It is still a challenge to simultaneously enhance coercivity(H_(cj))and remanence(J_(r))of hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnet due to the coercivity-remanence trade-off ***,we achieved this balance between H_(cj)and Jr by flake Cu powder assisted DyF_(3)interflake *** Hcj increases from 1218 to 1496 kA/m and Jr increases from 1.32 to 1.34 T compared with the original *** show that the width of coarse grain layers reduces because of the introduction of flake Cu,which increases the contact areas of the adjacent grains at ribbon interfaces and suppresses the excessive growth of *** stronger degree of texture and higher density compared with the original magnet should take the responsibility for the increase of J_(r).Additionally,the aggregation regions of rare earth rich(RE-rich)phase reduce and the betterment of the microstructure is another reason for the enhancement of Jr in the flake Cu aided DyF_(3)hot-deformed *** strategy of using flake powder additives provides a promising method for optimizing microstructure and enhancing magnetic properties of hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnets.

The biological activity of plant polysaccharides can be enhanced by sulfated *** this study,the immunomodulatory effect of sulfated Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides(SCP3)on macrophages RAW264.7 and its potential molecular mechanism were *** showed that SCP3 at 25-100μg/m L increased viability and improved phagocytosis of RAW264.7 ***,SCP3 could activate mitogen-activated protein kinase(mAPK)and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathways,which increased the phosphorylation of Erk1/2,JNK,p38 and NF-κB p65,promoting secretion of cytokines tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)and nitric oxide(NO)as well as the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS).In addition,Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)receptor inhibitors were able to block the production of NO and TNF-αby SCP3-stimulated *** on Western blot analysis and validation using specific inhibitors against mAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways,the results demonstrated that SCP3 induced macrophages activation and enhanced TNF-αand NO production via TLR4-mediated mAPK and NF-κB *** summary,SCP3 has significant immunomodulatory *** underlying molecular mechanism was that SCP3 activates macrophages via TLR4 receptors to promote ROS production,which in turn activates the downstream mAPK/NF-κB signaling pathway and then increases the secretion levels of cytokines and NO.

This study aims to investigate the effects of different mapping unit scales and study area scales on the uncertainty rules of landslide susceptibility prediction(LSP).To illustrate various study area scales,Ganzhou City in China,its eastern region(Ganzhou East),and Ruijin County in Ganzhou East were *** mapping unit scales are represented by grid units with spatial resolution of 30 and 60 m,as well as slope units that were extracted by multi-scale segmentation *** 3855 landslide locations and 21 typical environmental factors in Ganzhou City are first determined to create spatial datasets with ***,landslide susceptibility maps(LSms)of Ganzhou City,Ganzhou East and Ruijin County are pro-duced using a support vector machine(SVm)and random forest(RF),*** LSms of the above three regions are then extracted by mask from the LSm of Ganzhou City,along with the LSms of Ruijin County from Ganzhou ***,LSms of Ruijin at various mapping unit scales are generated in *** and landslide suscepti-bility indexes(LSIs)distribution are used to express LSP *** LSP uncertainties under grid units significantly decrease as study area scales decrease from Ganzhou City,Ganzhou East to Ruijin County,whereas those under slope units are less affected by study area *** course,attentions should also be paid to the broader representativeness of large study *** LSP accuracy of slope units increases by about 6%–10%compared with those under grid units with 30 m and 60 m resolution in the same study area's *** significance of environmental factors exhibits an averaging trend as study area scale increases from small to *** importance of environmental factors varies greatly with the 60 m grid unit,but it tends to be consistent to some extent in the 30 m grid unit and the slope unit.

A resolved CFD-DEm method is proposed to simulate the fluid-particle interaction for large complex *** airflow in a vertical sinter fixed bed is numerically studied using this *** multi-sphere clumped method is used to create irregular sinter particles in *** immersed boundary method and dynamic cell refinement are applied to describe the fluid flow around particles with higher resolution,by which the fluid-particle interaction can be simulated more *** simulation results presented the packing voidage distributions and the airflow fields in the sinter beds of different single and mixed particle size *** bed pressure drops were simulated and the results were compared with the corresponding experimental *** good agreement indicated that the proposed resolved CFD-DEm method is an effective tool to model the fluid-particle interaction for irregular large granules in the gas-solid multi-phase systems.

