To explore the relationship between the heat-clearing and detoxicating functions and the bacteriostatic actions of berberine hydrochloride （Ber. H）, chlorogenic acid （Chlo. A）, and baicalin （Bai）, their concentrations in rabbit body fluid were compared with their minimal inhibitory concentrations （MICs）. Their concentrations in rabbit blood and tissue fluid were determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, and their MICs to Escherichia coli were determined by tube dilution method. The results showed that the peak concentrations of Ber. H, Chlo. A, and Bai in rabbit blood were 3.2, 5.03, and 7.63 μg mL^-1, and in rabbit tissue fluid were 0.12, 0.11, and 0.12 μg mL^-1, respectively. Their MICs to E. coli were, respectively, 1.0×10^3, 3.75 × 10^3, and 6.75 ×10^3μg mL^-1, which were far higher than the concentrations in rabbit body fluids. This study indicates that Ber. H, Chlo. A, and Bai have weak bacteriostatic actions and do not reach their effective inhibitory concentrations in rabbit body fluids, and their heat-clearing and detoxicating functions are independent on the bacteriostatic actions.

1-Imino nitroxide pyrene 1 has been characterized as a H^＋ fluorescent switch. The effects of various interfering species, solvents and the irradiation of ultraviolet light on the fluorescence intensity of 1 are also investigated. 1 fluoresces weakly in the 85% ethanol media containing no more than 4.5x10-5 mol/L of H^＋（HCI）, but can produce a burst increase of about 4 times in the fluorescence intensity when the concentration of H＋ is increased to or over 4.9×10^-5mol/L. The extremely sharp response of 1 to H＋ occurs only within such a narrow concentration range. Moreover, the decrease of H^＋ concentration through adding sodium hydroxide causes the fluorescence quenching, suggesting that 1 may serve as a fluorescent switch for monitoring the concentration change of H＋ around the point of 4.5×10^-5 mol/L.

目的:基于“态靶辨证”中医诊疗思维,利用人工智能技术为代谢病中医辅助诊疗提供智能化支持。方法:通过自然语言处理技术,对医学文献和专家经验进行信息抽取和实体识别,构建包含疾病状态、治疗靶点及相关辨证规则的术语知识库。在此基础上,利用图数据库和深度学习算法,构建态靶辨证知识图谱,表达不同疾病状态与治疗靶点之间的复杂关系。结果:通过模型训练和知识推理,结合病例的具体症状和体质,推荐相应的中医治疗方案,提高了代谢病辅助诊疗的准确性和效率。结论:本研究为中医辨证施治提供了新的方法和思路,不断迭代优化算法,拓展临床应用,推动中医药辅助诊疗的发展和完善,为中医药传承创新奠定良好的技术基础。

Inorganic aerogels have exhibited many superior characteristics with extensive applications,but are still plagued by a nearly century-old tradeoff between their mechanical and thermal *** reducing thermal conductivity by ultralow density,inorganic aerogels generally suffer from large fragility due to their brittle nature or weak joint crosslinking,while enhancing the mechanical robustness by material design and structural engineering,they easily sacrifice thermal insulation and ***,we report a chemically bonded multi-nanolayer design and synthesis of a graphene/amorphous boron nitride aerogel to address this typical tradeoff to further enhance mechanical and thermal *** to the chemically bonded interface and coupled toughening effect,our aerogels display a low density of 0.8 mg cm-3with ultrahigh flexibility(elastic compressive strain up to 99% and bending strain up to 90%),and exceptional thermostability(strength degradation <3% after sharp thermal shocks),as well as the lowest thermal conductivities in a vacuum(only 1.57 mW m-1K-1at room temperature and 10.39 mW m-1K-1at500℃) among solid materials to *** unique combination of mechanical and thermal properties offers an attractive material system for thermal superinsulation at extreme conditions.

