360 video streaming services over the network are becoming popular. In particular, it is easy to experience 360 video through the already popular smartphone. However, due to the nature of 360 video, it is difficult to provide stable streaming service in general network environment because the size of data to send is larger than that of conventional video. Also, the real user's viewing area is very small compared to the sending amount. In this paper, we propose a system that can provide high quality 360 video streaming services to the users more efficiently in the cloud. In particular, we propose a streaming system focused on using a head mount display (HMD).

Genevestigator analysis has indicated heat shock induction of transcripts for NADPH-thioredoxin reduc-tase, type C （NtRC） in the light. Here we show overexpression of NtRC in Arabidopsis （NtRC°E） resulting in enhanced tolerance to heat shock, whereas NtRC knockout mutant plants （ntrcl） exhibit a temperature sensitive phenotype. to investigate the underlying mechanism of this phenotype, we analyzed the protein＇s biochemical properties and protein structure. NtRC assembles into homopolymeric structures of varying complexity with functions as a disulfide reductase, a foldase chaperone, and as a holdase chaperone. the multiple functions of NtRC are closely correlated with protein structure.. Complexes of higher molecular weight （HMW） showed stronger activity as a holdase chaperone, while low molecular weight （LMW） species exhibited weaker holdase chaperone activity but stronger disulfide reductase and fol-dase chaperone activities. Heat shock converted LMW proteins into HMW complexes. Mutations of the two active site Cys residues of NtRC into Ser （C217/454S-NtRC） led to a complete inactivation of its disulfide reductase and foldase chaperone functions, but conferred only a slight decrease in its holdase chaperone function. the overexpression of the mutated C217/454S-NtRC provided Arabidopsis with a similar degree of thermotolerance compared with that of NtRC°E plants. However, after prolonged incubation under heat shock, NtRC°E plants tolerated the stress to a higher degree than C217/454S-NtRC°E plants. the results suggest that the heat shock-mediated holdase chaperone function of NtRC is responsible for the increased thermotolerance of Arabidopsis and the activity is significantly supported by NADPH.

AIM: to determine the efficacy of a cap-assisted endoscopy (CAE) to completely visualize the ampulla of Vater (AV) in patients failed by conventional endoscopy. MEtHODS: A prospective study was conducted on 120 patients > 20 years of ages who visited the Health Promotion Center of Chungbuk National University Hospital for conscious sedation esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) as a screening test from July to October, 2011. First, forward-viewing endoscopy was performed with reasonable effort using a push and pull method. We considered complete visualization of the AV when we could observe the entire AV including the orifice clearly, and reported the observation as complete or incomplete (partial or not found at all). Second, in cases of complete failure of the observation, an additional AV examination was conducted by attaching a short cap (D-201-10704, Olympus Medical Systems, tokyo, Japan) to the tip of a forward-viewing endoscope. third, if the second method failed, we replaced the short cap with a long cap (MH-593, Olympus Medical Systems) and performed a re-examination of the AV. RESULtS: Conventional endoscopy achieved complete visualization of the AV in 97 of the 120 patients (80.8%) but was not achieved in 23 patients (19.2%). Age (mean ± SD) and gender [male (%)] were not significantly different between the complete observation and the incomplete observation groups. Additional short CAE was performed in patients in whom we could not completely visualize the AV. this group included 13 patients (10.9%) with partial observation of the AV and 10 (8.3%) in which the AV was not found. Short CAE permitted a complete observation of the AV in 21 of the 23 patients (91.3%). Patients in whom visualization of the AV failed with short CAE had satisfactory outcomes by replacing the short cap with a long cap. the additional time for CAE took an average of 141 ± 88 s. there were no complications and no significant mucosal trauma. AIM: to determine whether thalidomide prevents microvascular injury in acute radiation proctitis in white rats. MEtHODS: Fourteen female Wistar rats were used: six in the radiation group, six in the thalidomide group, and two in normal controls. the radiation and thalidomide groups were irradiated at the pelvic area using a single 30 Gy exposure. the thalidomide (150 mg/kg) was injected into the peritoneum for 7 d from the day of irradiation. All animals were sacrificed and the rectums were removed on day 8 after irradiation. the microvessels of resected specimens were immunohistochemically stained with thrombomodulin (tM), von Willebrand Factor (vWF), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). RESULtS: the microscopic scores did not differ significantly between the radiation and thalidomide groups, but both were higher than in the control group. Expression of tM was significantly lower inthe endothelial cells (EC) of the radiation group than in the control and thalidomide groups (P the number of capillaries expressing vWF in the EC was higher in the radiation group (15.3 ± 6.8) than in the control group (3.7 ± 1.7), and the number of capillaries expressing vWF was attenuated by thalidomide (10.8 ± 3.5, P the intensity of VEGF expression in capillaries was greater in the radiation group than in the control group and was also attenuated by thalidomide (P = 0.003). CONCLUSION: the mechanisms of acute radiation- induced proctitis in the rats are related to endothelial cell injury of microvessel, which may be attenuated with thalidomide.

