线虫草属是线虫草科中最著名的属,以其具有显著药用价值的众多昆虫病原真菌而闻名。尽管该属已报道了许多物种,但该属的多样性仍然是个谜。在本研究中,采用综合方法对在中国采集的4个线虫草属物种进行分类鉴定,包括多基因系统发育分析(ITS、SSU、LSU、RPB1、RPB2和TEF1α)以及形态学评估,确定了它们的分类地位。本研究为这些新发现的物种提供了图解描述和分类讨论,有助于我们更深入地了解线虫草属丰富的物种多样性。

Accompanied by the advent of current big data ages,the scales of real world optimization problems with many decisive design variables are becoming much larger.Up to date,how to develop new optimization algorithms for these large scale problems and how to expand the scalability of existing optimization algorithms have posed further challenges in the domain of bio-inspired computation.So addressing these complex large scale problems to produce truly useful results is one of the presently hottest topics.As a branch of the swarm intelligence based algorithms,particle swarm optimization (PSO) for coping with large scale problems and its expansively diverse applications have been in rapid development over the last decade years.This reviewpaper mainly presents its recent achievements and trends,and also highlights the existing unsolved challenging problems and key issues with a huge impact in order to encourage further more research in both large scale PSO theories and their applications in the forthcoming years.

Maximum likelihood estimation is a method of estimating the parameters of a statistical model in statistics. It has been widely used in a good many multi-disciplines such as econometrics, data modelling in nuclear and particle physics, and geographical satellite image classification, and so forth. Over the past decade, although many conventional numerical approximation approaches have been most successfully developed to solve the problems of maximum likelihood parameter estimation, bio-inspired optimization techniques have shown promising performance and gained an incredible recognition as an attractive solution to such problems. This review paper attempts to offer a comprehensive perspective of conventional and bio-inspired optimization techniques in maximum likelihood parameter estimation so as to highlight the challenges and key issues and encourage the researches for further progress.

On the basis of bioinformatics analysis, six putative promoters were isolated from the upstream sequence of c-phycocyanin gene of Arthrospira platensis FACHB341 through site-directed mutagenesis, and the transcriptional pattern of c-phycocyanin gene was determined by SmartRace. Results showed that each isolated promoter drived the expression of gfp in E. coli, and Promoter Ⅲ was the strongest one according to the GFP level. Only one transcript of c-phycocyanin gene was found under experimental conditions, and the transcription start site G was located at the - 285 bp upstream of the start codon, from which it could be inferred that the transcript was from the promotion of Promoter Ⅰ.

Pomegranate seed oil (PSO) mainly consisted of punicic acid (PunA)， has gained attention due to rich conjugated linolenic acids and potential application in the improvement of various diseases. The aim of this study was to explore the ability of PunA to modulate lipid metabolism associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and explore the emerging role of the gut microbiota in modulating hepatic lipid metabolism. In this regard， PunA’s capacity was evaluated through C57BL/6J fed with a choline and L-amino acid defined， high fat diet (CDAHFD). Mice were randomly divided into four groups: NC group， MC group， PSO group and Cur group. Collected results indicated that supplement of PunA improved hepatic lipid profile. PunA administration also ameliorated hepatic steatosis and lipid accumulation. mRNA analysis showed that PunA exerted ameliorative e?ect on hepatic lipid accumulation by downregulating the mRNA expression of Dgat1， Scd-1， Srebp-1c， but increasing expression level of Cpt-1α. Metagenomic analysis discovered that PunA increased species diversity and richness of intestinal microbiota， promoted proliferation of beneficial commensals and restraining the endotoxin-producing microorganisms in cecum of CDAHFD-administrated mice. Furthermore， PunA suppressed lipid accumulation and lipid droplet formation in a cell NAFLD model in vitro. Overall， PunA exhibited anti-lipogenic and lipid-lowering effects， improvement of intestinal flora. In summary， PunA could be a candidate for the exploitation of functional foods or nutraceuticals aiming NAFLD.

In order to investigate the regulation mechanism of the phycocyanin gene,a series of functional analyses of the upstream sequence of cpcB gene from Arthrospira platensis were conducted in E. coli with green fluorescent protein encoding gene(gfp) as the reporter. Results showed that the gfp gene could express at a high level under the promotion of the upstream sequence,suggesting the existence of some strong promoter elements in it. The expression of GFP was influenced by temperature. Higher temperature led to higher expression level. The bioinformatics analyses followed by mutation analyses on the secondary structure of translation ini-tiation region(TIR) revealed that RNA thermosensor might account for the temperature regulation.

民族医药是中国传统文化的瑰宝,其中,水族医药具有鲜明的民族特性,历史悠久。概述水族医药的发展史及水族医药中硬皮地星、竹黄、茯苓、树舌灵芝、紫芝、云芝、蜜环菌、假蜜环菌、田野蘑菇、羊肚菌、银耳、脱皮马勃等12种药用真菌的应用情况,指出水族医药中记载的菌物药分类鉴定存在模糊不清、部分物种未能准确鉴定、缺少科学的质量评价指标和体系等问题。建议从规范菌物药质量标准和生产规程、加强专业队伍建设、加大菌物药现代化生产、加强药理药效基础研究等方面着手,发挥菌物药的潜在价值和优势,促进菌物药产业的发展。

蓝藻固碳能力强、易于进行遗传操作,是开发绿色生物技术产品的理想细胞工厂。但长期以来,许多研究成果仍处于实验室阶段,各种化学品生产的效率较低。结合蓝藻自身优势,充分利用现代生物技术手段,将有助于促进蓝藻细胞工厂的深入研究和发展。以蓝藻生物技术发展过程为主线,分别介绍了基因工程、代谢工程及合成生物学在蓝藻细胞工厂研究中取得的成果,并指出“药食同源”是蓝藻表达外源药物蛋白,实现成果转化的发展方向;开发先进的合成生物学工具,改造、设计和重构蓝藻底盘细胞代谢途径,是实现化学品高效生产的必由之路。期望为蓝藻生物技术相关问题的深入研究提供参考。
