With the rapid evolution of Internet of things(IoT),many edge devices require simultaneous connection in 5G communication *** afford massive data of IoT devices,multiple input multiple output non-orthogonal multiple access(MIMO-NOMA)method has been considered as a promising ***,there are numerous drawbacks due to error propagation and inter-user ***,proposed scheme aims to improve the reliability of the MIMO-NOMA system with digital beamforming and intracluster cooperative multi point(CoMP)to efficiently support IoT *** the conventional MIMO-NOMA system,user entities are grouped into *** diagonalization(BD)is applied to efficiently eliminate the inter-cluster interference of the MIMO-NOMA ***,since the channel path of the data stream from a single antenna to a single cluster doesn’t hold other cluster’s data,the system can’t fully utilize the selective subcarrier channel *** indicates that there can be better channel paths for a data stream at a certain subcarrier ***,proposed scheme allocates data streams to antennas adaptively considering selective channel ***,intra-cluster CoMP method is adjusted to enhance the reliability of the system in the *** simulation results show that the proposed scheme improves BER and throughput performance compared to the conventional MIMO-NOMA system.

The present study aimed to identify which mitogen-activated protein kinase （p38 or Jun amino-terminal kinase [JNK]） was involved in cavernosal apoptosis during the acute phase after cavernosal nerve crush injury （CNCI） in rats to ameliorate apoptosis of cavernosal tissue, such as smooth muscle （SM）. A total of twenty 10-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided equally into two groups： sham surgery （S） and CNCI （I）. The I group approximated the clinical situation of men undergoing radical prostatectomy using two 60-second compressions of both CNs with a microsurgical vascular clamp. At 2-week postinjury, erectile response was assessed using electrostimulation. Penile tissues were harvested for immunohistochemistry analysis of alpha-SM actin （（x-SMA）, western blot analysis, and double immunofluorescence analysis of （x-SMA and phosphorylated p38 or JNK, as well as double immunofluorescent of TUNEL and phosphorylated p38 or JNK. At 2-week postinjury, the I group had a significantly lower intracavernous pressure （ICP）/mean arterial pressure （MAP） and a lower area under the curve （AUC）/MAP than the S group. The I group also exhibited decreased immunohistochemical staining of α-SMA, an increase in the number of SM cells positive for phosphorylated JNK, an increased number of apoptotic cells positive for phosphorylated JNK, and increased JNK phosphorylation compared with the S group. However, there was no significant difference in p38 phosphorylation expression or the number of SM cells positive for phosphorylated p38 between the two groups. In conclusion, our data suggest that JNK, not p38, is involved in cavernosal apoptosis during the acute phase after partial CN damage.

Lithofacies modeling by multipoint statistics and economic evaluation by NPV volume for the early Cretaceous Wabiskaw Member in Athabasca oilsands area, Canada

