佛山村镇粤语的使用状况和保护策略——以西樵镇为例

佛山粤语具有较强的生命力,当地人对于当地粤语的掌握程度普遍较高,在家庭内部以及一些公众场合都能较为频繁地使用当地粤语进行交流。对西樵镇当地人使用佛山粤语的情况进行问卷调查,结果发现,年龄越大,对当地粤语的使用频率和熟练程度越高,而年轻一代无论是掌握程度还是使用频率都比较低。佛山粤语的使用与传承尚处于较为稳定的状态,这与粤语使用人数较多、使用者认同感较高等因素有关系,但由于普通话的推广、社会生产生活方式的改变等原因,佛山粤语的使用与传承状况也受到了一定的影响。要加强对佛山粤语的保护和传承可以从以下几方面入手:重视家庭内部的方言使用和传承;借助新媒体,吸引年轻人参加与粤语文化相关的活动;政府、社会与家庭共同推动当地方言的保护和传承。

Urea oxidation reaction(UOR) has been selected as substitution for oxygen evolution reaction ascribing to its low thermodynamic voltage as well as utilization of nickel as ***,we report the formation of nickel single atoms(Ni-SAs) as exceptional bifunctional electrocatalyst toward UOR and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) in urea-assisted water *** UOR catalysis,Ni-SAs perform a superior catalytic performance than Ni-NP/NC and Pt/C ascribing to the formation of HOO-Ni-N_(4) structure evidenced by in-situ Raman spectroscopy,corresponding to a boosted mass activity by 175-fold at 1.4 V *** than Ni-NP/***,Ni-SAs requires only 450 mV overpotential to obtain HER current density of 500 mA cm^(-2).136 mA cm^(-2) is achieved in urea-assisted water splitting at1.7 V for Ni-SAs,boosted by 5.7 times than Pt/C-IrO_(2) driven water splitting.

面部自体脂肪注射引发兔血管栓塞的实验研究

目的探讨对实验兔面动脉注射不同类型脂肪引起兔失明、脑梗死等严重并发症的发生机制。方法2022年5月至2023年10月,在陕西中医药大学临床实验室选取雄性新西兰兔64只,分为8组,每组8只;分别为研磨脂肪组、脂肪颗粒组、脂肪脂质、生理盐水组,每组又分为0.2 ml组和0.4 ml组。从兔腹股沟切取脂肪,将脂肪切碎或用胶原酶Ⅰ处理,分离脂肪脂质和脂肪颗粒及其他组织。在下颌角下方沿切口暴露出兔面部动脉,将0.2 ml或0.4 ml切碎脂肪、脂肪颗粒、脂质逆行注射到各个组兔面动脉,然后在显微镜下缝合切口。术后观察和记录眼科和神经学症状,并进行视觉电生理和眼底镜检查以验证视力和眼底动脉梗阻。结果术后2周,0.2 ml组出现眼科症状的情况分别为研磨脂肪组8只、脂肪颗粒组5只、脂肪脂质组0只、生理盐水组0只;0.4 ml组出现眼科症状的情况分别为研磨脂肪组8只,脂肪颗粒组7只、脂肪脂质组1只、生理盐水组0只。0.4 ml组出现神经系统症状的情况分别为5、2、0、0只。接受注射后死亡情况,0.2 ml组分别为3、1、0、0只,0.4 ml组分别为8、4、0、0只。结论给实验兔注射未经胶原酶Ⅰ处理的研磨脂肪组织更易引起严重并发症,单纯脂质进入血管不会阻塞相关动脉,脂肪体积大小与术后并发症的发生率呈正相关。

Intelligent fault diagnosis methods toward gas turbine: A review

Fault diagnosis plays a significant role in conducting condition-based maintenance and health management for gas turbines(GTs) to improve reliability and reduce costs. Various diagnosis methods developed by modeling engine systems or certain components implement faults detection and diagnosis based on the measurement of systemic parameters deviations. However, these conventional model-based methods are hindered by limitations of inability to handle the nonlinear nature, measurement uncertainty, fault coupling and other implementing problems. Recently, the development of artificial intelligence algorithms has provided an effective solution to the above problems, triggering broad researches for data-driven fault diagnosis methods with better accuracy,dynamic performance, and universality. This paper presents a systematic review of recently proposed intelligent fault diagnosis methods for GT engines, according to the classification of shallow learning methods, deep learning methods and hybrid intelligent methods. Moreover, the principle of typical algorithms, the evolution of enhanced methods, and the assessment of pros and cons are summarized to conclude the present status and look forward to the future in the field of GT fault diagnosis. Possible directions for development in method validation, information fusion, and interpretability of intelligent diagnosis methods are concluded in the end to provide insightful concepts for scholars in related fields.

