The rapid and accurate detection of peanuts and soybeans allergen is important to the food safety. In this study, Cu-TCPP nanosheet, a kind of ultra-thin metal-organic framework(MOF)was synthesized and applied in loop-mediated isothermal amplification(named Cu-TCPP@LAMP), which can inhibit the non-specific amplification by absorbing and precise temperature releasing of single primer. As thus, Cu-TCPP@LAMP can achieve high sensitivity and specific amplification of the target gene. As a result, peanut and soybean allergens genes contained in food were successfully detected with a favorable detection sensitivity(5 ng/μL for peanuts and 10 ng/μL for soybeans)and reliable repeatability(The coefficient of variation was 3.38% for peanuts and 3.33% for soybeans). Moreover, the established method was utilized for detection of several commercial products, and had a high consistency with the standard method. Apart from food allergens, this novel assay can be widely used in other areas, such as pathogen detection, tumor nucleic acid detection and so on.

Numerical simulation of the spatial wind field plays a very important role in the study of wind-induced response law of transmission tower structures.A reasonable construction of a numerical simulation method of the wind field is conducive to the study of wind-induced response law under the action of an actual wind field.Currently,many research studies rely on simulating spatial wind fields as Gaussian wind,often overlooking the basic non-Gaussian characteristics.This paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the historical development and current state of spatial wind field simulations,along with a detailed introduction to standard simulation methods.Furthermore,it delves into the composition and unique characteristics of spatial winds.The process of fluctuating wind simulation based on the linear filter AR method is improved by introducing spatial correlation and non-Gaussian distribution characteristics.The numerical simulation method of the wind field is verified by taking the actual transmission tower as a calculation case.The results show that the method summarized in this paper has a broader application range and can effectively simulate the actual spatial wind field under various conditions,which provides a valuable data basis for the subsequent research on the wind-induced response of transmission tower lines.

The effect of a negative DC bias,|V_(dc)|,on the electrical parameters and discharge mode is investigated experimentally in a radiofrequency(RF)capacitively coupled Ar plasma operated at different RF voltage amplitudes and gas pressures.The electron density is measured using a hairpin probe and the spatio-temporal distribution of the electron-impact excitation rate is determined by phase-resolved optical emission spectroscopy.The electrical parameters are obtained based on the waveforms of the electrode voltage and plasma current measured by a voltage probe and a current probe.It was found that at a low|V_(dc)|,i.***.inα-mode,the electron density and RF current decline with increasing|V_(dc)|;meanwhile,the plasma impedance becomes more capacitive due to a widened sheath.Therefore,RF power deposition is suppressed.When|V_(dc)|exceeds a certain value,the plasma changes toα–γhybrid mode(or the discharge becomes dominated by theγ-mode),manifesting a drastically growing electron density and a moderately increasing RF current.Meanwhile,the plasma impedance becomes more resistive,so RF power deposition is enhanced with|V_(dc)|.We also found that the electrical parameters show similar dependence on|V_(dc)|at different RF voltages,andα–γmode transition occurs at a lower|V_(dc)|at a higher RF voltage.By increasing the pressure,plasma impedance becomes more resistive,so RF power deposition and electron density are enhanced.In particular,theα–γmode transition tends to occur at a lower|V_(dc)|with increase in pressure.

When using high-voltage transmission lines for energy transmission in loess hilly regions,local extreme wind fields such as turbulence and high-speed cyclones occur from time to time,which can cause many kinds of mechanical and electrical failures,seriously affecting the reliable and stable energy transmission of the power grid.The existing research focuses on the wind field simulation of ideal micro-terrain and actual terrain with mostly single microterrain characteristics.Model boundary constraints and the influence of constrained boundaries are the main problems that need to be solved to accurately model and simulate complex flow fields.In this paper,a flow field simulation method based on circular boundary constraints is carried out.During the study,the influence of the model boundary and the selection conditions of themodeling range are systematically analyzed.It is more suitable to make sure that the air domain is 4 times higher than the height of the hill undulations,in addition to ensuring that there should be a minimum of 400 m between the study region and the boundary.Then,an actual terrain model of a power grid line in Shanxi is established,through the method proposed in this paper,the wind speed at the location of the transmission tower line under different wind directions is analyzed,and it is found that when the incidence direction is 45 degrees north by east the wind speed is the highest.The findings demonstrate that the circular boundary model has the advantage of more easily adjusting the wind incidence direction,in addition to theoretically reducing the errors caused by traditional models in boundary processing.It can accurately obtain the distribution characteristics of the flow field affected by the terrain,and quickly screen out the extreme working conditions that are most harmful to the transmission lines in the actual transmission line for energy transmission in complex loess hilly regions.

Rapid and accurate detection of immunoglobulin E(Ig E) in serum and reduction of serum dosage are of great significance for clinical detection. Herein, we described a rapid magnetic separation of Ig E from patient serum based on Fe3 O4@Si O2-NTA@026 sdab as the capture probe and multiple horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-labeled antibodies linked gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) as chemiluminescence(CL) signal amplifier for ultrasensitive detection of total Ig E. Results showed that the limit of detection of our immunosensor system in serum samples was 0.03 k U/L, which is lowest in comparison with current methods, and far lower than that of Immuno CAP for Ig E detection(0.1 k U/L). Furthermore, our immunosensor possessed satisfied repeatability and accuracy, as well as good stability. In comparison with the Immuno CAP for the quantitative detection of Ig E, highly consistent results were achieved in 20 serum samples. Specially, this method was also successfully utilized for assessing the Ig E traces in breast cancer patients,which provides a new idea for the diagnosis of early cancer. Therefore, we believe that such versatile immunosensor will offer an alternative method for the on-site monitoring and determination of various Ig E-related diseases.

