Electric double layer(EDL)gating is a technique in which ions in an electrolyte modulate the charge transport in an electronic material through electrical field effects.A sub-nanogap capacitor is induced at the interface of electrolyte/semiconductor under the external electrical field and the capacitor has an ultrahigh capacitance density(~μF cm-2).Recently,EDL gating technique,as an interfacial gating,is widely used in two-dimensional(2D)crystals for various sophisti-cated materials characterization and device *** review introduces the EDL-gated transistors based on 2D materials and their applications in the field of bioinspired optoelectronic detection,sen-sing,logic circuits,and neuromorphic computation.

Renewable lignin used for synthesizing materials has been proven to be highly potential in specific ***,we report a simple method to synthesize nitrogen and sulfur co-doped carbon nanosheets by using bagasse lignin,denoted as lignin-derived carbon(LC).By adjusting the ratio of nitrogen source and annealing temperature,we obtained the ultrathin graphitic lignin carbon(LC-4-1000)with abundant wrinkles with high surface area of 1208 m2g_1 and large pore volume of 1.40 cm3g_*** alkaline medium,LC-4-1000 has more positive half-wave potential and nearly current density compared to commercial Pt/C for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).More importantly,LC-4-1000 also exhibits comparable activity and superior stability for ORR in acid medium due to its high graphitic N ratio and a direct four electron pathway for *** study develops a cost-effective and highly efficient method to prepare biocarbon catalyst for ORR in fuel cells.

自身免疫性脑炎的临床特征分析

目的探讨自身免疫性脑炎的临床特点及治疗预后。方法收集2016年6月至2019年10月于徐州医科大学附属医院确诊的19例自身免疫性脑炎患者的临床资料,回顾性分析其临床表现、脑脊液检查结果、影像学表现、脑电图表现及治疗预后。结果19例患者中男14例,女5例,年龄18~68岁,平均年龄(42.1±16.0)岁。起病形式多呈急性或亚急性,临床表现为癫痫发作14例,精神行为异常10例,认知障碍9例,意识水平下降或昏迷4例,言语障碍3例,自主神经功能障碍3例,睡眠障碍3例,腹泻1例,低钠血症1例。脑脊液检查:白细胞数增高者18例,蛋白增高者11例,免疫球蛋白IgG增高者11例,液基细胞学见淋巴细胞增多者7例。影像学:头颅MRI检查主要表现为额叶、颞叶、海马、岛叶等部位T2加权像(T2WI)、液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)序列呈高信号,部分患者弥散加权成像(DWI)呈高信号,增强扫描伴强化者少见。脑电图:正常者6例,轻度异常者5例,中度异常者4例,重度异常者1例。治疗预后:多数患者使用糖皮质激素、免疫球蛋白等免疫治疗后改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分较入院时降低1~3分,症状完全恢复者6例,放弃治疗者1例。结论自身免疫性脑炎临床表现复杂多样,以癫痫发作、精神行为异常、认知障碍急性或亚急性起病的患者,应考虑自身免疫性脑炎可能,需完善脑脊液、头颅MRI等相关检查,尽早启动免疫治疗。

Based on a sample of Chinese A-share listed firms from 2015 to 2018,this paper studies the impact of annual report comment letters(ARCLs)on firm stock price *** find that after firms receive ARCLs,their stock price synchronicity ***,the longer the ARCLs and the more negative the ARCLs’tone,the lower the resulting stock price *** mechanism test shows that after firms receive ARCLs,the firms’information disclosure increases in quantity and quality,external media attention increases,and the firms’governance improves,reducing their stock price *** research shows that this negative association is more significant in firms with higher information *** paper shows that the ARCL,an innovative application of the capital market supervision philosophy,is conducive to improving the quality of listed firms and to the healthy development of the capital market.

Co-based catalysts are promising alternatives to precious metals for the selective and effective oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)to the higher value-added 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA).However,these catalysts still suffer from unsatisfactory activity and poor selectivity.A series of N-doped carbon-supported Co-based dual-metal nanoparticles(NPs)have been designed,among which the Co-Cu_(1.4)-CN_(x) exhibits enhanced HMF oxidative activity,achieving FDCA formation rates 4 times higher than that of pristine Co-CN_(x),with 100%FDCA *** functional theory(DFT)calculations evidenced that the increased electron density on Co sites induced by Cu can mediate the positive electronegativity offset to downshift the dband center of Co-Cu_(1.4)-CN_(x),thus reducing the energy barriers for the conversion of HMF to *** findings will support the development of superior non-precious metal catalysts for HMF oxidation.

