Shale oil can be extracted from shale by using interconnected pore *** migration of hydrocarbon molecules within the shale is controlled by pore ***,assessing the pore connectivity of shale oil reservoirs is *** characterize pore connectivity and clarify its controlling factors,this study used spontaneous imbibition(SI)combined with nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)T_(2)and T_(1)-T_(2)technologies on shale oil reservoirs selected from the Shahejie Formation in the Dongying Sag,Bohai Bay *** to the findings,the SI processes of shales include fast-rising,slow-rising,and stable *** fast-rising stage denotes pore *** shales studied have poor connectivity,with lower imbibition slopes and connected porosity ratios,but large effective *** the SI process,micropores have the highest imbibition saturation,followed by mesopores and ***,n-dodecane ingested into micropores appears primarily as adsorbed,whereas n-dodecane appears primarily as free states in mesopores and macropores during the SI *** pore connectivity of the shales under study is primarily controlled by inorganic *** and feldspar develop large and regular pores,resulting in better pore connectivity,whereas clay minerals and calcite with plenty of complex intragranular pores do *** matter negatively influences pore connectivity because the dissolution of calcite by organic acid produced during hydrocarbon generation leads to a more complex and heterogeneous pore *** study sheds light on the pore connectivity and controlling factors of the shale oil reservoir and aids in the understanding of shale oil mobility.

Research on the reform of English writing teaching mode and its system construction under the background of information age

Today’s society has entered the information age, people’s thinking and learning methods have undergone great changes. This brings opportunities and challenges for the College English Writing Teaching. Based on the large background data in order to analyze the main problems of traditional college English teaching of writing based on proposed the idea of the University Teaching of English Writing from teaching objectives, teaching resources, teaching methods, students and life and relationships, and evaluation system. With the development of society and the times, the traditional English teaching model can not meet the needs of students. They urgently need to learn academic English knowledge for the future professional learning and research in the basic culture of academic quality. On the current status of teaching academic English at home and abroad, the author proposes a set of academic English writing class build system, and by way of comparative tests to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the system. We analyzed domestic and composition of the English examination system intelligence related applied research, put forward the theory of Constructivism basis, writing intelligent examination system to practical tools, built on Teaching of English Writing English Writing intelligent examination system so as to promote English writing teaching reform, autonomous learning ability to improve students’ English writing skills

Observation of the Curative Effect of the Dexamethasone Vitreous Cavity Implant for the Treatment of Irvine-Gass Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dexamethasone vitreous cavity implants(Ozurdex)for the treatment of macular edema(Irvine-Gass Syndrome)after cataract *** Eight patients(eight eyes)with Irvine-Gass syndrome were enrolled for vitreous injections with *** patients included six men(six eyes)and two women(two eyes)with a mean age of 67.12±11.92 *** in the patients best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT),and intraocular pressure were compared before and after *** The mean visual acuity BCVA of the patients was 0.81±0.26 before implantation,which improved to 0.20±0.12,0.13±0.09,and 0.15±0.13 at 2 weeks,1 month,and 3 months after implantation,respectively(P<0.001).The patient’s mean CMT before implantation was 703.00±148.88μm,and it reduced to 258.87±37.40μm,236.25±28.74μm,and 278.00±76.82μm at 2 weeks,1 month,and 3 months after implantation,respectively(P<0.001).Conclusion The dexamethasone vitreous cavity implant(Ozurdex)is a safe and effective treatment,which can effectively improve patient’s visual acuity and reduce macular edema associated with cataract surgery.

