Betanin is a member of natural pigment betacyanins family and has extensive application in the food industry as an important natural red food *** relatively inefficient production in nature however hampers access to this phytochemicals through traditional crop-based *** bioproduction therefore represents an attractive ***,we present the construction of a Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain for betanin *** minimizing metabolic crosstalk,screening and modifying biosynthetic enzymes,enhancing pathway flux and optimizing fermentation conditions,a final titer of betanin of 28.7 mg/L was achieved from glucose at 25℃ in baffled shake-flask,which is the highest reported titer produced by yeast to our *** work provides a promising step towards developing synthetic yeast cell factories for de novo biosynthesis of value-added betanin and other betacyanins.

The present study observed the effects of repeated electroacupuncture of Zusanli （ST36） and Yanglingquan （GB34） on expression of hippocampal acetylcholinesterase, vesicular acetylcholine transporter, and muscarinic M1 receptor mRNA in chronic constrictive injury （neuropathic pain） and/or ovariotomy rats. Results demonstrated increased expression of hippocampal acetylcholinesterase, vesicular acetylcholine transporter, and muscarinic M1 receptor mRNA, as well as decreased pain threshold, in a rat model of chronic neuropathic pain after electroacupuncture. The effects of electroacupuncture increased with prolonged time, but the above-mentioned effects decreased in memory-deficient animals. Results indicated that repeated electroacupuncture has a cumulative analgesic effect, which is closely associated with upregulation of acetylcholinesterase and vesicular acetylcholine transporter activity, as well as M1 receptor mRNA expression and memory.

鲁西南潜隆起深部岩溶热储埋深差异明显,本次研究以嘉祥潜凸起、鱼台凹陷为例,在区域地质研究、地面调查的基础上,在嘉祥潜凸起南部及鱼台凹陷分别施工1398 m及2309 m地热井两眼,综合地温场测量、地球物理勘探、地热井钻探、抽水试验、水质分析等手段,分析了该区岩溶热储赋存特征。鲁西南潜隆起中部断裂构造多为导水导热断裂,断层裂隙是研究区的主要热储层,放射性元素衰变产生的热量所占比例小于一般地区放射性的元素衰变热,煤系地层地温梯度大于2.3℃/100m,奥陶系地温梯度在4℃/100m左右;地热水中富含氟、锶、偏硼酸,均达到医疗价值浓度标准,地热单井的产能分别为4049.72 kW和1431.32 kW,地热水开采一年所获得热量与之相当的节煤量分别为7262.73 t/a和2686.79 t/a,开发前景较好。

莱芜侯家沟—西泉河地区断裂构造、裂隙岩溶水水文地质条件复杂。该文在系统分析侯家沟—西泉河地区水文地质条件、岩溶塌陷发生历史及规模的基础上,总结了区内岩溶塌陷成因。研究表明:区内岩溶塌陷主要发生在浅部岩溶发育的侯家沟和泉河地区,发生时间多为每年汛期雨中或雨后的一段时期内,主要是岩溶地下水的频繁大幅度波动(波动范围16~40 m)造成的浅部溶洞上覆厚度约4~15 m的黏质砂土、砂质黏土遭到破坏,进而产生塌陷。

With the development of the smart grid,the distribution system operation conditions become more complex and ***,due to the influence of observation outliers and uncertain noise statistics,it is more difficult to grasp the dynamic operation characteristics of distribution *** order to address these problems,by using projection statistics and the noise covariance updating technology based on the Sage-Husa noise estimator,for distribution power system with outliers and uncertain noise statistics,a robust adaptive cubature Kalman filter forecasting-aided state estimation method is proposed based on generalized-maximum likelihood type ***,an adaptive strategy,which can enhance the filtering accuracy under normal conditions,is *** the simulation part,the branch parameters and node load parameters of the test system are appropriately modified to simulate the asymmetry of the three-phase branch parameters and the asymmetry of the three-phase ***,through simulation experiments on the improved test system,it is verified that the robust forecasting-aided state estimation method,presented in this paper,can effectively perceive the actual operating state of the distribution network in different simulation scenarios.

Coalbursts in China: Theory, practice and management

Coalburst is one of the most serious disasters that threaten the safe production of coal mines, and this disaster is particularly serious in China. This paper presents an overview of coalbursts in China since 1980s. From the "stress and energy" and "regional and local" perspectives, the achievements in the theory, practice and management of coalbursts in China are systematically summarized. A theoretical system of coalbursts has been formed to reveal the deformational behavior of coalbursts and explain the mechanism of coalbursts. The occurrence conditions of coalbursts are put forward and the critical stress is obtained. The stress index method for risk evaluation of coalbursts before mining is proposed, and the deformation localization prediction method of coalbursts is put forward. The relationship between energy release and absorption in the process of coalbursts is found, and the prevention and control methods of coalbursts, including the regional method, the local method and support, are presented. The safety evaluation index of coalburst prevention and control is put forward. The integrated prevention and control method for coal and gas outbursts is proposed. The prevention and control technology and equipment of coalbursts have also been developed. Amongst them, the distribution law of the critical stress in China coalburst mines is discovered. The technology and equipment for monitoring, prevention and control of coalbursts, as well as for integrated prevention and control of combined coalbursts and other disasters, have been developed. The energy-absorbing and coalburst-preventing support technology for roadways is invented, and key engineering parameters of coalburst prevention and control are pointed out. In China, coalburst prevention and control laws and standards have been developed. Technical standards for coalbursts are formulated, statute and regulations for coal mines are established, and regulatory documents are promoted.

The construction of hydrogels with good mechanical properties and phosphorescent properties is full of ***,we report a supramolecular phosphorescent hydrogel with long lifetime,high tensile strength and self-healing property,which can be easily constructed through in-situ thermalinitiated polymerization of isocyanatoethyl acrylate-modifiedβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD-DA)and acrylatemodified adamantane(Ad-DA),acrylic acid(AA),followed by the non-covalent association with carbon dots(CNDs).The lifetime of phosphorescent hydrogel can reach 1261 ms at room temperature,and the quantum yield is 11%.Importantly,through the efficient triplet to singlet Förster resonance energy transfer(TS-FRET),the phosphorescent hydrogel shows the good phosphorescence energy transfer property for organic dyes Rhodamine B and Eosin Y with the delayed fluorescence lifetime up to 730 ms and 585 ms as well as the energy transfer efficiency(Φ_(ET))up to 99.9%and 99.3%,***,owing to the host-guest interactions betweenβ-CD-DA and Ad-DA,the three-dimensional cross-linked network phosphorescent hydrogel can be easily stretched to 18 times of its original length,and can achieve self-healing of the cut surfaces within 30 *** results will expand the scope of phosphorescent materials and provide new ideas and opportunities for materials science.
