With changes in lifestyle and diet worldwide,the prevalence of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis(HLAP)has greatly increased,and it has become the most common cause of acute pancreatitis not due to gallstones or *** are many available therapies for HLAP,including oral lipid-lowering agents,intravenous insulin,heparin,and therapeutic plasmapheresis(TPE).It is believed that the risk and severity of HLAP increase with rising levels of serum triglycerides(TG),thus a rapid decrease in serum TG level is the key to the successful management of *** has emerged as an effective modality in rapidly reducing serum TG ***,due to its cost and accessibility,TPE remains poorly evaluated until *** studies revealed its efficacy in helping to treat and prevent the recurrence,while some studies suggested that TG levels were not correlated with disease severity,mortality,or length of hospital *** TPE might have no beneficial effect for the *** article gives an overview of the published evidence of TPE in the treatment of HLAP and outlines current evidence regarding individual outcome predictors,adverse effects of the procedure,and TPE in special occasions such as for pregnant patients and patients with diabetic *** direction of TPE research for HLAP is also discussed in this review.

Background:Urbanization in China is rapidly proceeding,but rural-to-urban migration and its association with overweight and obesity is not well *** study aimed to explore the age at arrival,duration of migration,and the corresponding association with overweight/obesity in Yi migrants in ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted in rural and urban areas in 2015 in Sichuan province,*** characteristics,lifestyle factors,and anthropometry were *** linear regression models were used to assess the effect of duration of migration(1-10,11-20,21-30,and>30 years)on body mass index(BMI).Multi-variable logistic regression was used to examine the association between duration of migration and overweight/obesity(BMI≥25 kg/m^(2)).Results:A total of 3056 Yi people(1894 Yi farmers and 1162 Yi migrants)aged 20 to 80 years were *** adjusting for age,sex,and other potential confounders,Yi migrants had 1.71 kg/m^(2)(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.36-2.06)higher BMI and a 2.13-fold(95%CI:1.71-2.65)higher risk of overweight/obesity than Yi *** Yi migrants,stratified by age at arrival,no significant association between duration of migration and overweight/obesity was observed in those who were 0 to 20 years old at *** comparison,in migrants>20 years old at arrival,compared with the reference group(1-10 years),long-term migration(>30 years)was found to be associated with overweight/obesity after adjustment(odds ratio:1.85,95%CI:1.04-3.29).Conclusions:Yi migrants were observed to have greater risk of overweight/obesity than Yi *** Yi migrants,the risk of overweight/obesity increased according to the duration of migration,especially in those who were older upon their arrival.

Objective:To explore the effects of small needle knife on the autophagy function of synovium and the expression of TGF-βin synovial fluid of KOA rats,so as to provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of ***:48 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,drug group and acupotomy *** blank control group maintained the original feeding without any intervention,the model group adopted the sodium monoiodoacetate injection method to prepare the KOA rat model without any intervention,the drug group prepared the KOA rat model and then treated with tripterine by gavage,and the needle knife group treated the KOA rat model with small needle *** expression levels of autophagy-related proteins in synovial tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting,and the content of TGF-βin synovial fluid was measured by ***:Compared with the blank control group,Beclin-1,Caspase-3 and Bax were up-regulated and m TOR was down-regulated in the model ***-1,m TOR,Caspase-3 and Bax were up-regulated in the drug *** was no significant difference in the expression of autophagy-related proteins Beclin-1(0.28±0.09)and m TOR(0.45±0.12)between the acupotomy group and the blank control group,while Caspase-3(0.17±0.03)and Bax(0.30±0.01)were *** expression level of TGF-βin synovial fluid in the small needle knife group was(0.29±0.09),which was similar to that in the blank control group,and was significantly higher than that in the model ***:Small needle knife treatment can promote the recovery of synovial autophagy in KOA rats,and reduce the level of TGF-βin synovial fluid,and can play a clinical role in the treatment of KOA by regulating the expression of synovial autophagy and TGF-β.

The Xianshuihe-Anninghe fault extends SE–S and constitutes the southeastern margin of the Tibetan ***,the Dadu River which is associated with the fault does not flow following the path,but makes a 90ºturn within a distance of 1 km at Shimian,heading east,and joins the Yangtze River,finally flowing into the East China *** to the abrupt turn,a low and wide pass near the Daqiao reservoir at Mianning separates the N–S course of the Dadu River from the headwater of the Anning River which then flows south into the Yunnan Province along the Anninghe ***,many previous studies assumed southward flow of the paleo-Dadu River from the Shimian to the Anning ***,evidences for the capture of the integrated N–S paleo-Dadu-Anning River,its timing,and causes are still *** study explored the paleo-drainage pattern of the Dadu and Anning Rivers based on bulk mineral and geochemical analyses of the large quantities of fluvial/lacustrine sediments along the trunk of the Dadu and Anning *** with sands in the modern Dadu River,the Xigeda sediments also exhibit a granitoid affinity with the bulk major mineral compositions of quartz(>50%),anorthite(about 10%),orthoclase(about 5%),muscovite(about 5%),and clinochlore(about 4%).Correspondingly,bulk major elements show high SiO_(2),with all samples>60%,and some of them>70%,low TiO_(2)(≤0.75%),P_(2)O_(5)(≤0.55%),FeO*(≤5%),and relatively high CaO(1.02%–8.51%),Na_(2)O(1.60%–2.52%),and K_(2)O(2.17%–2.71%),with a uniform REE ***,synthesizing all these results indicate that these lacustrine sediments have similar material sources,which are mainly derived from its course in the Songpan-Ganzi flysch block,implying that the paleo-Dadu originally flowed southward into the Anning River and provided materials to the Xigeda ancient *** rearrangement of the paleo-Dadu River appears to be closely related to the locally focused uplift driven by strong activities of the Xians

Maize(Zea mays L.)-soybean(Glycine max ***.)relay intercropping provides a way to enhance land ***,the late-planted soybean suffers from shading by the *** maize harvest,how the recovery growth influences the leaf and nodule traits remains unclear.A three-year field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of genotypes,i.e.,supernodulating(nts1007),Nandou 12(ND12),and Guixia 3(GX3),and crop configurations,i.e.,the interspecific row spacing of 45(I45),60(I60),75 cm(I75),and sole soybean(SS),on soybean recovery growth and N *** results showed that intercropping reduced the soybean total leaf area(LA)by reducing both the leaf number(LN)and unit leaflet area(LUA),and it reduced the nodule dry weight(NW)by reducing both the nodule number(NN)and nodule diameter(ND)compared with the *** correlation and principal component analysis(PCA)indicated a co-variability of the leaf and nodule traits in response to the genotype and crop configuration *** the recovery growth stages,the compensatory growth promoted soybean growth to reduce the gaps of leaf and nodule traits between intercropping and *** relative growth rates of ureide(RGR_U)and nitrogen(RGR_N)accumulation were higher in intercropping than in *** achieved more significant sucrose and starch contents compared with ***12 and GX3 showed more robust compensatory growth than nts1007 in *** the recovery growth of relay intercropping soybean improved biomass and nitrogen accumulation,ND12 gained a more significant partial land equivalent ratio(pLER)than *** I60 treatment achieved more robust compensation effects on biomass and N accumulation than the other ***,I60 showed a higher nodule sucrose content and greater shoot ureide and N accumulation than ***,intercropping ND12 with maize using an interspecific row spacing of 60 cm was optimal for both yield advantage and N accumulation.
