With the widespread utilization of indium-phosphide-based high-electron-mobility transistors(InP HEMTs)in the millimeter-wave(mmW)band,the distributed and high-frequency parasitic coupling behavior of the device is particularly *** present an InP HEMT extrinsic parasitic equivalent circuit,in which the conductance between the device electrodes and a new gate-drain mutual inductance term L_(mgd)are taken into account for the high-frequency magnetic field coupling between device *** on the suggested parasitic equivalent circuit,through HFSS and advanced design system(ADS)co-simulation,the equivalent circuit parameters are directly extracted in the multi-step *** HFSS simulation prediction,measurement data,and modeled frequency response are compared with each other to verify the feasibility of the extraction method and the accuracy of the equivalent *** proposed model demonstrates the distributed and radio-frequency behavior of the device and solves the problem that the equivalent circuit parameters of the conventional InP HEMTs device are limited by the device model and inaccurate at high frequencies when being extracted.

Polymer microspheres(PMs),such as polyacrylamide,have been widely applied for enhanced oil recovery(EOR),yet with environmental ***,we report a microfluid displacement technology containing a bio-based eco-friendly material,i.e.,calcium alginate(CaAlg)microspheres for *** dominant mechanisms responsible for EOR over Ca Alg fluid have been verified,including the microscopic oil displacement efficacy augmented by regulating capillary force(determined by the joint action of interfacial tension and wettability between different phases)and macroscopic sweep volume increment through profile control and mobility ratio *** comprehensive effectiveness can be further impacted when the CaAlg microsphere is embellished ulteriorly by using appropriate amount of sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS).The core flooding and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)tests demonstrate that CaAlg-SDS microsphere can balance the interphase property regulation(wettability alteration and IFT reduction)and rheology properties,enabling simultaneous profile control and oil *** introduction of SDS will have a negative impact on rheological properties,which is not favored for *** results show that the involvement of 4-m M SDS will provide the best behavior,with an EOR rate of 34.38%.This cost-effective and environmentally-friendly bio-microspherebased microfluidic displacement technology is expected to achieve“green”oil recovery in future oilfield exploitation.

Reliable communication and intensive computing power cannot be provided effectively by temporary hot spots in disaster areas and complex terrain ground *** this has greatly developed the application and integration of UAV and Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)to the Internet of Things(loT).However,problems such as multi-user and huge data flow in large areas,which contradict the reality that a single UAV is constrained by limited computing power,still *** to allowing UAV collaboration to accomplish complex tasks,cooperative task offloading between multiple UAVs must meet the interdependence of tasks and realize parallel processing,which reduces the computing power consumption and endurance pressure of *** the computing requirements of the user terminal,delay constraint of a computing task,energy constraint,and safe distance of UAV,we constructed a UAV-Assisted cooperative offloading energy efficiency system for mobile edge computing to minimize user terminal energy ***,the resulting optimization problem is originally nonconvex and thus,difficult to solve *** tackle this problem,we developed an energy efficiency optimization algorithm using Block Coordinate Descent(BCD)that decomposes the problem into three convex ***,we jointly optimized the number of local computing tasks,number of computing offloaded tasks,trajectories of UAV,and offloading matching relationship between multi-UAVs and multiuser *** results show that the proposed approach is suitable for different channel conditions and significantly saves the user terminal energy consumption compared with other benchmark schemes.

Sn-based metal organic complexes with coordination bonds,multi-active sites,and high theoretical capacity have attracted much attention as promising anodes for lithium ion ***,the low electrical conductivity and huge volume changes restricted their electrochemical stability and practical ***,Snbased anode with superior electrochemical performance,including a high reversible capacity of 1050.1 mAh·g^(-1)at 2 A·g^(-1)and a stable capacity of 1105.5 mAh·g^(-1)after 500 cycles at 1 A·g^(-1),was fabricated via a low-temperature calcination strategy from Sn metal organic *** low-temperature calcination process regulates Sn-O bond and prevents the agglomeration of SnO_(2),generating highly dispersed SnO_(2) decorated metal organic complexes and providing sufficient active sites for ion *** situ characterizations expound that the undecomposed Sn-based metal organic complexes could be transformed into SnO_(2) during lithiation and delithiation,which enhances the electrical conductivity and induces a strong pseudo-capacitive behavior,accelerating the electrochemical kinetics;the multiple solid electrolyte interface with inflexible LiF and flexible ROCO_(2)Li buffers the volume variation of the electrode,resulting in its high electrochemical *** work provides a simple strategy for preparing excellent Sn-based anodes from metal organic complexes and reveals the lithium storage mechanism of the prepared Snbased anode.