The rise of the far right in Europe has captured the attention of the international community in recent years. Its specific features are: an unprecedentedly strong influence, an obvious trend towards the moderate line, horizontal collaboration to expand its reach, and a very adept use of social media networks. The refugee crisis has given the far right an historical opportunity. The rise has also had a profound effect on European politics; it has deepened the political divide inside EU member states, and shaken up the traditional political values and the foundation of the *** rise of the far right will likely not change Europe's political landscape, but problems of EU governance over its handling of the refugee crisis cannot be ignored.

Background For cervical cancer screening,routine cytology has a high specificity but a lower *** older women,atrophy,which may mimic HSIL,presents a diagnostic challenge.p16 is a widely used biomarker for histological diagnosis of *** objective was to evaluate PathCIN®p16INK4a immunocytology in identification of high grade dysplasia *** *** As part of a multi-center screening program,3351 women were co-tested by p16 *** women referred for colposcopy on basis of cytology and high-risk HPV status,those with atrophy were older than the population screened(52 vs.43 years).Cases from older women with atrophy(n=116)and controls without atrophy(n=47)were identified by re-examination of Pap *** detection of CIN2+was compared for p16,cytology and HR-HPV *** The sensitivity of routine cytology(≥LSIL)was much lower for cases with atrophy(17%)than non-atrophic cases(75%).The sensitivity of p16 immunocytology and of HR-HPV testing was high(88%–100%)both with and without *** specificity of routine cytology(≥LSIL)was higher for cases with atrophy(79%)than non-atrophic cases(38%).The specificity of p16 immunocytology was high(88–95%)and the specificity of HR-HPV testing was low(31%–33%)both with and without *** p16 with HPV testing and/or routine cytology had no benefit,as compared to p16 staining *** p16 immunocytology compares favorably with routine cytology and HPV testing in the differential diagnosis of HSIL and benign *** is more sensitive than cytology for atrophic specimens,and is more specific than HPV testing.p16 immunocytology may decrease the need for colposcopy referrals and could be a useful tool for early detection of cervical cancer in peri-and post-menopausal women,who are more likely to have HSIL coexisting with atrophy.

Tetracycline repressor(TetR)family regulators(TFRs)are the largest group of DNA-binding transcription factors and are widely distributed in bacteria and *** play vital roles in controlling the expression of various genes and regulating diverse physiological ***,a TFR protein Pseudomonas virulence regulator A(PvrA),was identified from Pseudomonas aeruginosa as the transcriptional activator of genes involved in fatty acid utilization and bacterial ***,we show that PvrA can simultaneously bind to multiple pseudo-palindromic sites and upregulate the expression levels of target ***-electron microscopy(cryo-EM)analysis indicates the simultaneous DNA recognition mechanism of PvrA and suggests that the bound DNA fragments consist of a distorted B-DNA double *** crystal structure and functional analysis of PvrA reveal a hinge region that secures the correct domain motion for recognition of the promiscuous ***,our results showed that mutations disrupting the regulatory hinge region have differential effects on biofilm formation and pyocyanin biosynthesis,resulting in attenuated bacterial ***,these findings will improve the understanding of the relationship between the structure and function of the TetR family and provide new insights into the mechanism of regulation of *** virulence.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection continues to be a major threat to global public health,and new safe and efficacious vaccines are needed for prevention of infections caused by ***.X-ray irradiation has been used to prepare whole-cell inactivated vaccines against *** ***,the immunological mechanisms of X-ray-inactivated vaccines are still unclear and require further *** previous study found that an X-ray-inactivated whole-cell vaccine could provide protection against *** by boosting T *** aim of the present study was to further explore the immunological mechanisms of the ***,*** PAO1,a widely used laboratory strain,was utilized to prepare the vaccine,and we found nucleic acids and 8-hydroxyguanosine in the supernatant of X-ray-inactivated PAO1(XPa).By detecting CD86,CD80,and MHCII expression,we found that XPa fostered dentritic cell(DC)maturation by *** stimulated the cGAS-STING pathway as well as Toll-like receptors in DCs in vitro,and DC finally underwent apoptosis and pyroptosis after XPa *** addition,DC stimulated by XPa induced CD8+T-cell proliferation in vitro and generated immunologic memory in ***,XPa vaccination induced both Th1 and Th2 cytokine responses in mice and reduced the level of inflammatory factors during *** protected mice in pneumonia models from infection with PAO1 or multidrug-resistant clinical isolate *** obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)mice immunized with XPa could resist PAO1 ***,a new mechanism of an X-ray-inactivated whole-cell vaccine against *** infection was discovered in this study.
