Carbon-ion irradiation is a technique for trait improvement in the microalgae,but the underlying mechanisms that how it altered the biomass,and photosynthetic pigments accumulation were *** mutant(DS240G-1)was obtained from Dunaliella salina by heavy ion irradiation *** to the wild type,the biomass accumulation and maximum growth rate of DS240G-1 were increased by 34%and 55%respectively,and itsβ-carotene content was 21%higher than the wild *** analysis of the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters indicated that higherβ-carotene productivity was likely owing to the improved maximum quantum efficiency(Fv/Fm)and decreased thermal dissipation of photosynthesis in DS240G-1 than that of wild type during *** addition,the result of this study revealed that high content of ROS may induceβ-carotene accumulation in mutant ***,the total fatty acid(TFA)content in mutant DS240G-1 was 79%higher than that in wild *** to its highβ-carotene productivity and total fatty acid content,DS240G-1 could be considered as a promising candidate for microalgaeβ-carotene and biodiesel *** work provided the first insight into the biological effects involved in carbon-ions irradiation on the photosynthetic activity of ***.

The Prevalence and Trends of Obesity in Chinese Preschool Children from 1996 to 2019:A Meta-analysis

Purpose Understanding the prevalence and trends of obesity in preschool children is of critical importance for public health ***,the object of the present study was to assess the prevalence and trends of obesity in Chinese preschool children from 1996 to 2019,and to examine the differences among different population according to year,gender,age,urban/rural and geographical *** Four online databases(Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Resource System,Weipu Chi-nese Journal Service Platform and PubMed)were searched for studies published from January 1990 to May 2019 using predefined inclusion/exclusion *** effects meta-analysis was used to calculate the prevalence of *** Forty-three studies with a total of 765,255 Chinese preschool children aged 3-6 years were included in this *** prevalence of obesity in the whole sample was 6.41%(95%CI:5.74%-7.78%,P<0.000,I^(2)=99.79%;obtained after trim-and-fill adjustment).There was no significant difference(P=0.222)in the prevalence of obesity during five peri-ods(1996-2000,2001-2005,2006-2010,2011-2015,2016-2019).The obesity prevalence of boys was higher than girls(P=0.007),and the obesity prevalence increased with age(P=0.000).In 2006-2010,the prevalence of obesity among urban areas was about three times than that of rural areas(P=0.001).However,the difference was decreased during 2011-2015(P=0.788).In rural areas,the obesity prevalence in 2011-2015 was two times more than that in 2006-2010(P=0.005).Geographical area was a strong determinant of heterogeneity for Chinese preschool children(P=0.001).Conclusion There was no significant difference of the obesity prevalence among any five-year periods from 1996 to *** prevalence of obesity in boys was higher than girls and increased with *** the prevalence of obesity in rural area was lower than the urban area,the speed of the increasing of the prevalence after 2010 in rural area should be ***

Mango is a commercial crop on Hainan Island,China,that is cultivated to develop the tropical rural *** development of accurate and up-to-date maps of the spatial distribution of mango plantations is necessary for agricultural monitoring and decision management by the local ***-based and object-oriented image analysis methods for mapping mango plantations were compared using two machine learning algorithms(support vector machine(SVM)and Random Forest(RF))based on Chinese high-resolution Gaofen-1(GF-1)imagery in parts of Hainan *** assess the importance of different features on classification accuracy,a combined layer of four original bands,32 gray-level co-occurrence(GLCM)texture indices,and 10 vegetation indices were used as input *** five different sets of variables(5,10,20,and 30 input variables and all 46 variables)were classified with the two machine learning algorithms at object-based *** of the feature optimization suggested that homogeneity and variance were very important variables for distinguishing mango plantations *** object-based classifiers could significantly improve overall accuracy between 2–7%when compared to pixel-based *** there were 5 and 10 input variables,SVM showed higher classification accuracy than RF,and when the input variables exceeded 20,RF showed better *** the accuracy achieved saturation points,there were only slightly classification accuracy improvements along with the numbers of feature increases for both of SVM and RF *** results indicated that GF-1 imagery can be successfully applied to mango plantation mapping in tropical regions,which would provide a useful framework for accurate tropical agriculture land management.

Layer-structured Ruddlesden–Popper(RP)perovskites(RPPs)with decent stability have captured the imagination of the photovoltaic research community and bring hope for boosting the development of perovskite solar cell(PSC)***,two-dimensional(2D)or quasi-2D RP PSCs are encountered with some challenges of the large exciton binding energy,blocked charge transport and poor film quality,which restrict their photovoltaic ***,these issues can be readily resolved by rationally designing spacer cations of *** review mainly focuses on how to design the molecular structures of organic spacers and aims to endow RPPs with outstanding photovoltaic *** firstly elucidated the important roles of organic spacers in impacting crystallization kinetics,charge transporting ability and stability of *** we brought three aspects to attention for designing organic ***,we presented the specific molecular structure design strategies for organic spacers of RPPs aiming to improve photovoltaic performance of RP *** proposed strategies in this review will provide new avenues to develop novel organic spacers for RPPs and advance the development of RPP photovoltaic technology for future applications.

Topology Adaptation for Robust Ad Hoc Cyberphysical Networks under Puncture-Style Attacks

Many cyber physical networks will involve ad hoc deployments utilizing peer-to-peer communications. Examples include transportation systems where a group of moving cars communicate in order to avoid collisions, teams of robotic agents that work together in support of disaster recovery, and sensor networks deployed for health-care monitoring, monitoring the operation of a factory plant or to coordinate and actuate mechanisms for energy conservation in a building. These networks may face a variety of threats that puncture their connectivity and, should their performance degrade, the result could be catastrophic. Consider, for example, a vehicular ad hoc network where communication assists collision avoidance. In such a case, degradation could lead to vehicle accidents. Therefore, in order to overcome network performance degradations and the puncture of a network （such as blackhole or jamming） which is under attack, we propose an algorithm called the Fiedler Value Power Adjustment Topology Adaption （FVPATA）. FVPATA aims to dynamically adapt an ad hoc network＇s topology, even if the attacker varies its location and in the case of an interference-style attack by increasing the interference power. The algorithm utilizes the formulation from the graph theory which works with the Fiedler value to guide each node in wireless ad hoc network utilizing power adjustments to enhance the network＇s overall robustness. The advantage of the proposed mechanism is that it is a light-weight approach which is totally distributed, based on topology updates inherent in the Optimized Link State Routing （OLSR） protocol and, hence, it is unnecessary to introduce additional messages. Additionally, an algorithm was developed to resolve problems involving asymmetric links that arise in ad hoc networks by eliminating unnecessary energy consumption of Fiedler nodes. In the past two decades,the revolutionary technologies of creating cold and ultracold molecules have provided cutting-edge experiments for studying the fundamental phenomena of collision *** a large degree,the recent explosion of interest in the molecular collisions has been sparked by dramatic progress of experimental capabilities and theoretical methods,which permit molecular collisions to be explored deep in the quantum mechanical *** experimental advances in the field have already been achieved,and the authors,from an experimental perspective,provide a review of these studies for exploring the nature of molecular collisions occurring at temperatures ranging from the Kelvin to the nanoKelvin regime,as well as for applications of producing ultracold molecules.