The Corrected Finite Volume Element Methods for Diffusion Equations Satisfying Discrete Extremum Principle

In this paper,we correct the finite volume element methods for diffusion equations on general triangular and quadrilateral ***,we decompose the numerical fluxes of original schemes into two parts,i.e.,the principal part with a twopoint flux structure and the defective *** then with the help of local extremums,we transform the original numerical fluxes into nonlinear numerical fluxes,which can be expressed as a nonlinear combination of two-point *** is proved that the corrected schemes satisfy the discrete strong extremum principle without restrictions on the diffusion coefficient and *** results indicate that the corrected schemes not only satisfy the discrete strong extremum principle but also preserve the convergence order of the original finite volume element methods.

Simulation of Quasi-Linear Mesoscale Convective Systems in Northern China：Lightning Activities and Storm Structure

Two intense quasi-linear mesoscale convective systems（QLMCSs） in northern China were simulated using the WRF（Weather Research and Forecasting） model and the 3D-Var（three-dimensional variational） analysis system of the ARPS（Advanced Regional Prediction System） model.A new method in which the lightning density is calculated using both the precipitation and non-precipitation ice mass was developed to reveal the relationship between the lightning activities and QLMCS *** indicate that,compared with calculating the results using two previous methods,the lightning density calculated using the new method presented in this study is in better accordance with *** on the calculated lightning densities using the new method,it was found that most lightning activity was initiated on the right side and at the front of the QLMCSs,where the surface wind field converged *** CAPE was much stronger ahead of the southeastward progressing QLMCS than to the back it,and their lightning events mainly occurred in regions with a large gradient of *** between lightning and non-lightning regions indicated that lightning regions featured more intense ascending motion than non-lightning regions;the vertical ranges of maximum reflectivity between lightning and non-lightning regions were very different;and the ice mixing ratio featured no significant differences between the lightning and non-lightning regions.

We apply the monotonicity correction to thefinite element method for the anisotropic diffusion problems,including linear and quadraticfinite elements on triangular *** formulating thefinite element schemes,we need to calculate the integrals on every triangular element,whose results are the linear combination of the two-point *** we decompose the integral results into the main and remaining parts according to coefficient signs of two-point *** apply the nonlinear correction to the positive remaining parts and move the negative remaining parts to the right side of thefinite element ***,the original stiffness matrix can be transformed into a nonlinear M-matrix,and the corrected schemes have the positivity-preserving *** also give the monotonicity correction to the time derivative term for the time-dependent *** experiments show that the correctedfinite element method has monotonicity and maintains the convergence order of the original schemes in H1-norm and L2-norm,respectively.

Rapeseed(Brassica napus)is an oil crop grown worldwide,making it a key plant species in molecular breeding ***,the complexity of its polyploid genome increases sequencing costs and reduces sequencing *** capture coupled with high-throughput sequencing is an efficient approach for detecting genetic variation at genomic regions or loci of *** this study,588 resequenced accessions of rapeseed were used to develop a target capture sequencing SNP genotyping platform named *** platform comprised 54,765,with 54,058 resequenced markers from the pan-genome,and 855 variant trait-associated markers for 12 agronomic *** capture quality of BnaPan50T was demonstrated well in 12 typical *** with a conventional genotyping array,BnaPan50T has a high SNP density and a high proportion of SNPs in unique physical positions and in annotated functional genes,promising wide *** capture sequencing and wholegenome resequencing in 90 doubled-haploid lines yielded 60%specificity,78%uniformity within tenfold coverage range,and 93%genotyping accuracy for the ***50T was used to construct a genetic map for quantitative trait loci(QTL)mapping,identify 21 unique QTL,and predict several candidate genes for yield-related traits in multiple environments.A set of 132 core SNP loci was selected from BnaPan50T to construct DNA fingerprints and germplasm identification *** study provides genomics resources to support target capture sequencing,genetic analysis and genomic breeding of rapeseed.