We propose a pilot domain non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)for uplink massive devices grant-free random access scenarios in massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)maritime communication systems.These scenarios are characterized by numerous devices with sporadic access behavior,and therefore only a subset of them are active.Due to massive potential devices in the network,it is infeasible to assign a unique orthogonal pilot to each device in advance.In such scenarios,pilot decontamination is a crucial problem.In this paper,the devices are randomly assigned non-orthogonal pilots which are constructed by a linear combination of some orthogonal pilots.We show that a bipartite graph can conveniently describe the interference cancellation(IC)processes of pilot decontamination.High spectrum efficiency(SE)and low outage probability can be obtained by selecting the numbers of orthogonal pilots according to the given probability distribution.Numerical evaluatioDs show that the proposed pilot domain NOMA decreases the outage probability from 20%to 2 e-12 at the SE of 4 bits/s/Hz for a single device,compared to the conventional method of slotted ALOHA with 1024 antennas at the BS,or increases the spectrum efficiency from 1.2 bits/s/Hz to 4 bit/s/Hz at the outage probability of2 e-12 in contrast with the Welch bound equality(WBE)non-orthogonal pilots.

现有的发热量测试方法主要是绝热式量热方法,该方法由于热量无法散出导致电池温度过高,具有一定的安全隐患,同时大倍率放电情况下存在热量追踪不及时造成误差的情况。针对现有发热量测试存在的问题,提出了一种新型基于换热器的发热量测试方法,该方法可以将大倍率放电工况下的电池温度控制在安全范围内,同时实时监测电池的发热量,通过使用高精度测量设备实现锂电池发热测试研究,具有高精确度,良好的跟随性等特性。针对不同种类电池在不同放电电流条件下拟合出相关公式,为电池热管理分析提供可靠热特性参数,提供合理有效的散热方案。该理论及设计方法对于锂电池大倍率放电工况下的产热测试具有出色的效果。本实验研究有利于进一步分析不同放电工况下锂电池的热特性。

Plants have a close relationship with their root microbiota,which comprises a complex microbial network.Histone methylation is an important epigenetic modification influencing multiple plant traits;however,little is known about the role of plant histone methylation in the assembly and network structure of the root microbiota.In this study,we established that the rice(Oryza sativa)histone methylation regulates the structure and composition of the root microbiota,especially the hub species in the microbial network.DJjmj703(defective in histone H3K4 demethylation)and ZH11-sdg714(defective in H3K9 methylation)showed significant different root microbiota compared with the corresponding wild types at the phylum and family levels,with a consistent increase in the abundance of Betaproteobacteria and a decrease in the Firmicutes.In the root microbial network,35 of 44 hub species in the top 10 modules in the tested field were regulated by at least one histone methylation-related gene.These observations establish that the rice histone methylation plays a pivotal role in regulating the assembly of the root microbiota,providing insights into the links between plant epigenetic regulation and root microbiota.

互联互通是我国轨道交通一体化融合和高质量发展的现实需求。本文对粤港澳大湾区多层次轨道交通体系进行了梳理,重新诠释了互联互通的概念,对不同层次轨道交通适宜达到的互联互通等级及可行性进行分析,针对是否采用直通跨线运营模式实现互联互通问题进行了研究。结果表明:(1)按照便利程度将互联互通分为直通跨线运营模式、付费区换乘(地铁换乘模式)、非付费区换乘(国铁换乘模式)和有物理隔离(自行换乘模式)4个等级;(2)高速铁路与城市轨道交通宜做好换乘接驳;城际铁路(区域通道型)与高速铁路间,都市圈城际铁路与市域(郊)铁路间宜直通跨线运营;(3)选取技术标准、运输需求、运营条件和经济效益4类评价指标,分析了各指标的评价函数,构建了基于遗传算法的模糊综合评价模型,通过采用遗传算法对指标权重进行优化确定,解决了二元评价指标的权重依赖问题;(4)以大湾区城际铁路为例,对互联互通直通跨线运营的线路进行了实证研究,计算结果与实际工程设计方案一致。

采用分步相位屏的方法,研究了径向偏振高阶贝塞尔-高斯涡旋光束在海洋湍流中的光强特性和闪烁特性.研究发现,径向偏振高阶贝塞尔-高斯涡旋光束传输一段距离后,其中心区域光强受自身特性的影响;对于不同强度的海洋湍流,随着均方温度耗散率的增大,光束所对应的轴上区域的闪烁因子也越大.相较于线偏振光束和径向偏振光束,径向偏振高阶贝塞尔-高斯涡旋光束在海洋湍流中的传输受湍流的影响较小.研究还发现,传输一段距离后,径向偏振高阶贝塞尔-高斯涡旋光束(n≥1)的拓扑荷数越高,光束所对应的闪烁因子越小.另外,相对于径向偏振高阶贝塞尔-高斯涡旋光束(n≥1),拓扑荷数n=0的径向偏振零阶贝塞尔-高斯涡旋光束具有较低的闪烁因子.
