A series of WO3hollow microspheres decorated with Ag3PO4nanoparticles（APW） composites with Ag3PO4:WO3mass percentage of 20%（20APW）, 30%（30APW）, 40%（40APW） and 50%（APW） were successfully synthesized,characterized and tested for the degradation of the Rhodamine B（Rh B） under 300 W xenon lamp radiation. The photocatalytic results showed that the photocatalytic degradation performances of WO3hollow microspheres decorated with Ag3PO4nanoparticles on Rh B were significantly enhanced, which were much higher than that of individual Ag3PO4and WO3. Especially for 40APW, Rh B can be completely degraded within 10 min. The order of degradation efficiency is 20APW<50APW< 30APW<40APW. The rate constant of 40APW(0.3902 min-1) is about 81.3 times that of WO3(0.0048 min-1). The diffuse reflection, photoluminescence and electrochemical impedance tests showed that the formation of Ag3PO4/WO3composite structure broadened the light absorption range, reduced the recombination rate of photogenerated electrons and holes, and decreased the resistance to charge transfer, which are beneficial to the improvement of photocatalytic performance. The capture agent experiments were carried out with 40APW, which specified the primary role of h+and ·O2-in the degradation of Rh B. The formation of heterojunction between Ag3PO4and WO3that effectively separates photogenerated electrons and holes are contributed to the enhancement of photocatalytic properties of APW composites.

Ever present hurdles for the discovery of new drugs for cancer therapy have necessitated the development of the alternative strategy of drug repurposing,the development of old drugs for new therapeutic *** strategy with a cost-effective way offers a rare opportunity for the treatment of human neoplastic disease,facilitating rapid clinical *** an increased understanding of the hallmarks of cancer and the development of various data-driven approaches,drug repurposing further promotes the holistic productivity of drug discovery and reasonably focuses on target-defined antineoplastic ***“treasure trove”of non-oncology drugs should not be ignored since they could target not only known but also hitherto unknown vulnerabilities of ***,different from targeted drugs,these old generic drugs,usually used in a multi-target strategy may bring benefit to *** this review,aiming to demonstrate the full potential of drug repurposing,we present various promising repurposed non-oncology drugs for clinical cancer management and classify these candidates into their proposed administration for either mono-or drug combination *** also summarize approaches used for drug repurposing and discuss the main barriers to its uptake.

Objective: Growing evidence indicates that FAT atypical cadherin 1(FAT1) has aberrant genetic alterations and exhibits potential tumor suppressive function in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC). However, the role of FAT1 in ESCC tumorigenesis remains not well elucidated. The aim of this study was to further investigate genetic alterations and biological functions of FAT1, as well as to explore its transcriptional regulation and downstream targets in ***: The mutations of FAT1 in ESCC were achieved by analyzing a combined study from seven published genomic data, while the copy number variants of FAT1 were obtained from an analysis of our previous data as well as of The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA) and Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia(CCLE) databases using the cBioPortal. The transcriptional regulation of FAT1 expression was investigated by chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP) and the luciferase reporter assays. In-cell western, Western blot and reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR) were used to assess the indicated gene expression. In addition, colony formation and Transwell migration/invasion assays were employed to test cell proliferation, migration and ***, RNA sequencing was used to study the ***: FAT1 was frequently mutated in ESCC and was deleted in multiple cancers. Furthermore, the transcription factor E2 F1 occupied the promoter region of FAT1, and depletion of E2 F1 led to a decrease in transcription activity and mRNA levels of FAT1. Moreover, we found that knockdown of FAT1 promoted KYSE30 and KYSE150 cell proliferation, migration and invasion;while overexpression of FAT1 inhibited KYSE30 and KYSE410 cell proliferation, migration and invasion. A wideband combined transducer for measuring system in sound tube

A wideband transducer for sound tube system is presented, which combines longitudinal transducer and Class IV flextensional transducer to improve the performance at low frequency and broaden the working band. The equivalent circuit is obtained and used to analyze the coupling mechanism between longitudinal transducer and flextensional transducer. A prototype of the transducer is developed after optimizing the electro-acoustic performances by Finite Element Method. The standing wave in the sound tube stimulated by this transducer has been studied and the sound absorbing coefficients of two acoustic materials samples are measured using this sound tube, which shows that the transducer can meet the requirements of acoustic material measurement with the working band ranging from 1.4 kHz to 23 kHz.

