Dual-atom catalysts(DACs) afford promising potential for oxygen reduction electrocatalysis due to their high atomic efficiency and high intrinsic ***,precise construction of dual-atom sites remains a *** this work,a post-modification strategy is proposed to precisely fabricate DACs for oxygen reduction ***,a secondary metal precursor is introduced to the primary single-atom sites to introduce direct metal-metal interaction,which ensures the formation of desired atom pair structure during the subsequent pyrolysis process and allows for successful construction of *** as-prepared FeCo-NC DAC exhibits superior oxygen reduction electrocatalytic activity with a half-wave potential of 0,91 V *** hydrogen ***-air batteries equipped with the FeCo-NC DAC demonstrate higher peak power density than those with the Pt/C *** importantly,this post-modification strategy is demonstrated universal to achieve a variety of dual-atom *** work presents an effective synthesis methodology for precise construction of catalytic materials and propels their applications in energy-related devices.

In view of novel materials in the field of lithium metal batteries(LMBs), metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have attracted extensive research interest owing to their controllable pore size, unsaturated metal sites and multifunctional organic groups. A variety of MOFs have been elaborately calculated and synthesized to be applied as separator coating, electrolyte modulators and solid-state electrolyte fillers in LMBs. In this mini-review, we summarize the mechanism of MOFs to limit the migration of anions, improve the Li-ion transference number and prolong the lifespan of LMBs. Suitable pore structure of MOFs can physically restrict the movement of Li^(+). Unsaturated metal sites can adsorb anions by electrostatic interaction. In addition,multifunctional organic functional groups that limit the migration of anions are discussed. Finally, the key challenges and perspectives in the development direction of MOFs-based separators and electrolytes are further elaborated.

Despite the tremendous progress of chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T)cell therapy in hematological malignancies,their application in solid tumors has been limited largely due to T-cell exhaustion in the tumor microenvironment(TME)and systemic toxicity caused by excessive cytokine *** a key regulator of the immunosuppressive TME,TGF-βpromotes cytokine synthesis via the NF-κB ***,we coexpressed SMAD7,a suppressor of TGF-βsignaling,with a HER2-targeted CAR in engineered T *** novel CAR-T cells displayed high cytolytic efficacy and were resistant to TGF-β-triggered exhaustion,which enabled sustained tumoricidal capacity after continuous antigen ***,SMAD7 substantially reduced the production of inflammatory cytokines by antigen-primed CAR-T ***,SMAD7 downregulated TGF-βreceptor I and abrogated the interplay between the TGF-βand NF-κB pathways in CAR-T *** a result,these CAR-T cells persistently inhibited tumor growth and promoted the survival of tumor-challenged mice regardless of the hostile tumor microenvironment caused by a high concentration of TGF-β.SMAD7 coexpression also enhanced CAR-T-cell infiltration and persistent activation in patient-derived tumor ***,our study demonstrated the feasibility of SMAD7 coexpression as a novel approach to improve the efficacy and safety of CAR-T-cell therapy for solid tumors.

This paper aims to improve the corrosion resistance of dispersive purging *** fused corundum particles and fine powder,α-Al_(2)O_(3) micropowder,Cr_(2)O_(3) micropowder,Guangxi clay and zircon powder were used as the main raw *** mass ratio of white fused corundum particles and fine powder was fixed at 85:15,and 0,1%,2%,or 3%(by mass)of zircon fine powder was added to replace the same amount of white fused corundum fine *** corundum porous material was prepared by the particle stacking pore-forming method at 1650℃for 3 *** effect of the zircon addition on the properties and microstructure of porous materials was *** results show that:after adding zircon,the permeability of the porous material increases,the cold and hot strengths increase obviously,and the expansion rate after firing *** the addition of zircon is 2%,the comprehensive performance of the specimen is optimal with the smallest linear change rate and the highest permeability.

Mesenteric adipose tissue B lymphocytes promote intestinal injury in severe acute pancreatitis by mediating enteric pyroptosis
