactic effect of glyceryl trinitrate on post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) pancreatitis and ***:Patients scheduled for ERCP were randomly divided into study group and placebo *** in study group and placebo group were treated with 5 mg glyceryl trinitrate and 100 mg vitamin C,respectively,5 min before endoscopic ***:A total of 74 patients were enrolled in the final ***-ERCP pancreatitis occurred in 3 patients(7.9%) of the study group and 9 patients(25%) in the placebo group(P = 0.012).Hyperamylasemia occurred in 8 patients of the study group(21.1%) and 13 patients(36.1%) of the placebo group(P = 0.037).CONCLUSION:Glyceryl trinitrate before ERCP can effectively prevent post-ERCP and hyperamylasemia.

Background Intrathecal anesthesia is commonly used for cesarean section. Bupivacaine and ropivacaine have all been used as intrathecal drugs. The minimum effective local anesthetic dose （MLAD） of intrathecal ropivacaine for nonobstetric patients has been reported. However, few data are available on the MLAD of hyperbaric ropivacine for obstetric patients and the relative potency to bupivacaine has not been fully determined. In this study, we sought to determine the MLAD of intrathecal ropivacaine and bupivacaine for elective cesarean section and to define their relative potency *** We enrolled forty parturients undergoing elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and randomized them to one of two groups to receive intrathecal 0.5% hyperbaric ropivacaine or *** initial dose was 10 mg, and was increased in increments of 1 mg, using the technique of up-down sequential allocation. Efficacy was accepted if adequate sensory dermatomal anesthesia to pin prick to T7 or higher was attained within 20 minutes after intrathecal injection, and required no supplementary epidural injection for procedure until at least 50 minutes after the intrathecal *** The intrathecal MLAD was 9.45 mg （95%confidence interval （CI）, 8.45-10.56 mg） for ropivacaine and 7.53 mg （95%CI, 7.00-8.10 mg） for bupivacaine. The relative potency ratio was 0.80 （95% Cl, 0.74-0.85） for ropivacaine/bupivacaine when given intrathecally in cesarean *** Ropivacaine is 20% less potent than bupivacaine during intrathecal anesthesia for cesarean delivery.

In order to investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of subthreshold voltage hysteresis(ΔV_(th,sub)) of 4 H-SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors(MOSFETs),4 H-SiC planar and trench MOSFETs and corresponding P-type planar and trench metal-oxide-semiconductor(MOS) capacitors are fabricated and *** with planar MOSFEF,the trench MOSFET shows hardly larger ΔV_(th,sub) in wide temperature range from 25 0 C to 300 0 *** operating temperature range is from 25 ℃ to 300 ℃,the off-state negative V_(gs) of planar and trench MOSFETs should be safely above-4 V and-2 V,respectively,to alleviate the effect of ΔV_(th,sub) on the normal *** the help of P-type planar and trench MOS capacitors,it is confirmed that the obvious ΔV_(th,sub) of 4 H-SiC MOSFET originates from the high density of the hole interface traps between intrinsic Fermi energy level(E_(i)) and valence band(E_(v)).The maximumΔV_(th,sub) of trench MOSFET is about twelve times larger than that of planar MOSFET,owing to higher density of interface states(D_(it)) between E_(i) and E_(v).These research results will be very helpful for the application of 4 H-SiC MOSFET and the improvement of ΔV_(th,sub) of 4 H-SiC MOSFET,especially in 4 H-SiC trench MOSFET.

Quadratic band crossing points(QBCPs)and quantum anomalous Hall effect(QAHE)have attracted the attention of both theoretical and experimental researchers in recent *** on first-principle calculations,we find that the FeB_(2) monolayer is a nonmagnetic semimetal with QBCPs at *** symmetry analysis and k·p invariant theory,we find that the QBCP is not protected by rotation symmetry and consists of two Dirac points with the same chirality(Berry phase of 2π).Once introducing Coulomb interactions,we find that there is a spontaneous-time-reversal-breaking instability of the spinful QBCPs,which gives rise to a C=2 QAH insulator with orbital moment ordering.

Aim： To examine the expression of prostate cancer antigen-1 （PCA-1） in prostate cancer （PCa） and to validate it as a potential marker for diagnosis of PCa. Methods： In situ hybridization analysis of PCA-1 mRNA expression was performed on 40 benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH）, 16 high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasm （HG-PIN）, 74 PCa and 34 other malignant carcinoma specimens. The level of PCA- 1 expression was semiquanfitatively scored by assessing both the percentage and intensity of PCA- 1 positive staining cells in the specimens. We then compared the PCA-1 expression between BPH, HG-PIN and PCa and evaluated the correlation of PCA-1 expression level with clinical parameters of PCa. Results： PCA-1 mRNA was expressed in the majority of both PCa and HG-PIN specimens but not in BPH and other malignant carcinoma. The expression level of PCA-1 increased along with a high Gleason score （P 〈 0.05）, and was unrelated to other clinical parameters of PCa （all P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The data suggest that PCA-1 might be a novel diagnostic marker for PCa, and that increased PCA-1 expression might denote more aggressive variants of PCa.