色力布亚断裂带为巴楚隆起南缘边界断裂带之一,受到盆内多期构造活动的影响,形成了多期构造活动叠加影响下的复杂断裂构造,研究色力布亚断裂带的几何学特征及运动学特征对于探讨巴楚隆起性质、形成时间及研究克拉通内构造变形成因具有重要意义。运用断层相关褶皱理论及其他地震解释方法,对近垂直于色力布亚断裂带走向的8条二维地震剖面进行了精细解释及分析,重新刻画了色力布亚断裂带的几何形态,并利用三维建模技术建立了断裂带在三维空间的形态,以断裂本身展布特征及组合特征为依据重新对色力布亚断裂带进行了分段;结合生长地层及不整合面的发育特征,探讨了构造活动的期次及相对强弱。研究认为,色力布亚断裂带以发育色力布亚深部断层为特征,深部断层的活动是导致断裂带北侧地层抬升的主要原因,前寒武系结构证明色力布亚深部断层早期活动具拉张性质;根据断层组合及各自展布形态,色力布亚断裂带划分为北段、中段和南段,各段均表现出分层变形样式,新生界断裂以古近系底膏岩层为滑脱层,古生界断裂以中寒武统盐岩层为滑脱层;生长地层的形态反映了新生界断裂在第四纪开始活动并持续至现今,不整合面的发育指示了基底断裂在中晚二叠世强烈活动,活动强度在断裂带表现为北强南弱,古生界断裂活动期则在中新世至上新世末期,其活动强度表现为北弱南强,基底断裂的影响导致地层整体抬升,古生界和新生界断裂则导致地层发生强烈褶皱变形。

象山港因其特殊的地理环境及功能特性,富营养化问题突出,以往以营养盐为指标的评价不能有效反映象山港的实际情况,因此亟须对其富营养化水平开展客观、准确的评价和研究。文章利用2001年—2015年间象山港海域监测数据,根据我国水体富营养化研究现状与评价标准,结合象山港实际情况,对部分指标进行改进,构建了新的压力-状态-响应模型。应用该评价模型,研究了象山港水体富营养化压力程度,建立了以叶绿素a为初级症状指标,以底层溶解氧和赤潮发生情况为次级症状指标的富营养化状态等级。同时,结合象山港实施海域海岸带整治、五水共治、污染物总量控制及减排等因素预测了富营养化响应状况。结果显示,在"优、良、中、差、劣"五个富营养化等级中,象山港综合评价等级为中等富营养化程度。其中,压力、状态、响应的评价等级均为中级。通过预测,未来几年象山港富营养化综合评价等级也基本维持在中等水平。该评价结果较好地反映了象山港水体富营养化压力和症状水平,其结论更符合实际,有助于政府部门对海域富营养化进行科学和有针对性的管理。

Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC） is a poor-prognostic cancer type with extensive intra-and inter-patient heterogeneity in both genomic variations and tumor microenvironment（TME）. However, the patterns and drivers of spatial genomic and microenvironmental heterogeneity of ESCC remain largely unknown. Here, we generated a spatial multi-omic atlas by whole-exome, transcriptome, and methylome sequencing of 507 tumor samples from 103 patients. We identified a novel tumor suppressor PREX2,accounting for 22% of ESCCs with frequent somatic mutations or hyper-methylation, which promoted migration and invasion of ESCC cells in vitro. Analysis of the TME and quantification of subclonal expansion indicated that ESCCs undergo spatially directed evolution, where subclones mostly originated from the tumor center but had a biased clonal expansion to the upper direction of the ***, we found upper regions of ESCCs often underwent stronger immunoediting with increased selective fitness, suggesting more stringent immune selection. In addition, distinct TMEs were associated with variable genomic and clinical outcomes. Among them, hot TME was associated with high immune evasion and subclonal heterogeneity. We also found that immunoediting, instead of CD8+T cell abundance, acts as an independent prognostic factor of ESCCs. Importantly, we found significant heterogeneity in previously considered potential therapeutic targets, as well as BRCAness characteristics in a subset of patients, emphasizing the importance of focusing on heterogeneity in ESCC targeted ***, these findings provide novel insights into the mechanisms of the spatial evolution of ESCC and inform precision therapeutic strategies.
