以人工高分子聚合物+农业废弃物为复合碳源的反硝化系统兼具高效脱氮和低脱氮成本的优势。进水硝酸盐浓度(INC)和温度(T)是生物反硝化过程的重要影响因素,本研究以质量比为1∶1的聚己内酯(PCL)和玉米芯(CC)为复合碳源构建反硝化系统,设置3种INC和温度,测定了脱氮能效、有机物利用情况、微生物群落结构和功能基因丰度来判定这2个因素对反硝化的影响。实验结果显示,反应器最佳的INC为30 mg/L,60~90 d的平均硝酸盐去除率(NRE)达到99.12%,且无明显亚硝酸盐氮积累;在不同INC下,优势菌门均为变形菌门(Proteobacteria),其丰度随INC升高而下降,分别为54.46%、39.96%和24.77%;T=25℃为最佳温度条件,其功能基因表达量除napA外均最高,后30 d的NRE为99.21%;T=30℃和T=25℃优势菌门均为变形菌门,丰度分别为55.86%和38.85%,而T=20℃的系统中丰度最高的为拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)(28.87%);各系统的优势菌属都为红细菌属(Rhodobacter)。各系统产生的短链脂肪酸中,乙酸占比最高且其与丙酸的比值均>1,同时未检出丁酸,有利于反硝化进行。本研究认为,人工高分子聚合物+农业废弃物形式的复合碳源可为海水养殖尾水固相反硝化的工艺优化提供理论依据。

New alkaloid,(E)-2-(hydroxyimino)-4-methylpentanamide(1)and a new cyclopentano[b]pyridine,4-hydroxy-7-methyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[c]pyridin-5-one(2),together with ten known compounds(3–12)were isolated from the mangrove soil-derived fungus Arthrinium *** *** spectroscopic analysis and X-Ray crystallographic analysis were used to elucidate the structure of(E)-2-(hydroxyimino)-4-methylpentanamide(1),including its absolute *** the isolated compounds(1–12)were evaluated for their antimicrobial and enzyme inhibitory activities against acetylcholinesterase(ACh E),neuraminidase(NAs),and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K).Among them,compounds 1 and 3 exhibited strong neuraminidase inhibitory activity with IC_(50)values of 12.04,1.92μmol L^(-1)(IC_(50)20μmol L^(-1)for oseltamivir acid),while compounds 5,6,8,and 10showed moderate neuraminidase inhibitory activity,and compounds 6–10 displayed weak enzyme inhibitory activities against PI3K.

为明确凹唇壁蜂Osmia excavata雌成虫滞育期至破茧期肠道菌群的多样性及差异,解析其在宿主健康与调控宿主生长发育中的作用,采用Illumina NovaSeq二代高通量测序技术对不同时期肠道细菌16S rRNA V3~V4区域进行测序,分析雌成虫滞育期至破茧期肠道菌群的多样性变化。结果显示,凹唇壁蜂雌成虫在滞育期至破茧期肠道细菌菌群中共检测到41门96纲198目325科637属,其中核心菌门是变形菌门,相对丰度介于75.98%~91.41%之间;核心菌属是Sodalis,相对丰度介于59.65%~74.66%之间。Alpha多样性分析显示,从滞育期到休眠期,雌成虫肠道内菌群多样性指数明显升高,从休眠期至破茧期,其肠道菌群多样性指数出现降低趋势;休眠期其肠道菌群的物种丰富度和均匀度均最高,滞育期其肠道菌群的物种丰富度和均匀度均最低;Beta多样性分析结果显示,从滞育期至破茧期,其肠道菌群结构相对稳定;LEfSe分析结果显示,从滞育期至破茧期其肠道菌群在门、纲、目、科、属水平均存在显著差异,且差异显著菌群主要出现在休眠期。预测的不同时期的肠道菌群功能不同,这与其成虫解除滞育进入休眠再破茧的生理过程密切相关。表明凹唇壁蜂雌成虫从滞育期至破茧期肠道核心细菌种类一致,群落结构相对稳定,但是群落多样性发生明显变化。

Increasing the charging cut-off potential of lithium cobalt oxide(LiCoO_(2),LCO)can effectively improve the energy density of the lithium-ion batteries,which are the mainstream energy storage devices used in 3C electronic ***,the continuous decomposition of the electrolyte and dissolution of Co from the electrode will occur at high-potential operation,which deteriorate the performances of ***,a cathode-electrolyte interface(CEI)layer containing Mg F_(2)is constructed to enhance the electrochemical stability of LCO at 4.6 V(***^(+)/Li).The Mg^(2+)added to the cathode gradually releases into the electrolyte during cycling,which forms a stable Mg F_(2)-rich protective *** addition,1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropylether(TTE)is added to the electrolyte acting as a F source to increase the content of Mg F_(2)in the CEI *** Mg F_(2)-rich CEI layer effectively suppresses the decomposition of electrolyte components and the dissolution of Co of LCO,which makes the Li||LiCoO_(2)(Li||LCO)cell cycled stably at 3~4.6 V(***^(+)/Li)in 200 cycles with a retention of 83.9%.

Monitoringα-glucosidase(α-Glu)activity is of great significance for the early diagnosis of typeⅡ*** the blue fluorescent carbon dots(CDs)were integrated with two different recognizing molecules,β-cyclodextrin and phenylboronic acid,for assembling a multifunctional CDs(mCDs)nanoplatform for sensitively analyzingα-Glu and its *** hydrolyzed product of 4-nitrophenyl-α-D-glucopyranoside(α-Glu substrate),p-nitrophenol,could efficiently quench the fluorescence of mCDs due to its cooperative molecular recognition withβ-cyclodextrin and phenylboronic *** mCDs could be utilized for the detection ofα-Glu activity with the limit of detection of 0.030 U/***,the presentα-Glu detection platform revealed a high selectivity,and other natural enzymes showed scarcely any effect on the present mCDs *** proposed method could be facilely used to screenα-Glu inhibitors with satisfying *** rational mCDs is expected to supplement more comprehensive biosensing platforms for highly sensitive and specific recognition of disease-relevant biomarkers with clinical importance.

为了探讨不同授粉方式对苹果花粉管萌发及坐果率的影响,以“红富士”苹果为试材,对地熊蜂授粉、意大利蜜蜂授粉、凹唇壁蜂授粉、自花授粉、风媒传粉、人工点花授粉和人工喷花授粉这7种授粉方式的效果进行比较。结果表明,苹果自花授粉和风媒传粉效果差,人工喷花授粉、壁蜂授粉、熊蜂授粉苹果花粉管萌发数量分别为95.18、87.88、93.63个/柱头。意大利蜜蜂、凹唇壁蜂、地熊蜂授粉效果好,花序坐果率都达到100%,均能代替人工对苹果授粉。熊蜂授粉中心花坐果率为99.00%,边花坐果率为20.34%,可以提高中心花坐果率、减少边花坐果率,从而节省人工疏花疏果,减轻劳动力和降低生产成本。这一结果可为果农有效使用授粉昆虫提供技术支撑。综合来看,熊蜂授粉是最佳的授粉方式。