Background Anorectal malignant melanoma was a rare disease with extremely poor prognosis. The aim of this study was to explore the clinical characteristic, diagnosis and treatment strategies of anorectal malignant melanoma. Methods The data of 57 patients with anorectal malignant melanoma was collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results Rectal bleeding and anal mass were found to be common symptoms of anorectal malignant melanoma. The preoperative diagnosis rate of anorectal malignant melanoma was 48.6%. The overall 3-year and 5-year survival rate was 38.0% and 21.3% respectively. The 3-year survival rates of stage I and II patients were 63.0% and 16.7% respectively （P=0.000）, and the 5-year survival rates were 33.3% and 11.1% （P=0.001）, which both had significant statistic differences. The 3-year survival rate of patients undergone abdmoninoperineal resection and patients undergone wide local excision were 36.7% and 53.0% respectively （P=0.280）, while the 5-year survival rate were 24.1% and 23.1% （P=0.642）, which both had no significant statistic differences. Conclusions This study identified no survival advantage to abdominoperineal resection in treatment of anorectal malignant melanoma, and we propose that wide local excision could be considered as the initial treatment of choice.

The Investigator 24plex QS Kit(QIAGEN,Hilden,Germany)is a 6-dye fluorescent chemistry short tandem repeat(STR)polymerase chain reaction(PCR)amplification system that simultaneously amplifies 20 of the expanded Combined DNA Index System(CODIS)core STR loci,SE33,DYS391,and the standard sex-determining locus,amelogenin,as well as two special internal performance quality sensor controls(QS1 and QS2),which are included in the primer mix to check the PCR *** study was designed to be a pilot evaluation of this STR-PCR kit in a Chinese Han population regarding the PCR conditions,sensitivity,precision,accuracy,repeatability,reproducibility,and concordance;tolerance to PCR inhibitors;applicability to real“forensic-type”samples;species specificity;mixture,balance and stutter analyses,and utility in a population *** exhaustive validation studies demonstrated that the Investigator 24plex QS system is accurate,sensitive and robust for STR *** addition,these genetic markers in the population data in our study indicated that they can also be useful for forensic identification and paternity testing in the Chinese Han population.

Microwave Synthesized In2S3@CNTs with Excellent Properties in Lithium-Ion Battery and Electromagnetic Wave Absorption

The three-dimensional nanoflower-like β-In2S3 composited with carbon nanotubes {CNTs） has been synthesized by a single mode micro- wave-assisted hydrothermal technique. The In2S3 and CNTs nanocomposites （In2S3@CNTs） were investigated as the anode materials of lithium batteries （LIBs） and the electromagnetic wave absorption materials. For LIBs applications, the In2S3@CNTs nanocomposite exhibited excellent cycling stability with a high reversible charge capacity of 575 mA·h·g-1 after 300 cycles at 0.S A·g^-1, In addition, the In2S3@CNTs used as electromagnetic wave absorber displayed a maximum reflection loss of-42.75 dB at 11.96 GHz with a thickness of 1.55 ram.

Calibration-free(CF)laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)is normally only applicable for gated detectors due to its dependence on the assumption of a steady-state ***,most currently available LIBS systems are equipped with non-gated detectors such as chargecoupled device(CCD),which degrades the accuracy of CF *** this paper,the reason for the less satisfactory quantification performance of CF for LIBS with non-gated detectors was clarified and a time-integration calibration-free(TICF)model was proposed for applications with non-gated *** was based on an assumed temporal profile of plasma properties,including temperature and electron density,obtained from another *** line intensity at different time during the signal collection time window was estimated with self-absorption correction according to the temporal profile of the plasma *** proposed model was validated on titanium alloys and compared with traditional *** accuracy of elemental concentration measurement was improved significantly:the average relative error of aluminum and vanadium decreased from 6.07%and 22.34%to 2.01%and 1.92%,*** quantification results showed that TICF method was able to extend the applicability of CF to LIBS with non-gated detectors.
