The active layer of all polymer solar cells(all-PSCs)is composed of a blend of a p-type conjugated polymer(p-CP)as donor and an n-type conjugated polymer(n-CP)as ***-PSCs possess the advantages of light weight,thin active layer,mechanical flexibility,low cost solution processing and high stability,but the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the all-PSCs was limited by the poor photovoltaic performance of the n-CP acceptors before *** the report of the strategy of polymerized small molecule acceptors(PSMAs)in 2017,the photovoltaic performance of the PSMA-based n-CPs improved rapidly,benefitted from the development of the A-DA’D-A type small molecule acceptors(SMAs).PCE of the all-PSCs based on the PSMA acceptors reached 17%-18%*** this review article,we will introduce the development history of the n-CPs,especially the recent research progress of the ***,the structure-property relationship of the PSMAs is introduced and ***,current challenges and prospects of the n-CP acceptors are analyzed and discussed.

In this paper, the formation mechanism of the passive SEI film at the natural graphite anodes was investigated with tilt: electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). A characteristic semicircle was observed in the lower frequency range of the EIS spectrum for the irreversible charge process (lithium intercalation) at ca. 0.75V, 0.40V and 0.20V.

Azide-alkyne click polymerization has become a powerful tool for polymer ***,the click polymerization between internal alkynes and azides is rarely utilized to prepare functional *** this work,the polymerization reactions of activated internal alkyne monomers of tris(2-butynoate)s(1)with tetraphenylethene-containing diazides(2)were performed in dimethylformamide(DMF)under simple heating,affording four hyperbranched poly(methyltriazolylcarboxylate)s(hb-PMTCs)with high molecular weights(A4W up to 2.4 x 104)and regioregularities(up to 83.9%)in good *** hb-PMTCs are soluble in common organic solvents,and thermally stable with 5%weight loss temperatures up to 400℃.They are non-emissive in dilute solution,but become highly emissive in aggregated state,exhibiting aggregationinduced emission *** polymers can generate fluorescent photopatterns with high resolution,and can work as fluorescent sensors to detect nitroaromatic explosive with high sensitivity.

As the high calibre candidate of lightweight and flexible solar cells,polymer solar cells(PSCs)have made tremendous progress in recent ***,the active photovoltaic materials in PSCs are mainly synthesized by metal-mediated coupling reaction requiring harsh reaction conditions,multiple-step synthesis,and cumbersome purification,which is not cost-efficient and may bring toxicity *** is not favorable to the production of photovoltaic polymers and PSC devices on a large scale,and therefore unsuitable for the PSCs *** arylation coupling reaction via aromatic C―H bonds activation enables the synthesis of conjugated polymers under mild conditions and simultaneously reduces synthetic steps,difficulty,and toxic reaction *** review provides an overview of the history of preparing representative photovoltaic polymers utilized in PSCs through direct arylation reactions and discusses the activity and selectivity of C―H bonds in typical building blocks under different reaction ***,the impact of direct arylation condition on defect formation and photovoltaic performance of the photovoltaic polymers is addressed and compared with conventional Stille coupling methods.

We propose a coupling model to describe the interaction between the bright and dark modes of the plasmons of a dimer composed of two orthogonal gold nano-rods(GNRs),referred to as the BDMC *** model shows that the eigen-frequencies of the coupled plasmons are governed by Coulomb potential and electrostatic *** the BDMC model,the behaviors of the coupling coefficient and the frequency offset,which is a new parameter introduced here,are ***,the asymmetric behavior of two eigen-frequencies related to gap of two GNRs is *** the harmonic oscillator model and the coupled parameters obtained by the BDMC model,the bright mode absorption spectra of the dimer are calculated and the results agree with the numerical simulation.

The copper-catalyzed and metal-free azide-alkyne click polymerizations have become efficient tools for polymer synthesis. However,the 1,3-dipolar polycycloadditions between internal alkynes and azides are rarely employed to construct functional polymers. Herein, the polycycloadditions of dibutynoate(1) and tetraphenylethene-containing diazides(2) were carried out at 100 °C for 12 h under solvent-and catalyst-free conditions, producing soluble poly(methyltriazolylcarboxylate)s(PMTCs) with high molecular weights in high yields. The resultant polymers were thermally stable with 5% weight loss temperatures up to 377 °C. The PMTCs showed aggregation-induced emission(AIE)properties. They could work as fluorescent sensors for detecting explosive with high sensitivity, and generate two-dimensional fluorescent photopatterns with high resolution. Furthermore, their triazolium salts could be utilized for cell-imaging applications.

Against the backdrop of increasingly serious climate change, researchers are attempting to extend macroscale carbon reduction research to smaller scales. With the rapid development and widespread application of electric vehicles(EVs), an effective approach for carbon reduction based on EVs has the potential to be developed. To coordinate and manage the EV platform in diverse application scenarios, the concept of an on-board nanogrid(OBNG), in which a nanogrid is combined with the EV, is proposed and defined, and the characteristics summarized. A configuration that includes a physical layer with the on-board hardware system;an information layer for logical control, energy management, and communication coordination;and an application layer that can cope with different working environments is proposed. A detailed introduction to the basic architecture and management mode of each layer is provided along with information concerning the relevant technologies for coordinated operation. New ideas and approaches to improve the existing performance are proposed, and finally, combined with a background of smart and low-carbon cities, major application scenarios are envisioned.

AIM:To construct eukaryotic expression plasmids of full-length Hepatitis B Virus(HBV) genotype C genome,which contain lamivudine-resistant mutants(YIDD,YVDD) or wild-type strain(YMDD) ,and to observe the expression of HBV DNA and antigens [hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg) ] of the recombinant plasmids in HepG2 cells. METHODS:Three HBV full-length genomes were amplified from the plasmids pMD18T-HBV/YIDD,pMD18T-HBV/YVDD and pMD18T-HBV/YMDD,using PCR. Three recombinant plasmids were generated by inserting each of the PCR products into the eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1(+) ,between the EcoRI and HindⅢ sites. After being characterized by restriction endonuclease digestion,and DNA sequence analysis,the recombinant plasmids were transfected into HepG2 cells. At 48 and 72 h post-transfection,the levels of intracellular viral DNA replication were detected by real-time PCR,and the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in the cell culture supernatant was determined by EliSA. RESULTS:Restriction endonuclease digestion and DNA sequence analysis confirmed that the threerecombinant plasmids were correctly constructed. After transfecting the plasmids into HepG2 cells,high levels of intracellular viral DNA replication were observed,and HBsAg and HBeAg were secreted into the cell culture supernatant. CONCLUSION:Eukaryotic expression plasmids pcDNA3.1(+) -HBV/YIDD,pcDNA3.1(+) -HBV/YVDD or pcDNA3.1(+) -HBV/YMDD,which contained HBV genotype C full-length genome,were successfully constructed. After transfection into HepG2 cells,the recombinant plasmids efficiently expressed HBV DNA,HBsAg and HBeAg. Our results provide an experimental basis for the further study of HBV lamivudine-resistant mutants.
