Sustainable Investment Forecasting of Power Grids Based on theDeep Restricted Boltzmann Machine Optimized by the Lion Algorithm

This paper proposes a new power grid investment prediction model based on the deep restricted Boltzmann machine(DRBM)optimized by the Lion algorithm(LA).Firstly,two factors including transmission and distribution price reform(TDPR)and 5G station construction were comprehensively incorporated into the consideration of influencing factors,and the fuzzy threshold method was used to screen out critical influencing ***,the LA was used to optimize the parameters of the DRBM model to improve the model’s prediction accuracy,and the model was trained with the selected influencing factors and ***,the LA-DRBM model was used to predict the investment of a power grid enterprise,and the final prediction result was obtained by modifying the initial result with the modifying *** LA-DRBMmodel compensates for the deficiency of the singlemodel,and greatly improves the investment prediction accuracy of the power *** this study,a power grid enterprise was taken as an example to carry out an empirical analysis to prove the validity of the model,and a comparison with the RBM,support vector machine(SVM),back propagation neural network(BPNN),and regression model was conducted to verify the superiority of the *** conclusion indicates that the proposed model has a strong generalization ability and good robustness,is able to abstract the combination of low-level features into high-level features,and can improve the efficiency of the model’s calculations for investment prediction of power grid enterprises.

Precision Matrix Estimation by Inverse Principal Orthogonal Decomposition

We investigate the structure of a large precision matrix in Gaussian graphical models by decomposing it into a low rank component and a remainder part with sparse precision *** on the decomposition,we propose to estimate the large precision matrix by inverting a principal orthogonal decomposition(IPOD).The IPOD approach has appealing practical interpretations in conditional graphical models given the low rank component,and it connects to Gaussian graphical models with latent ***,we show that the low rank component in the decomposition of the large precision matrix can be viewed as the contribution from the latent variables in a Gaussian graphical *** with existing approaches for latent variable graphical models,the IPOD is conveniently feasible in practice where only inverting a low-dimensional matrix is *** identify the number of latent variables,which is an objective of its own interest,we investigate and justify an approach by examining the ratios of adjacent eigenvalues of the sample covariance matrix?Theoretical properties,numerical examples,and a real data application demonstrate the merits of the IPOD approach in its convenience,performance,and interpretability.

Preterm and small-for-gestational-age （SGA） neonates are vulnerable groups that are susceptible to various microbial infections. Vγ9Vδ2-T cells are critical components of the host immune system and have been demonstrated to play an important role in the defense against viral infection in adults. However, the characteristics of Vγ9Vδ2-T cells in children, especially the preterm and SGA populations, are poorly understood. Here, we examined the frequency and antiviral function of Vγ9Vδ2-T cells in neonates, including preterm, SGA and full-term babies. When compared to adults, neonates had a significantly lower percentage of Vγ9Vδ2-T cells in the blood. Upon influenza virus stimulation, neonatalVγ9Vδ2-T cells, especially from preterm and SGA babies, showed markedly decreased and delayed antiviral cytokine responses than those of adults. In addition, the antiviral responses of neonatal Vγ9Vδ2-T cells were positively correlated with gestational age and birth weight. Finally, a weaker expansion ofVγ9Vδ2-T cells by isopentenyl pyrophosphate （IPP） was shown in neonates than the expansion in adults. Our data suggest that the depressed antiviral activity and decreased frequency of Vγ9Vδ2-T cells may likely account for the high susceptibility to microbial infection in neonates, particularly in preterm and SGA babies. Improving Vγ9Vδ2-T -cell function of neonates may provide a new way to defend against virus infection.

The neonates, particularly small-for-gestational-age （SGA） ones, are susceptible to various microbial infections. Natural killer （NK） cells are critical components of host innate immunity system and the main source of the inflammatory cytokines, which provide critical protection during the early phase of viral infections before the development of an appropriate adaptive immune response. However, little is known about the antiviral effects of NK cells in neonates especially the SGA population. Herein, a prospective descriptive study was performed to determine the differences of NK cell immunity among adults, appropriate-for gestational-age （AGA） and SGA neonates. Adults have much higher NK cell number in peripheral blood than that in cord blood from neonates. In response to influenza virus stimulation, neonatal NK cells, especially SGA baby cells, expressed significantly lower antiviral cytokines including perforin, interferon （IFN）-7 and tumor-necrosis factor （TNF）-α responses than adult NK cells. In addition, the antiviral cytokine responses of NK cells were positively correlated with neonatal birth weight. Our data suggested that the depressed antiviral activity and less frequency of NK cells are likely to be responsible for the high susceptibility to microbial infection in neonates, at least in part. Improving the function of innate immunity may provide a new way to defend virus infection.

