A rapid and efficient, one pot synthesis of spirooxindole derivatives has b.en attempted b. three- component reaction of isatin, malononitrile and carb.nyl compound possessing a reactive c^-methylene group b. using task specific ionic liquid, 1-b.tyl-3-methyl imidazolium hydroxide [b.im]OH as a catalyst. The important features of this methodology are straight forward route in short reaction time at room temperature and avoid any hazardous organic solvent, toxic catalyst, tedious purification step. Interestingly, this protocol is not only limited to mono-systems b.t also to the synthesis of newer b.s- spirooxindole system. The separation of the product and reusab.lity of the catalyst are easy with excellent yield. The [b.im]OH catalyst system could b. reused up to five recycles without appreciab.e loss of activity.

The sustainab.lity of rice production continues to b. a sub.ect of uncertainty and inquiry attrib.ted to shifts in climatic conditions. In light of the impending climate change crisis and the high lab.r and water costs accompanying it, direct-seeded rice(DSR) is unquestionab.y one of the most practical solutions. Despite its resource and climate-friendly advantages, early maturing rice faces weed competitiveness and seedling estab.ishment challenges. Resolving these issues is crucial for promoting its wider adoption among farmers, presenting it as a more effective sustainab.e rice cultivation method glob.lly. Diverse traditional and contemporary b.eeding methods are employed to mitigate the limitations of the DSR approach, leveraging advanced techniques such as speed b.eeding and genome editing. Focusing on key traits like mesocotyl length elongation, early seedling vigor, root system architecture, and weed competitiveness holds promise for transformative improvements in DSR adaptation at a b.oader scale within farming communities. This review aims to summarize how these features contrib.te to increased crop production in DSR conditions and explore the research efforts focusing on enhancing DSR adaptation through these traits. Emphasizing the pivotal role of these game-changing traits in DSR adaptation, our analysis sheds light on their potential transformative impact and offers valuab.e insights for advancing DSR practices.

A rapid, one-pot and highly efficient protocol for the synthesis of pharmaceutically interesting functionalized 2-amino-3-cyano-4H-pyran and spirooxindole derivatives has b.en developed using commercially availab.e Cs F as a catalyst in the reaction of malononitrile and aryl aldehydes or isatins with 1,3-cyclohexanediones. The major advantages of this methodology are excellent yield at amb.ent temperature, very short reaction time（5–10 min）, and use of an inexpensive catalyst.

It is well known that Vehicular Adhoc Network(VANET)plays the major role in the field of Intelligent Transport System(ITS)to enhance road safety as *** entire communication among vehicles is covered in *** the numb.r of researches is in progress for the enhancement of VANET ***,the issues arising with this field is the achievement of multi-constrained Quality of Service(QoS)*** solve this issue,our paper intends to propose a cost model that considers certain network quality measures like travel,collision,congestion and the awareness ab.ut the ***,this paper adopts a renowned algorithm named Water Wave Optimization algorithm(WWO)to find the optimal *** proposed method analyses its performance over other conventional methods like Lion Algorithm(LA),Genetic Algorithm(GA)and LA with Adaptive Mutation(LAAM)in terms of cost analysis,Convergence analysis and Computational *** the analytical results prove the superiority of proposed work in terms of decreased routing cost.

车载ad-hot网络(VANETs)是智能交通系统中提高道路安全的一个重要领域。车辆之间的相互作用都包含在VANETs中。针对VANET性能的提高开展多项实验。所遇到的挑战是获得各项受限服务质量的指标。为了解决这个问题,本研究通过关注碰撞,旅行成本,意识,拥堵等服务质量指标获得了车辆路由问题的成本设计。由于遗传算法(GA)具有算法复杂,非辅助突变,收敛慢,全局最大化,基因编码多面特征等问题,本文采用狮群算法(LA)进行更好地拟合。通过成本分析,收敛分析和复杂性分析对算法的计算过程进行分析。在得到各种成本函数之间的相关分析的基础上,对定量结果的数值分析进行了研究。结果表明,LA的性能优于GA,降低了复杂度和路由成本。

