Circulation of Development Factors Promoted by Innovation of Land Management Under Background of Rural Vitalization:A Case Study of Tengtou Village in Zhejiang Province,China

Land is the space carrier for the existence and flow of other development *** rural land and promoting the circulation of other development factors through land management innovation is necessary to realize rural *** paper identifies the connotation of factor flow in the rural vitalization context,the action mechanism of land management innovation to boost the flow of development factors,the issues and obstacles restricting factor circulation,and the realization mechanism of the flow of development factors in rural *** on the analytic paradigm constructed in the paper,the successful practice of promoting the flow of development factors through innovative land management in a model village is *** results show that:1)the unreasonable systems characterized by the land use system in rural areas are the main obstacles causing circulation issues in development *** is essential to engage in comprehensive reform to break down these long-lasting obstacles to the smooth flow of development factors.2)The land should play a leading role in the circulation of development factors in the background of rural vitalization;the main purpose of land management innovation is to activate the land factor,thereby promoting the circulation of other factors.3)The activated land factor will act as a‘trigger’to promote capital and technology in rural settings and use capital and technology to attract the inflow of talents and the return of migrant workers,whereby the population factor will act as a‘catalyst’for the cultivation of rural culture,bringing about the integration of various development factors.4)The innovation of land use and management,increased funding,and new technologies have brought multiple talents to Tengtou *** high-frequency mutual feedback between the village’s own and the external development factors resulted in its successful integration of industrial development.

USP10 Alleviates Palmitic Acid-induced Steatosis through Autophagy in HepG2 Cells

Deep Eutectic Solvent-assisted Synthesis of Nitrogen-doped Carbon Quantum Dots for Cell Imaging

Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)are widely used in fluorescence imaging due to their negligible toxicity,low-cost and excellent Huorescence *** fluorescence properties of CQDs are greatly a fleeted by the synthesis method,passivation agent and reaction *** this study,the nitrogen-doped CQDs(N-CQDs)were synthesized by a facile microwave-assisted method with citric acid(CA)as a carbon source and deep eutectic solvents as a N-dopaiit as well as the reaction *** detailed characterizations,the as-prepared N-CQDs exliibited near spherical morphology with an average size of(2.64±0.55)***,the abundant hydrophilic limctional groups including hydroxyl,carboxyl,amine and quaternary-ammonium were present on the surface of the ***-CQDs displayed the excitation-dependent fluorescence feature under the excitation wavelength of 350—80 ***,the N-CQDs could be efficiently uptaken by RAW264.7 cells and emitted bright green ***,the resultant N-CQDs showed the low cytotoxicity in living cells,suggesting the great potential in bio-imaging applications.

Most modern birds have scales covering feet,but our knowledge of early avian scales is limited,mainly due to their scarcity in the fossil *** we describe the morphological details of scutellate and interstitial scales preserved in IVPP V15077,a specimen of the Early Cretaceous bird Gansus from the Changma Basin in northwestern Gansu Province,Northwest *** results,combined with previous reports of scutate and reticulate scales,show that all four types of scales present in modern birds already appeared in the Early *** phylogenetic distribution of skin appendages of feet,including feathers and scales,shows that non-avian dinosaurs already evolved scales resembling those in modern birds,and that scales can coexist with feathers on feet,suggesting that avian scales may be homologue with scales of non-avian ***,to further test this hypothesis,more research combined with a strengthened focus on detecting specimens with soft tissue preservation is necessary.

Robust isogeometric topology optimization for piezoelectric actuators with uniform manufacturability

Piezoelectric actuators have received substantial attention among the industry and academia due to quick responses, such as high output force, high stiffness, high accuracy, and precision. However, the design of piezoelectric actuators always suffers from the emergence of several localized hinges with only one-node connection, which have difficulty satisfying manufacturing and machining requirements (from the over- or under-etching devices). The main purpose of the current paper is to propose a robust isogeometric topology optimization (RITO) method for the design of piezoelectric actuators, which can effectively remove the critical issue induced by one-node connected hinges and simultaneously maintain uniform manufacturability in the optimized topologies. In RITO, the isogeometric analysis replacing the conventional finite element method is applied to compute the unknown electro elastic fields in piezoelectric materials, which can improve numerical accuracy and then enhance iterative stability. The erode–dilate operator is introduced in topology representation to construct the eroded, intermediate, and dilated density distribution functions by non-uniform rational B-splines. Finally, the RITO formulation for the design of piezoelectric materials is developed, and several numerical examples are performed to test the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed RITO method.