In cornfields,factors such as the similarity between corn seedlings and weeds and the blurring of plant edge details pose challenges to corn and weed *** addition,remote areas such as farmland are usually constrained by limited computational resources and limited collected ***,it becomes necessary to lighten the model to better adapt to complex cornfield scene,and make full use of the limited data *** this paper,we propose an improved image segmentation algorithm based on ***,the inverted residual structure is introduced into the contraction path to reduce the number of parameters in the training process and improve the feature extraction ability;secondly,the pyramid pooling module is introduced to enhance the network’s ability of acquiring contextual information as well as the ability of dealing with the small target loss problem;and lastly,Finally,to further enhance the segmentation capability of the model,the squeeze and excitation mechanism is introduced in the expansion *** used images of corn seedlings collected in the field and publicly available corn weed datasets to evaluate the improved *** improved model has a total parameter of 3.79 m and miou can achieve 87.9%.The fps on a single 3050 ti video card is about *** experimental results show that the network proposed in this paper can quickly segment corn weeds in a cornfield scenario with good segmentation accuracy.

This paper considers the supplier investment decision-making problem in a supply chain consisting of an original equipment manufacturer(OEm),a global supplier,and a local *** reduce dependence on global suppliers and improve supply stability,we develop a differential game model to investigate the optimal investment decisions of the OEm towards the local supplier under different risk scenarios and the impact of different risks on the optimal *** results show that investment efficiency and risks have a significant impact on OEm investment ***,when the OEm has higher investment efficiency,investing in the local supplier is profitable for the OEm;conversely,when the investment efficiency of the OEm is lower,it does not *** addition,an increase in the supply risk of the global supplier will lower the entry threshold for OEm investment,but an increase in the supply risk of the local supplier and the reputational risk of both will increase this threshold,meaning that only the OEm with significantly higher investment efficiency can profit.

The cabin air pressure remains lower than the horizontal atmospheric pressure when the airplane is in *** pressure is one of the parameters that must be taken into consideration while studying the thermal environment of an airplane *** are still no reference values for aircraft cabins despite the fact that numerous studies on low pressure heat transfer have demonstrated the connection between convective heat transfer coefficient(CHTC)and air *** this paper,a correction method for CHTC under low pressure conditions was established by using the dummy heat dissipation in the low-pressure cabin *** this basis,a thermal environment simulation model was developed,then was applied to the simulation of a seven-row aircraft cabin containing 42 passengers,and the CHTC and heat loss of dummy surface in the cabin were ***,the results of PmV calculated by using heat dissipation and air parameters at sampling points were *** results show that the modified CHTC can accurately reflect the cabin thermal environment under low pressure conditions,and the correction of CHTC can be realized by adjusting the turbulent Prandtl number,which is nonlinear correlated with the *** simulation results of the thermal environment in the seven-row cabin show that the CHTC changes by about 42%before and after *** air pressure decreases during take-off,which reduces the average CHTC of the crew surface from 5.09 W/(m^(2)·K)to 4.56 W/(m^(2)·K),but the air temperature rises by about 0.2°C as a *** deviation of PmV results calculated by using simulated heat loss data and using air parameters of measuring points in space is up to 0.5,but the latter is representative for calculating the thermal comfort level of the whole cabin.

Aggregate-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens) have been widely used in biological imaging, chemical sensing, and disease treatments. The rational design and construction of AIEgens have received considerable research interests during the last few years. Herein, molecular docking-aided AIEgen design has been reasonably proposed and AIEgen TBQZY with excellent ~1O_(2) generation ability has been synthesized. The newly developed TBQZY could efficiently kill S. epidermidis and methicillinresistant S. epidermidis(mRSE) by tightly binding to bacteria and triggering the accumulation of ~1O_(2) in bacteria. TBQZY specifically regulated the immune system and polarized macrophages from m1 to m2 to accelerate the elimination of biofilm in vivo. In addition, healing acceleration was observed in chronic wounds treated with TBQZY, and side effects were ***, TBQZY had extraordinary potential for combating drug-resistant bacteria in the clinical setting. This research not only provided new concepts for the design of AIEgens, but also shed some lights on the discovery of drugs against drug-resistant bacteria.