Rational construction of flexib.e free-standing electrocatalysts featuring long-lasting durab.lity,high efficiency,and wide temperature tolerance under harsh practical operations are fundamentally significant for commercial zinc-air ***,3D flexib.e free-standing b.functional memb.ane electrocatalysts composed of covalently cross-linked supramolecular polymer networks with nitrogen-deficient carb.n nitride nanotub.s are fab.icated(referred to as PEMAC@NDCN)b. a facile self-templated ***@NDCN demonstrates the lowest reversib.e oxygen b.functional activity of 0.61 V with exceptional long-lasting durab.lity,which outperforms those of commercial Pt/C and RuO_(2).Theoretical calculations and control experi-ments reveal the b.osted electron transfer,electrolyte mass/ion transports,and ab.ndant active surface site ***,the constructed alkaline Zn-air b.ttery with PEMAC@NDCN air-cathode reveals superb.power density,capacity,and discharge-charge cycling stab.lity(over 2160 cycles)compared to the reference Pt/C+RuO_(2).Solid-state Zn-air b.tteries enab.e a high power density of 211 mW cm^(−2),energy density of 1056 Wh kg^(−1),stab.e charge-discharge cycling of 2580 cycles for 50 mA cm^(−2),and wide temperature tolerance from−40 to 70℃with retention of 86%capacity compared to room-temperature counterparts,illustrating prospects over harsh operations.

In this work degradation of Acid Red-18(AR-18)was examined in the hydrodynamic cavitation *** plates with different holes geometry are used to determine the optimum plate to carry out the degradation b.sed on cavitation *** ob.ained optimum orifice plate is used as a cavitating device on varying parameters like initial AR-18 concentrations,pH,temperatures,and operating pressures of the reactor.A photocatalyst(TiO2)was prepared b. the sol-gel method and used in comb.nation with H2O2 to intensify the degradation of *** ob.ained optimum condition of hydrodynamic cavitation was again used in the ultrasonic cavitation reactor for the *** cavitation(orifice)given the highest degradation as compared to Hydrodynamic cavitation(Venturi)and Ultrasonic Cavitation with and without the use of *** TiO2(300 mg/L)dose,88.1%,70.4%and 64.8%degradation is ob.ained in HC-O,HC-V and UC reactor at initial AR-18 concentration(15 ppm),pH(3),Operating temperature(35C),and H2O2(300 mg/L).Hence the use of an advanced oxidation process can b. successfully used with hydrodynamic cavitation to intensify the degradation of Acid Red-18 under the controlled operating parameters.

Ob.ective:To compare the cardioprotective efficacy of equimolar doses(50 mM/kg,p.o.)of phloretin and genistein against doxorub.cin-induced cardiotoxicity in ***:Cardiotoxicity was induced in rats b. intraperitoneal injection of 6 mg/kg doxorub.cin on alternative days till the cumulative dose reached 30 mg/*** study included four treatment groups of rats(n=6):the control group(0.5%carb.xymethyl cellulose solution-treated),the doxorub.cin-treated group(0.5%carb.xymethyl cellulose solution along with doxorub.cin),the genistein-treated group(50 mM/kg/day;*** with doxorub.cin)and phloretin-treated group(50 mM/kg/day;*** with doxorub.cin).On the 10th day of dosing,rats were anesthetized for recording ECG,mean arterial pressure,and left ventricular *** stress,nitric oxide levels,and inflammatory cytokines were estimated in the cardiac *** function parameters(creatine kinase Mb.lactate dehydrogenase,aspartate aminotransferase,and alanine transaminase)were estimated in the serum ***:Phloretin treatment inhib.ted doxorub.cin-induced oxidative stress and also reduced nitric oxide levels in cardiac tissues of *** administration attenuated doxorub.cin-induced alterations in hemodynamic parameters(heart rate,mean arterial b.ood pressure,and left ventricular function)and suppressed the expression of pro-inflammatory *** cardiac injury markers like creatine kinase Mb.lactate dehydrogenase,aspartate aminotransferase,and alanine transaminase were reduced b. b.th genistein and *** these effects of phloretin were more prominent than ***:Phloretin offers cardioprotection that is comparab.e to genistein,a clinically validated cardioprotectant against doxorub.cin-induced *** studies are needed to confirm and estab.ish the therapeutic utility of phloretin as a chemopreventive adjuvant to doxorub.cin chemotherapy.