Study of the ionospheric anomaly before the Wenchuan earthquake

The behavior of the ionosphere before the Wenchuan earthquake is analyzed with the global TEC and ionospheric foF2 observed at Xiamen. It can be found from TEC maps that in the afternoon (16―18LT) on May 9, 2008, 3 days before the earthquake, there is an enhancement of TEC with an amplitude of 10―15 TECU appearing in the east-south direction of Wenchuan, and another enhancement appears at the conjugate region of the Southern Hemisphere with an amplitude of 10 TECU, but no obvious in-crement or decrement can be seen in other regions on global scale. It can also be found that on May 6 (6 days before the great earthquake), there is a decrement of TEC with small amplitude of 4TECU and larger area with 80° along the longitude in southern China, and there is no synchronous decrement observed at the conjugate region of the Southern Hemisphere. There are also many anomalies ob-served by ionosondes across China. The result shows that foF2 and TEC abnormally increased, which is different from pervious results that ionospheric parameters decreased prior to earthquakes. Pre-liminary results suggest that the enhancement on May 9 maybe has a close relationship with the pos-sible enhancement of ionospheric electric fields, and it may be an ionospheric precursor of earth-quakes. Whereas the decrement on May 6 may be attributed to the geomagnetic disturbance appearing on May 5.

Long-term survival of gastric mixed neuroendocrine-nonneuroendocrine neoplasm:Two case reports

BACKGROUND Gastric mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasm(MiNEN),which consists of neuroendocrine and non-neuroendocrine components,is quite *** now,most data on gastric MiNEN come from clinical cases,without largescale retrospective studies or controlled clinical ***,no consensus regarding the origin,molecular characteristics,or appropriate treatment of MiNEN has been reached so *** conducted chemotherapy of irinotecan plus cisplatin(IP regimen)and surgery in two patients with gastric MiNEN,which had never been used in treating this kind of tumor,leading to their long-term survival for more than 3 and 7 years,*** SUMMARY We present two patients(one male and one female)with gastric MiNEN,with the primary manifestation of recurrent upper abdominal *** they were referred to our hospital,a diagnosis of gastric MiNEN was defined with the help of CT scan,and histopathological and immunohistochemical examinations on the samples of gastrointestinal endoscopy or radical *** male patient(case 1)were found to have metastases in the reginal lymph nodes and the left *** received four cycles of IP regimens first,then the gastrectomy and partial left liver resection,followed by additional two cycles of IP *** female patient(case 2)underwent a laparoscopic gastrectomy,and received six cycles of IP *** was found to have metastatic lesions in the right lung 2 years after that,and underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)of the lower lobe of the right *** two patients have now survived for more than 3 years and 7 years,respectively,without any evidence of recurrence or *** IP regimen,combined with curative-intent surgery if feasible,could be considered as the priority in the choice of front-line chemotherapy for gastric MiNEN.

Fabrication of a white organic light-emitting device with single liq:rubrence luminescent layer

A kind of white OLED with single luminescent layer was designed, in which rubrene was doped in Liq. The structure of the devices is ITO/PVK:TPD/Liq: Rubrene/Alq3/Al. The brightness of the devices comes to 3120 cd/m2(at a driving voltage of 25 V), the CIE coordinates of the typical devices is (0.308,0.347), and the coordinates is very close to the white equi-energy point. The emitting and luminescent characteristics of the devices were discussed.

A fully differential transimpedance amplifier with integrated differential photodetector in standard CMOS process for optical communications and interconnects

A fully differential transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with integrated differential photodetector in standard CMOS technologies has been realized for optical receivers in optical communications and optical interconnects. And a novel, fully differential photodetector aiming to convert the incident light into a pair of fully differential photo-generated currents and ensure the differential symmetry on circuit configuration and model has also been proposed for the differential TIA to achieve the fully differential characteristic. Theoretical analysis and simulation results both indicate that the fully differential TIA reaches a higher bandwidth than a conventional one and at the same time a doubled sensitivity. Based on this new TIA, a monolithic, fully differential optoelectronic integrated receiver was designed and implemented in a Chartered 3.3 V, 0.35 μm standard CMOS process. It demonstrates 98.75 dB transimpedance gain, and 0.334 μA equivalent input integrated referred noise current from 1 Hz up to 3 dB frequency. The power dissipation from a single 3.3 V supply is 100 mW for the TIA-LIA (limiting amplifier)-combination plus 138 mW for the 50 output buffer. At 850 nm wavelength, the optical receiver achieves a 1.1 GHz 3 dB bandwidth, and can handle bitrates up to 1.6 Gbit/s for 12.2 dBm peak-peak optical power and 2 31 1 PRBS (pseudorandom bit sequency) input signal.
