The prospect of employing chemoimmunotherapy targeted towards the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)presents an opportunity to amplify the synergistic effects of chemotherapy and *** this study,we initially validated celastrol(CEL)as an inducer of immunogenic cell death(ICD)by promoting ER stress and autophagy in colorectal cancer(CRC)***,an ER-targeted strategy was posited,involving the codelivery of CEL with PD-L1 small interfering RNAs(siRNA)using KDEL peptide-modified exosomes derived from milk(KME),to enhance chemoimmunotherapy *** findings demonstrate the efficient transportation of KME to the ER via the Golgi-to-ER *** to their non-targeting counterparts,KME exhibited a significant augmentation of the CEL-induced ICD ***,it facilitated the release of danger signaling molecules(DAMPs),thereby stimulating the antigen-presenting function of dendritic cells and promoting the infiltration of T cells into the ***,the ER-targeted delivery of PD-L1 siRNA resulted in the downregulation of both intracellular and membrane PD-L1 protein expression,consequently fostering the proliferation and activity of CD8^(+)T ***,the ER-targeted formulation exhibited enhanced anti-tumor efficacy and provoked anti-tumor immune responses against orthotopic colorectal tumors in ***,a robust ER-targeted delivery strategy provides an encouraging approach for achieving potent cancer chemoimmunotherapy.

试验旨在研究黄芪、蒲公英和金银花复方中草药对奶牛产奶性能、血清生化、抗氧化、免疫指标的影响。选取20头处于泌乳中期的中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1头奶牛。对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别在基础日粮... 详细信息

试验旨在研究黄芪、蒲公英和金银花复方中草药对奶牛产奶性能、血清生化、抗氧化、免疫指标的影响。选取20头处于泌乳中期的中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1头奶牛。对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、300 g/d的中草药添加剂。预试期10 d,正式试验期21 d。结果显示,试验第1~3周,试验Ⅲ组奶牛的平均日产奶量最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组奶牛的乳脂率最高,对照组奶牛的乳脂率显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组奶牛体细胞数最低,显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。对照组奶牛血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和肌酸激酶(CK)活性最高,显著高于试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组奶牛血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量最高,显著高于对照组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,黄芪、蒲公英和金银花复方中草药添加剂能够显著提升奶牛的平均日产奶量和乳脂率,改善奶牛的肝肾功能,但对牛奶中乳蛋白和乳糖含量影响不明显,适宜添加量为200 g/d。

This paper reports the synthesis and drug delivery properties of a novel supramolecular nanoparticle.α-Cyclodextrins(α-CD) were threaded on cinnamic acid modified poly(ethylene glycol) to form inclusion complex nanoparticles by supramolecular *** anti-tumor drug doxorubicin was loaded in the nanoparticles and released in vitro to study the drug release behavior and the anti-tumor *** structure and morphology of the nanoparticles were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance,X-ray diffraction,ultraviolet absorbance,dynamic laser scattering,scanning electronic microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and atom force *** distribution of the drug loaded nanoparticles in cells and the anti-tumor effects were studied by confocal laser *** results demonstrate that the supramolecular nanoparticle is biocompatible and it is a promising carrier for drug delivery systems.

In recent decades,the study of the mechanism of tumorigenesis has brought much progress to cancer ***,cancer stem cell(CSC)theory has changed previous views of tumors,and has provided a new method for treatment of *** discovery of CSCs and their characteristics have contributed to understanding the molecular mechanism of tumor genesis and development,resulting in a new effective strategy for cancer *** CSCs(GCSCs)are the basis for the onset of gastric *** may be derived from gastric stem cells in gastric tissues,or bone marrow mesenchymal stem *** with other stem cells,GCSCs highly express drug-resistance genes such as aldehyde dehydrogenase and multidrug resistance,which are resistant to chemotherapy and thus form the basis of drug *** specific molecular markers such as CD44 and CD133 have been used for identification and isolation of GCSCs,diagnosis and grading of gastric cancer,and research on GCSC-targeted therapy for gastric ***,discussion of the recent development and advancements in GCSCs will be helpful for providing novel insight into gastric cancer treatment.

Al-BTC MOFs were prepared in a facile manner via a solvothermal reaction and characterized using FT-IR, XRD, and SEM. The compound was then evaluated as an adsorbent to remove Congo red(CR) from an aqueous solution. The adsorption kinetics was evaluated using the pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order, and it was found that the adsorption of CR onto the MOFs was well described by the pseudo-second-order equation. The as-prepared MOFs adsorbent seems to be a promising material in practice for dyes removal from aqueous solution.

研究了指型锁的长度、直径和指尖角度等因素对解锁力的影响,获得了解锁力的理论计算公式并分析了影响解锁力的敏感参数。首先对指型锁解锁力进行理论计算,获得解锁力与各个参数改变的变化规律;然后通过实验验证模型的有效性;最后使用正交实验法分析了各参数对解锁力影响的敏感性。结果表明,本文所得计算公式有效可靠;指型锁长度、直径1、直径2与解锁力负相关,指尖角度与解锁力正相关;影响解锁力的参数敏感性由高到低分别为指型锁长度、直径1、指尖角度和直径2。

凸域内基于节点的局部网格生成算法,克服了基于节点的有限元方法的网格生成可能产生的不一致性。将该基于节点的局部网格生成算法的适用范围拓展到二维任意域。另外,提出了通过使用约束Delau-nay路径来划分任意域的区域划分算法,该算法使得在并行实现网格生成的过程中各处理器之间无需通信,从而大大提高了节点给定情形下有限元方法网格生成的并行效率。
