Ar.ificial neur.l networ. with the back-p.op.gation (Bp.ANN) ap.r.ach was ap.lied to the classification of normal p.r.ons and var.ous cancer.p.tients based on the elemental contents in ser.m samp.es. This method was ver.fied by the cr.ss-validation method. The effects of the net- wor. p.r.meter. wer. investigated and the r.lated p.oblems wer. discussed. The samp.es of 72, 42, and 52 for.lung, liver. and stomach cancer.p.tients and normal p.r.ons, r.sp.ctively, wer. used for.the classification study. About 95% of the samp.es can be classified cor.ectly. Ther.- for., the method can be used as an auxiliar. means of the diagnosis of cancer.

素特征域上广义Witt李超代数的自同构群

设W是素特征域上无限维或有限维广义Witt李超代数.本文利用W的自然滤过不变性和W的底代数的不变维数性质,证明了W的自同构群AutW同构于W的底代数的容许自同构群,还证明了在此群同构之下,AutW的标准正规列恰好对应W的底代数的容许自同构群的标准正规列,并给出AutW若干较为细致的性质.

p.r.henolide is well known as anti-inflammation dr.g and has anti-cancer.effect in var.ous cancer.cells,however.the anticancer.mechanism of p.r.henolide is still not fully *** the p.esent study,the anticancer.effect of p.r.henolide on human hep.tocellular.car.inoma cells Hep.2 and the mechanisms involved in this p.ocess wer. *** r.sult fr.m MTT assay demonstr.ted that p.r.henolide can effectively r.duce Hep.2 cell *** staining r.sult showed that the number.of ap.p.otic nuclei incr.ased significantly after.p.r.henolide administr.tion comp.r.d with the contr.l,this r.sult was fur.her.confir.ed by TUNEL *** study indicated that p.r.henolide can down-r.gulate the anti-ap.p.otic p.oteins Bcl-2 and sur.ivin exp.ession,wher.as the ap.p.osis-r.lated p.oteins such as nucleus p.3,Bax,cleaved casp.se9 and cleaved casp.se3 wer. *** clar.fy if autop.agy also contr.bute to the anti-cancer.effect of p.r.henolide,we fur.her.investigate the effect of p.r.henolide on cell autop.agy by MDC and AO *** r.sults showed that p.r.henolide can induce autop.agy in Hep.2 ***,our.r.sult also showed that p.r.henolide inhibited the exp.ession of p.olifer.tion-r.lating gene,ki-67,by immunofluor.scence *** together.our.data suggest that both ap.p.osis, autop.agy induction and p.olifer.tion inhibition contr.bute to the anticancer.effect of p.r.henolide in Hep.2 cells.

p.evious studies identified testes-sp.cific p.otease 50(TSp.0),which encoded a thr.onine p.otease,was abnormally r.activated in many br.ast cancer.biop.ies tested. And it was negatively r.gulated by the p.3 ***,little is known about the biological function of *** the p.esent study,we ap.ly r.A inter.er.nce(r.Ai) to knockdown TSp.0 gene exp.ession in p.9 mur.ne embr.onal car.inoma stem cells, and tested whether.this modulated the cell *** r.sults showed that downr.gulation of TSp.0 exp.ession r.duced cell p.olifer.tion,colony for.ation, migr.tion,and invasion,but induced cell *** study r.vealed that downr.gulation of TSp.0 exp.ession enhanced p.3,p.1 and p.7 exp.ession,and r.duced cyclinDl and cyclinE exp.ession,this r.sults suggest that down-r.gulation of TSp.0 exp.ession inhibits cell p.olifer.tion,migr.tion and induces cell ap.p.osis via induction of cell cycle ar.est.

目的探讨正常妊娠孕妇血流动力学参数正常参考范围的变化及其与孕妇基本特征的关系。方法前瞻性纳入2023年1至12月在广州医科大学附属第三医院规律产前检查的健康孕妇共598例,采用无创血流动力学监测仪检测孕妇的血流动力学参数随孕周... 详细信息

目的探讨正常妊娠孕妇血流动力学参数正常参考范围的变化及其与孕妇基本特征的关系。方法前瞻性纳入2023年1至12月在广州医科大学附属第三医院规律产前检查的健康孕妇共598例,采用无创血流动力学监测仪检测孕妇的血流动力学参数随孕周的变化情况,包括心输出量、每搏输出量、胸液水平、外周血管阻力、平均动脉压、心率。使用限制性立方样条模型分析血流动力学参数与孕妇基本特征,包括年龄、身高、体重之间的关系。结果(1)心输出量(r.0.155,p.0.001)、胸液水平(r.0.338,p.0.001)、平均动脉压(r.0.204,p.0.001)、心率(r.0.352,p.0.001)与孕周呈正相关;每搏输出量与孕周呈负相关(r.-0.158,p.0.001);外周血管阻力与孕周无显著相关性(r.0.051,p.0.258)。(2)心输出量与孕妇的身高、体重均呈正相关(趋势检验p.p.p.0.05);外周血管阻力、平均动脉压与孕妇年龄均呈非线性关系(非线性检验p.31岁,外周血管阻力、平均动脉压呈上升趋势。结论正常妊娠孕妇的血流动力学参数受其身高、体重、年龄的影响,倡导妊娠期合理控制体重、适龄婚育。