Methylation of RAR-β2, RASSF1A, and CDKN2A Genes Induced by Nickel Subsulfide and Nickel-carcinogenesis in Rats

Objective To investigate the expression variation of RAR‐β2, RASSF1A, and CDKN2A gene in the process of nickel‐induced carcinogenesis. Methods Nickel subsulfide （Ni 3 S 2 ） at dose of 10 mg was given to Wistar rats by intramuscular injection. The mRNA expression of the three genes in induced tumors and their lung metastasis were examined by Real‐time PCR. The methylation status of the 5’ region of these genes were detected by Quantitative Real‐time methylation specific PCR. Results The mRNA expressions of the three genes both in muscle and lung tumor were decreased distinctly in comparison with normal tissue. But hypermethylation was found only in muscle tumor. Conclusion These findings suggest that loss of function or decrease of RAR‐β2, RASSF1A, and CDKN2A, as well as the hypermethylation of 5’ region of these genes, are related with nickel exposure.

Xinjiang is the main producing area of raisins and the largest green raisins production base in *** browning of Thompson seedless grape raisin is extremely serious during the drying process,and has become the key issue in the development of Xinjiang raisin *** studies have shown that dehydration speed has a great impact on the browning of Thompson seedless grape,but few relevant mechanisms have been ***,we demonstrate the effect of dehydration speed on lipid metabolism and its relation to the browning of the Thompson seedless grape during *** to slow dehydration treatment,rapid dehydration treatment of the Thompson seedless grape exhibited a lower degree of browning and activities of lipoxygenase(LOX),a higher index of unsaturated fatty acids and degree of unsaturated fatty ***,the Thompson seedless grape treated with rapid dehydration resulted in a lower rate of superoxide anion production,hydrogen peroxide content,membrane permeability,and malondialdehyde *** findings demonstrate that rapid dehydration inhibiting the browning of Thompson seedless grapes might be due to the inhibiting activities of LOX and the lower accumulation of reactive oxygen *** activities can inhibit lipid peroxidation and slow the decomposition of unsaturated fatty acid in the membrane in Thompson seedless grapes,protecting the cellular membrane structural integrity,which may result in less contact of polyphenol oxidase with phenolic substrates and less enzymatic browning during *** results provide a theoretical basis for the application of rapid dehydration in drying Thompson seedless grapes.

The deep learning method has made nurnerials achievements regarding anomaly detection in the field of time *** introduce the speech production model in the field of artificial intelligence,changing the convolution layer of the general convolution neural network to the residual element structure by adding identity mapping,and expanding the receptive domain of the model by using the dilated causal *** on the dilated causal convolution network and the method of log probability density function,the anomalous events are detected according to the anomaly *** validity of the method is verified by the simulation data,which is applied to the actual observed data on the observation staion of Pingliang geoeletric field in Gansu *** results show that one month before the Wenchuan M_S8.0,Lushan M_S7.0 and Minxian-Zhangxian M_S6.6 earthquakes,the daily cumulative error of log probability density of the predicted results in Pingliang Station suddenly decreases,which is consistent with the actual earthquake anomalies in a certain time *** analyzing the combined factors including the spatial electromagnetic environment and the variation of micro fissures before the earthquake,we explain the possible causes of the anomalies in the geoelectric field of before the *** successful application of deep learning in observed data of the geoelectric field may behefit for improving the ultilization rate both the data and the efficiency of ***,it may provide technical support for more seismic research.

Human Vγ9Vδ2-T cells efficiently kill influenzavirus-infected lung alveolar epithelial cells

γδ-T cells play an indispensable role in host defense against different viruses, including influenza A virus. However, whether these cells have cytotoxic activity against influenza virus-infected lung alveolar epithelial cells and subsequently contribute to virus clearance remains unknown. Using influenza virus-infected A549 cells, human lung alveolar epithelial cells, we investigated the cytotoxic activity of aminobisphosphonate pamidronate （PAM）-expanded human Vγ9Vδ2-T cells and their underlying mechanisms. We found that PAM could selectively activate and expand human Vγ9Vδ2-T cells. PAM-expanded human Vγ9Vδ2-T cells efficiently killed influenza virus-infected lung alveolar epithelial cells and inhibited virus replication. The cytotoxic activity of PAM-expanded Vγ9Vδ2-T cells was dependent on cell-to-cell contact and required NKG2D activation. Perforin-granzyme B, tumor-necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand （TRAIL） and Fas-Fas ligand （FasL） pathways were involved in their cytotoxicity. Our study suggests that targeting γδ2-T cells by PAM can potentially offer an alternative option for the treatment of influenza virus.
