近年来,高等教育机构中“课程思政”的教学理念日益受到重视。随着医学院校课程思政的不断开展,许多医学相关专业课程的授课老师对此进行了积极的探索。医学院校人才培养教育应挖掘专业课程授课特点,将思政元素与专业知识有机结合,将深厚的人文素养融入课程教学,从而提高学生的综合能力,培养全面人才。但如何将“课程思政”元素有效融入来华医学留学生的专业课程教学中,真正做到教书育人,是我国医学高等院校教学改革面临的一项新的任务和挑战。文章结合临床医学专业留学生环境卫生学教学现状,以立德树人为根本教学目标,探索“课程思政”元素在《环境与健康》全英文教学实践中的应用经验,总结讨论教学实践中遇到的问题及解决策略,以期在知识传授的同时做到价值引领,帮助留学生更好地了解和吸收课程知识,深入领会课程精髓的同时也在潜移默化中引导留学生塑造和建立起正确的人生观、价值观和世界观,提高留学生的综合素质,促进留学生多层次、多元化成长。此外,这也帮助留学生更全面的了解中国文化和精神,更好地知华、友华、爱华,领会中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念。同时也为医学留学生“课程思政”改革的探索提供新思路和新方法。

为更好应对日益严峻和复杂的全球公共卫生问题,重庆医科大学对中外合作办学临床医学的预防医学课程进行课程改革探索。本文分析了中外合作办学临床医学教育教学项目概况,通过对比国内外临床医学课程评估标准,明确中外合作办学临床医学专业预防医学课程改革目标与方向,采取预防医学课程结构、课程内容调整等措施,对中外合作办学临床医学专业预防医学课程进行探索改革,形成重视协同培养、教学深度与广度相结合、理论与实践相结合、人文素养与思政培养等医学人才培养特色,就如何进一步提高中外合作办学临床医学的预防医学课程质量提出相关建议和对策。

《职业卫生与职业医学》既是公共卫生与预防医学学科的一门基础课程,又是应用性较强的一门课程,如何增加学生对该课程的学习收获对于培养高质量公共卫生人才至关重要。在各种数字网络媒体流行的时代大背景和新时期教育教学改革的不断推进下,信息技术与教学改革的碰撞从未停止,单纯的线上或线下教学模式已无法满足教育系统的更新,以及教师对教学和学生对学习的需要。因此,在《职业卫生与职业医学》课程授课过程中,线上线下混合教学模式逐渐占据主要地位。线上线下混合教学模式作为目前最有发展前景的教学模式,其优势与不足共存,应当加强改善,不断优化,以助力未来教育实践的发展。文章以医科大学为例,综合分析《职业卫生与职业医学》线上线下混合教学改革的优缺点,提出可行性建议或策略,以期为课程改革探索提供新思路和新路径。

Objective The present study aimed to test whether exposure to benzo（a）pyrene [B（a）P] affects spatial learning and short-term memory by modulating the expression of the Gria1 and Grin2a glutamate receptor subunit genes in the *** Thirty-six 21-24-day-old,male rats were randomly assigned into high-,medium-,and low-dose toxin exposure groups （6.25,2.5,and 1 mg/kg,respectively） and a control group,each containing nine *** behavioral performance of adult rats exposed to sub-chronic administration of B（a）P was monitored by learning and memory tests （Morris water maze）.Real-time PCR assays were used to quantify Gria1 and Grin2a gene expression in the *** At medium and high doses,B（a）P impaired spatial learning *** crossing-platform-location frequency and the time spent swimming in the platform area,which both relate to short-term memory,were significantly decreased in B（a）P-treated rats compared with *** level of Gria1 mRNA increased 2.6-5.9-fold,and the level of Grin2a mRNA increased 10-14.5-fold,with a greater fold increase associated with higher doses of B（a）*** We demonstrated that sub-chronic administration of B（a）P inhibits spatial learning and short-term memory,and increases Gria1 and Grin2a expression in the *** suggests a relationship of B（a）P exposure levels with Gria1 and Grin2a expression and impairment of short-term and spatial memory.

Tuberculosis(TB)control in schools has been a major priority in China,and the implementation of strengthened active case finding and the“TB Prevention and Control in School Work Standard(2017 version)”have resulted in a decline in the reported incidence of active pulmonary TB in students from 27.92/100,000 students to 13.30/100,000 during 2008–2015,which followed a similar trend in the overall ***,this reported incidence rose to 17.50/100,000 in 2019(1–2),which ran counter to the continual reduction of TB incidence seen in the overall population(3)and indicated an increased percentage of students with *** 2019,TB cases in students accounted for 6.19%of all TB cases.