BACKGROUND Breast cancer in young women has been shown to have an aggressive behavior and poor *** to evaluate the outcomes of young hormone receptor(HR)-positive patients with breast cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC),and the oncologic efficacy of gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)*** this retrospective study involved a prospectively enrolled *** included patients diagnosed with invasive breast cancer who were treated with NAC followed by curative surgery at the Samsung Medical Center and Samsung Changwon Hospital between January 2006 and December *** patients with HR-positive and human epidermal grow factor 2(HER2)-negative breast cancer,we analyzed the characteristics and oncology outcomes between the patients equal to or younger than 35 years and the patients older than 35 *** Among 431 patients with NAC and HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer,78 were 35 years old or younger,and 353 patients were older than 35 *** median follow-up was 71.0 *** was no statistically significant difference in disease free survival(DFS,P=0.565)and overall survival(P=0.820)between the patients equal to or younger than 35 years and the patients older than 35 *** two groups differed in that the GnRH agonist was used more frequently in the group of patients equal to or younger than 35 years than in the other group(52.4%vs 11.2%,Pterestingly,for the DFS according to the GnRH agonist in the group of patients equal to or younger than 35 years,patients treated with the GnRH agonist had better DFS(P=0.037).CONCLUSION Administration of GnRH agonists might improve the DFS rate of HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer in the equal to or younger than 35 years group of patients with NAC.

AIM:to assess the diagnostic yield and clinical value of early repeat colonoscopies for indications other than colorectal cancer(CRC) screening/***:A retrospective review of patients who had more than one colonoscopy performed for the same indication within a three year time frame at our tertiary care referral hospital between January 1,2000 and January 1,2010 was *** criteria included repeat colonoscopies performed for CRC screening/surveillance,poor bowel preparation,suspected complications from the index procedure,and incomplete initial *** outcome was new endoscopic finding that led to an endoscopic therapeutic intervention or any change in clinical *** parameters including age,sex,race,interval between procedures,indication of the procedure,presenting symptoms,severity of symptoms,hemodynamic instability,duration between onset of symptoms and when the procedure was performed,change in endoscopist,withdrawal time,location of colonic lesions and improvement of quality of bowel preparation were analyzed using bivariate analysis and logistic regression analysis to examine correlation with this primary ***:Among 19 772 colonoscopies performed during the above mentioned period,947 colonoscopies(4.79%) were repeat colonoscopies performed within 3 years from the index *** of these repeat colonoscopies,139 patient pairs met the inclusion *** majority of repeat colonoscopies were for lower gastrointestinal bleeding(88.4%),change in bowel habits(6.4%) and abdominal pain(5%).Among 139 eligible patient pairs of colonoscopies,only repeat colonoscopies that were done for lower gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal pain produced endoscopic findings that led to a change in management [25 out of 123(20.33%) and 2 out of 7(28.57%),respectively].When looking at only recurrent lower gastrointestinal bleeding cases,new endoscopic findings included 8 previously undetected hemorrhoid lesion

Several clinical trials have demonstrated the potent antiviral efficacy of entecavir(EtV), and this relatively new nucleoside analogue drug has rapidly become a frequently prescribed therapy for chronic hepatitis B(CHB) worldwide. While the studies have also shown a good overall safety profile for EtV, adverse drug reactions(ADRs) in patients with advanced cirrhosis have been reported and represent a broad spectrum of drug-induced injuries, including lactic acidosis, myalgia, neuropathy, azotemia, hypophosphatemia, muscular weakness, and pancreatitis, as well as immunemediated responses(i.e., allergic reactions). Cutaneous ADRs associated with EtV are very rare, with only two case reports in the publicly available literature; both of these cases were classified as unspecified hypersensitivity allergic(type I) ADR, but neither were reported as pathologically proven or as evaluated by cytokine release analysis. Here, we report the case of a 45-yearold woman who presented with a generalized maculopapular rash after one week of EtV treatment for lamivudine-resistant CHB. the patient reported having experienced a similar skin eruption during a previous three-month regimen of EtV, for which she had selfdiscontinued the medication. Histopathological analysis of a skin biopsy showed acanthotic epidermis with focal parakeratosis and a perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate admixed with interstitial eosinophils in the papillary and reticular dermis, consistent with a diagnosis of drug sensitivity. A lymphocyte stimulation test showed significantly enhanced IL-4, indicating a classification of type Ⅳb delayed hypersensitivity. the patient was switched to an adefovir-lamivudine combination regimen and the skin eruption resolved two weeks after the EtV withdrawal. this case represents the first pathologically and immunologically evidenced EtV-induced delayed type hypersensitivity skin reaction reported to date.
