Structural variations(SVs)are a feature of plant genomes that has been largely unexplored despite their significant impact on plant phenotypic traits and local adaptation to abiotic and biotic *** this study,we employed woolly grape(Vitis retordii),a species native to the tropical and subtropical regions of East Asia with both coastal and inland habitats,as a valuable model for examining the impact of SVs on local *** assembled a haplotype-resolved chromosomal reference genome for woolly grape,and conducted population genetic analyses based on whole-genome sequencing(WGS)data from coastal and inland *** demographic analyses revealed recent bottlenecks in all populations and asymmetric gene flow from the inland to the coastal *** total,1,035 genes associated with plant adaptive regulation for salt stress,radiation,and environmental adaptation were detected underlying local selection by SVs and SNPs in the coastal population,of which 37.29% and 65.26% were detected by SVs and SNPs,*** genes such as FSD2,RGA1,and AAP8 associated with salt tolerance were found to be highly differentiated and selected during the process of local adaptation to coastal habitats in SV *** study highlights the importance of SVs in local adaptation;candidate genes related to salt stress and climatic adaptation to tropical and subtropical environments are important genomic resources for future breeding programs of grapevine and its rootstocks.

Anti-tumor angiogenesis therapy, targeting the suppression of blood vessel growth in tumors, presents a potent approach in the battle against cancer. Traditional therapies have primarily concentrated on single-target techniques, with a specific emphasis on targeting the vascular endothelial growth factor, but have not reached ideal therapeutic efficacy. In response to this issue, our study introduced a novel nanoparticle system known as CS-siRNA/PEITC&L-cRGD NPs. These chitosan-based nanoparticles have been recognized for their excellent biocompatibility and ability to deliver genes. To enhance their targeted delivery capability, they were combined with a cyclic RGD peptide (cRGD). Targeted co-delivery of gene and chemotherapeutic agents was achieved through the use of a negatively charged lipid shell and cRGD, which possesses high affinity for integrin αvβ3 overexpressed in tumor cells and neovasculature. In this multifaceted approach, co-delivery of VEGF siRNA and phenethyl isothiocyanate (PEITC) was employed to target both tumor vascular endothelial cells and tumor cells simultaneously. The co-delivery of VEGF siRNA and PEITC could achieve precise silencing of VEGF, inhibit the accumulation of HIF-1α under hypoxic conditions, and induce apoptosis in tumor cells. In summary, we have successfully developed a nanoparticle delivery platform that utilizes a dual mechanism of action of anti-tumor angiogenesis and pro-tumor apoptosis, which provides a robust and potent strategy for the delivery of anti-cancer therapeutics.

Surface meteorological observations have been carried out at the Great Wall station （GW） and Zhongshan station （ZS） from 1984 to 2008 and from 1989 to 2008 respectively. The variation in mean air temperature and its trends are derived from the meteorological observation data recorded at both stations. The warming rate of the annual mean temperature at GW is similar to that at Bellingshausen station, which is about 3 km distant. Thus, the warming trend is representative of the King George Island region. The warming rate of ZS is less different from that at Davis station,which is about 100 km from ZS. It can be said that the meteorological data recorded at both stations are representative of the regions of the King George Island and east coast of the Antarctic.

Given the escalating impact of climate change on agriculture and food security,gaining insights into the evolutionary dynamics of climatic adaptation and uncovering climate-adapted variation can empower the breeding of climate-resilient crops to face future climate ***(Medicago sativa ***),the queen of forages,shows remarkable adaptability across diverse global environments,making it an excellent model for investigating species responses to climate *** this study,we performed population genomic analyses using genome resequencing data from 702 accessions of 24 Medicago species to unravel alfalfa’s climatic adaptation and genetic susceptibility to future climate *** found that interspecific genetic exchange has contributed to the gene pool of alfalfa,particularly enriching defense and stress-response *** introgression between *** ***(***)and alfalfa not only aids alfalfa’s climatic adaptation but also introduces genetic burden.A total of 1671 genes were associated with climatic adaptation,and 5.7%of them were introgressions from *** integrating climate-associated variants and climate data,we identified populations that are vulnerable to future climate change,particularly in higher latitudes of the Northern *** findings serve as a clarion call for targeted conservation initiatives and breeding *** also identified preadaptive populations that demonstrate heightened resilience to climate fluctuations,illuminating a pathway for future breeding ***,this study enhances our understanding about the local adaptation mechanisms of alfalfa and facilitates the breeding of climate-resilient alfalfa cultivars,contributing to effective agricultural strategies for facing future climate change.