The static modeling and dynamic simulation are essential and critical processes in petroleum exploration and development. In this study, lithofacies models for Wabiskaw Member in Athabasca, Canada are generated by multipoint statistics(MPS) and then compared with the models built by sequential indicator simulation(SIS). Three training images(Tls) are selected from modern depositional environments;the Orinoco River Delta estuary, Cobequid bay-Salmon River estuary, and Danube River delta environment. In order to validate lithofacies models, average and variance of similarity in lithofacies are calculated through random and zonal blind-well *** random six-blind-well test, similarity average of MPS models is higher than that of SIS model. The Salmon MPS model closely resembles facies pattern of Wabiskaw Member in subsurface. Zonal blind-well tests show that successful lithofacies modeling for transitional depositional setting requires additional or proper zonation information on horizontal variation, vertical proportion, and secondary *** Wabiskaw Member is frontier oilsands lease, it is impossible to evaluate the economics from production data or dynamic simulation. In this study, a dynamic steam assisted gravity drainage(SAGD)performance indicator(SPIDER) on the basis of reservoir characteristics is calculated to build 3 D reservoir model for the evaluation of the SAGD feasibility in Wabiskaw Member. SPIDER depends on reservoir properties, economic limit of steam-oil ratio, and bitumen price. Reservoir properties like porosity,permeability, and water saturation are measured from 13 cores and calculated from 201 well-logs. Three dimensional volumes of reservoir properties are constructed mostly based on relationships among properties. Finally, net present value(NPV) volume can be built by equation relating NPV and SPIDER. Superhydrophobic and superhydrophilic surfaces have been extensively inves- tigated due to their importance for industrial applications. It has been reported, however, that superhydrophobic surfaces are very sensitive to heat, ultraviolet （UV） light, and electric potential, which interfere with their long-term durability. In this study, we introduce a novel approach to achieve robust superhydrophobic thin films by designing architecture-defined complex nanostructures. A family of ZnO hollow microspheres with controlled constituent architectures in the morphologies of 1D nanowire networks, 2D nanosheet stacks, and 3D mesoporous nanoball blocks, respectively, was synthesized via a two-step self-assembly approach, where the oligomers or the constituent nanostructures with specially designed structures are first formed from surfactant templates, and then further assembled into complex morphologies by the addition of a second co-surfactant. The thin films composed of two-step synthesized ZnO hollow microspheres with different architectures presented superhydrophobicities with contact angles of 150°-155°, superior to the contact angle of 103° for one-step synthesized ZnO hollow microspheres with smooth and solid surfaces. Moreover, the robust superhydrophobicity was further improved by perfluorinated silane surface modification. The perfluorinated silane treated ZnO hollow microsphere thin films maintained excellent hydrophobicity even after 75 h of UV irradiation. Marker Assisted Selection in Citrus Rootstock Breeding Based on a Major Gene Locus ‘Tyr1’Controlling Citrus Nematode Resistance

Based on the former constructed ＇Tyrl＇ locus genetic map in family 9145, from LB6-2 [Clementine mandarin （C. reticulata） × Hamlin orange （C. sinensis）] × Swingle citrumelo （C. paradise × P. trifoliata）, 9 markers were chosen for application in evaluating their effectiveness in marker-assisted selection （MAS） for citrus rootstock breeding program from many F1 progeny of Poncirus trifoliata. As the mapping revealed that these markers were estimated within a range of 12.1 cM in the linkage group, and among them, SCO07 co-segregated with ＂Tyrl＇, and 7A4R as the closest to ＇Tyrl＇ with a distance of 1.5 cM, these markers were basically fitful to go MAS screening. The results of screening P. trifoliata F1 progeny indicated that all the markers were inherited in codominant fashion and most of them were heterozygous on PT （Pomery of P. trifoliata）., marker 4L17R/CfoI and 7A4（1407）/BfaI were proved to be consistently reliable for accurate scoring of genotypes and the revealed polymorphism was basically coincided with the citrus nematode resistant phenotype within tested populations. The polymorphic genotype with marker 4L17R/Cfol was found completely matched up with the phenotype of individuals that conferred high resistance to citrus nematode when the USDA hybrid rootstocks were screened. Utilization of these markers, especially the highly specific 4L17R/Cfol and 7A4（1407）/Bfal, should result in great benefit to world citrus industry for early selection in rootstock-breeding program.

3D Face Reconstruction from a Single Image Using a Combined PCA-LPP Method

In this paper, we proposed a combined PCA-LPP algorithm toimprove 3D face reconstruction performance. Principal component analysis(PCA) is commonly used to compress images and extract features. Onedisadvantage of PCA is local feature loss. To address this, various studies haveproposed combining a PCA-LPP-based algorithm with a locality preservingprojection (LPP). However, the existing PCA-LPP method is unsuitable for3D face reconstruction because it focuses on data classification and *** the existing PCA-LPP, the adjacency graph, which primarily shows the connectionrelationships between data, is composed of the e-or k-nearest neighbortechniques. By contrast, in this study, complex and detailed parts, such aswrinkles around the eyes and mouth, can be reconstructed by composing thetopology of the 3D face model as an adjacency graph and extracting localfeatures from the connection relationship between the 3D model *** verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. When theproposed method was applied to the 3D face reconstruction evaluation set,a performance improvement of 10% to 20% was observed compared with theexisting PCA-based method.