Quadrant-Averaged Structure and Evolution Mechanisms of a Northeast Cold Vortex during Its Mature Stage

A Northeast China cold vortex(NCCV) that maintained from 0200 UTC 3 July to 0500 UTC 3 July 2013 and caused several heavy rainfall events was analyzed in detail to reveal its quadrant-averaged structure and main maintaining mechanisms during its mature stage. Results indicated the vortex's intensity, divergence, ascending motions, precipitable water(PW), and thermal structures were all characterized by significant unevenness, and their main pattern changed gradually during the mature stage. Mechanisms accounting for the maintenance of the NCCV were also characterized by remarkable unevenness. Within different quadrants, dominant factors for the vortex's evolution may have differed from each other significantly. The NCCV-averaged vorticity budget revealed that the vertical advection of vorticity, which is closely related to convective activities, was the most favorable factor for maintaining the NCCV, whereas the tilting effect, which is closely related to the vertical shear of the horizontal wind(horizontal vorticity), was the most detrimental factor.

Landscape change in response to multiperiod glacial debris flows in Peilong catchment,southeastern Tibet

High-magnitude glacial debris flows in small basins in Himalayas have a significant impact on *** Peilong catchment,a tributary of the Parlung Zangbo river in southeastern Tibet,was chosen as a case study of topographic response to multi-period glacial debris *** are few large debris flow records in the catchment before 1983,but four large-scale glacial debris flows with peak discharge up to 8195 m3/s blocked the river during 1983–1985 and in 2015.A combination of field survey,examination of historical records and interpretation of multi-period remote sensing images was used to assess triggering factors and geomorphic impact of the *** results show that the debris flows during 1983 and 1985 may be attributed to seismic events in 1981 and 1982,while the event in 2015 resulted from large amount of landslide deposits caused by glacier retreat during 1993~2013 and high precipitation in *** the upper-midstream broad valley,erosion and accumulation of the debris flows changed the channel morphology,resulting in course *** the lower-midstream narrow valley,lateral erosion of debris flows induced a large number of landslides but had little impact on the channel longitudinal *** ability of massive glacial debris flows to change valley topography is more than ten times that of regular water *** landscape of the accumulation fan at the outlet of the valley is controlled by the interaction between the sediment transportation capacity of debris flows and erosional capacity of the main *** sediment transport capacity of the Peilong river is greater than the delivery capacity of the Parlung Zangbo river,resulting in continuous aggradation of the confluence zone.

Postoperative inflammation as a possible cause of portal vein thrombosis after irreversible electroporation for locally advanced pancreatic cancer

Portal vein thrombosis(PVT) is a rare but serious postoperative complication associated with irreversible electroporation(IRE). We report a case of postoperative PVT in a 54-year-old woman who underwent IRE for locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Drain removal and discharge of the patient from the hospital were scheduled on postoperative day(POD) 7; however, a magnetic resonance imaging scan revealed the presence of PVT. We suspected postoperative inflammation in the pancreas as the main cause of PVT. However, the patient did not undergo any medical treatment because she did not have any clinical symptoms, and she was discharged on POD 8.

Stress Analysis of Wire Strands by Mesoscale Mechanics

Steel wire ropes have wide application in a variety of engineering fields such as ocean engineering and civil *** stress calculation for steel wire ropes is of crucial importance when conducting strength and fatigue *** this study,we performed a finite element analysis of single-strand steel wire *** the geometric modeling,we used an analytic geometry of space *** established helical line equations and used the coordinates of the contact *** finite-element model was simplified using the periodic *** boundary conditions were used to simulate a wire strand of infinite length under tensile strain,for which we calculated the cross-sectional stresses and inner *** results showed that bending and torsion moments emerged when the wire strand was under tensile *** some cases,the bending stress reached 18%of the tensile stress,and the torsion stress reached 29%of the tensile stress,which means that the total stress was higher than the nominal *** in ear-lier studies,a conservative prediction of nominal stress was not possible,the results of our strength and fatigue analyses were more conservative.