Climate and meteorological processes of the East Antarctic ice sheet between Zhongshan and Dome-A

The 1228 km over-snow traverse route between the Chinese Zhongshan Station, on the coast of Prydz Bay, and Dome-A, at 4091 m elevation the highest point of the East Antarctic ice sheet, has been the focus of CHINARE surface meteorological and climate studies since 2002. A network of seven Automatic Weather Stations has been deployed along this section, including at Dome-A itself, and some of these have now provided nearly-hourly data for over a decade. Atmospheric boundary layer turbulence and radiation observations have been made over the near-coastal ice sheet inland of Zhongshan and surface turbulence measurements using an ultrasonic anemometer system have also been made in the deep interior of the ice sheet. Summer GPS radiosonde soundings of the atmospheric boundary layer have been made at Kunlun Station, near Dome-A. In this paper these observations are combined to provide a comprehensive overview of the meteorological regime of this region of the ice sheet, its climate variability, and as a reference for future study of climate change. This includes investigation of the variation of surface climate features with elevation and distance from the coast, the height and structure of the boundary layer over the ice sheet, and seasonal and regional changes in ice/snow-air interactions, including turbulent and radiative energy fluxes. The air temperature and snow temperature between the coastal Zhongshan and Dome-A on the inland plateau have not changed significantly in the past decade compared with the inter-annual variability.

在铁路货运价格逐渐放开由企业自主定价的背景下,研究了高铁企业面对契约和零售双市场的高铁快递运输定价决策问题。分析了高铁企业与快递公司的博弈过程,分别就序贯定价和联合定价两种方式构建模型,分析了两种方式下铁路企业的最优定价决策并进行了比较。研究表明,大多数情况下联合定价给铁路企业带来的收益大于序贯定价,只有当高铁企业对零售市场需求预测的误差大于某一阈值时,序贯定价才优于联合定价,随着快递市场不确定性的增加,相对于序贯定价,联合定价使企业受到的损失更少,收益的稳定性更高。

在一维情况下研究了一类边界退化的四阶抛物型方程解的存在性问题.在方程形式上,它的低阶项为退化的二阶线性微分项,且高阶项为退化的四阶线性微分项,给出该方程合理的初值条件和边界条件。首先,考虑该方程的正则化问题,运用Galerkin方法来尝试构造该方程的近似解,并尝试通过能量估计以及取极限的方法得到该方程在非退化情形下的解的存在性以及唯一性,然后,考虑通过一致估计以及渐进极限过程得到方程在退化情形下的弱解的存在性。

利用2008年南极中山站至Dome A断面上观测站的近地面气象观测资料对ECMWF ERA-Interim再分析和NCEP FNL分析资料在东南极地区的适用性进行了验证。结果表明,ERA-Interim再分析资料的气温表现明显优于FNL分析资料,其与观测的年均绝对偏差在南极大陆沿岸地区<1℃,在内陆高原<2℃;而FNL分析资料的气温在南极内陆高原地区较观测明显偏暖,尤其在冬季偏暖达8—10℃,表明其不能直接用于南极内陆高原气温的变化分析。FNL的地面气压与观测比较接近,逐月平均偏差仅约1 h Pa,其精度明显高于ERA-Interim再分析资料的地面气压,而后者在沿岸地区存在明显的系统性偏低。ERA-Interim和FNL的近地表风速、风向差异不显著,其与观测的年平均、季节平均绝对风速偏差在沿岸和下降风区<1 m·s-1,在内陆高原约2—4 m·s-1,年平均风向绝对偏差<10°。

根据调车冲击车辆受力特点及缓冲器工作机理,构建车辆冲击动力学模型和详细的摩擦式缓冲器模型,开发重载列车冲击仿真系统,分别研究了不同车辆编组连挂数量、不同车钩间隙、不同车辆总重、不同冲击速度及不同车体刚度对缓冲器容量需求的影响。结果表明:调车冲击时,冲击车与被冲击车碰撞冲击面处缓冲器容量需求最多,且在0 mm车钩间隙下3车冲3车时该值达到最大值,而后缓冲器容量需求不随车辆编组数量增加而增大;车钩间隙对缓冲器容量需求影响较大,随车钩间隙增大缓冲器容量需求呈非线性减小;车辆总重和调车冲击速度是影响缓冲器容量需求的主要因素,缓冲器容量需求分别与车辆总重和速度平方成正比;车体刚度对缓冲器容量需求影响较明显,在考虑车体刚度影响情况下,缓冲器容量需求比未考虑车体刚度影响平均小8.8%。表明缓冲器容量的确定应综合考虑各种因素的影响且至少满足0 mm间隙下3车冲3车的容量需求。为重载列车缓冲器容量的确定和新型缓冲器容量的设计提供理论依据。