Inhibitory leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptors(LILRB1-5) signal through immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs(ITIMs) in their intracellular domains and recruit phosphatases protein tyrosine phosphatase, non-receptor type 6(PTPN6, SHP-1), protein tyrosine phosphatase, non-receptor type 6(PTPN6, SHP-2), or Src homology 2 domain containing inositol phosphatase(SHIP) to negatively regulate immune cell activation. These receptors are known to play important regulatory roles in immune and neuronal functions. Recent studies demonstrated that several of these receptors are expressed by cancer cells. Importantly, they may directly regulate development, drug resistance, and relapse of cancer, and the activity of cancer stem cells. Although counterintuitive, these findings are consistent with the generally immune-suppressive and thus tumor-promoting roles of the inhibitory receptors in the immune system. This review focuses on the ligands, expression pattern, signaling, and function of LILRB family in the context of cancer development. Because inhibition of the signaling of certain LILRBs directly blocks cancer growth and stimulates immunity that may suppress tumorigenesis, but does not disturb normal development, LILRB signaling pathways may represent ideal targets for treating hematological malignancies and perhaps other tumors.

Vitamin D3 up-regulated protein 1 （VDUP1） is a multifunctional protein involved in maintaining cellular homeostasis. VDUP1 is induced by a variety of stresses. Inversely, VDUP1 is often reduced in various tumor tissues and cell lines. Over-expression of VDUP1 inhibits cell proliferation through cell cycle arrest. VDUP1 interacts with thioredoxin （Trx） and negatively regulates the expression and antioxidant function of Trx which is involved in redox regulation. VDUP1/ mice are more susceptible to carcinogenesis than wild-type mice and are defective in establishing immune system induding the development and function of natural killer cells. Furthermore, VDUP1^-/- mice show impaired Kreb cycle-mediated fatty acid utilization. In this review, we have discussed the multifunctional roles of VDUP1 in diverse cellular responses, in particular its relation to proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, and diseases such as cancer and stress-related diseases.

Challenges to develop single-column MA(Ⅲ) separation from HLLW using R-BTP type adsorbents

In order to directly separate trivalent minor actinides （MA： Am, Cm） from fission products （FP） containing rare earths （RE） in high level radioactive liquid waste （HLLW）, the authors have challenged to develop a simplified MA separation process by extraction chromatography using a single column. Attention has been paid to a new type of nitrogen-donor ligands, R-BTP （2,6-bis（5,6-dialkyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl） pyridine, R： alkyl group） as an extractant because it shows high extraction selectivity for Am（Ⅲ） over RE（Ⅲ）. It is known that the R-BTP ligands show different properties such as adsorbability and stability by hav- ing different alkyl groups. Therefore, some novel adsorbents were prepared by impregnating different types of R-BTP ligands （isohexyl-, isoheptyl- and cyheptyl-BTP） and a similar ligand to the R-BTP, ATP （2,6-bis（l-aryl-lH-tetrazol-5-yl）pyridines）, into the porous silica/polymer support （SiOrP particles）. This work deals with comparison in adsorption and desorption prop- erties of Am and some FP in HNO3 solution onto such R-BTP type adsorbents, as well as chemical and radiolytic stability of the adsorbents. Then the possibility of a single-column separation of MA from main FP was pursued by evaluating the results of column experiments using the most promising adsorbent （isohexyl-BTP/SiO2-P） under temperature control. In addition, elu- tion behaviors of U and Pd were also estimated.
