Background:To investigate the effect of adenotonsillec tomy (AT) on bone development,quality of life and polysomnography evaluation in children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSA).Methods:Preoperative and postoperative (6 months) physical examination,PSG,bone age (BA) and osteocalcin (OC) evaluation were performed on the selected OSA children (n=92) and the healthy children (n=87).The OSA children were also scored based on the OSA 18-item questionnaire.A two-year follow-up was conducted to evaluate BA and OC ***:After AT,81 (88.04%) OSA children recovered completely,eight (8.70%) achieved remarkable improvements,and three (3.26%) achieved moderate *** the OSA children,postoperative OSA 18-item score and the scores of the five domains were significantly higher than preoperative *** with the preoperative,body mass index (BMI),weight for age Z-sores,height for age Z-sores,weight for height Z-sores and BMI Z-score in the OSA group 6 months after the operation were significantly increased,but no significant difference was detected between the OSA and the control *** changes of BA and chronological age in the OSA group were significantly different from those in the control *** years after AT,BA between the two groups was no longer significantly *** serum OC in the OSA group was lower than that in the control group,but increased to normal levels 6 months after *** analysis showed serum OC levels were negatively correlated with apnea hyponea index,obstructive apnea index,arousal index,and lowest oxygen ***:After AT,bone growth and development in children with OSA recovered gradually,and the serum OC levels decreased to the normal ***,preventive measures and positive treatments should be applied to minimize the negative effects of OSA in children.

Aim: To investigate the expression of feeding-related peptide receptors mRNA in GT1-7 cell line and roles of leptin and orexins in the control of GnRH secretion. Methods: Receptors of bombesin3, cholecystoldnin (CCK)-A, CCK-B, glucagonlike peptide (GLP)1, melanin-concentrating hormone (MCH)I, orexin1, orexin2, neuromedin-B, neuropeptide Y (NPY)1 and NPYS, neurotensin (NT)1, NT2, NT3, and leptin receptor long form mRNA in GT1-7 cells were detected by reversed transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. GT1-7 cells were treated with leptin, orexin A and orexin B at a cohort of concentrations for different lengths of time, and GnRH in medium was determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: Receptors of bombesin 3, CCK-B, GLP1, MCH1, orexin1, neuromedin-B, NPY1, NPYS, NT1, NT3, and leptin receptor long form mRNA were expressed in GT1-7 cells, of which, receptors of GLP1, neuromedin-B, NPY1, and NT3 were highly expressed. No amplified fragments of orexin2, NT2, and CCK-A receptor cDNA were generated with GT1-7 RNA, indicating that the GT1-7 cells did not express mRNA of them. Leptin induced a significant stimulation of GnRH release, the results being most significant at 0.1 nmol/L for 15 min. In contrast to other studies in hypothalamic explants, neither orexin A nor orexin B affected basal GnRH secretion over a wide range of concentrations ranging from 1 nmol/L to 500 nmol/Lat 15, 30, and 60 min. Conclusion: Feeding and reproductive function are closely linked. Many orexigenic and anorexigenic signals may control feeding behavior as well as alter GnRH secretion through their receptors on GnRH neurons.

长江口沉积物重金属赋存形态及风险特征

基于长江口沉积物8种重金属(As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb、Zn)总量与形态在丰、平、枯水期以及14个典型点位的分布特征,通过平衡分配法建立了长江口沉积物质量基准(SQGs),并以此评价长江口沉积物重金属生态风险,揭示重金属生态风险与其形态特征间的相关关系.结果表明,除Cd之外,长江口沉积物重金属以残渣态为主导形态,尤其是As、Cr、Hg,其残渣态含量均为90%以上.长江口As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb、Zn的沉积物质量基准分别为43.29、0.672、79.65、19.08、0.569、339.09、30.87、411.36μg·g^(-1).Cu的生态风险程度最高,对水生生物具有较大的毒性影响,应当引起重视.河口上游受到长江径流影响大,在丰水期风险较高,在平水期和枯水期则风险偏低;而下游受上海等城市排污影响较大,风险较高(尤其在平水期和枯水期).8种重金属的生态风险与赋存形态之间表现出3种不同的相关关系.

Stock price prediction is a typical complex time series prediction problem characterized by dynamics,nonlinearity,and *** paper introduces a generative adversarial network model that incorporates an attention mechanism(GAN-LSTM-Attention)to improve the accuracy of stock price ***,the generator of this model combines the Long and Short-Term Memory Network(LSTM),the Attention Mechanism and,the Fully-Connected Layer,focusing on generating the predicted stock *** discriminator combines the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and the Fully-Connected Layer to discriminate between real stock prices and generated stock ***,to evaluate the practical application ability and generalization ability of the GAN-LSTM-Attention model,four representative stocks in the United States of America(USA)stock market,namely,Standard&Poor’s 500 Index stock,Apple Incorporatedstock,AdvancedMicroDevices Incorporatedstock,and Google Incorporated stock were selected for prediction experiments,and the prediction performance was comprehensively evaluated by using the three evaluation metrics,namely,mean absolute error(MAE),root mean square error(RMSE),and coefficient of determination(R2).Finally,the specific effects of the attention mechanism,convolutional layer,and fully-connected layer on the prediction performance of the model are systematically analyzed through ablation *** results of experiment show that the GAN-LSTM-Attention model exhibits excellent performance and robustness in stock price prediction.

复杂氧化物可以呈现出高温超导、庞磁阻以及多铁效应等诸多新奇的物理现象.这类材料中的电荷/自旋/轨道和晶格自由度之间的强耦合相互作用,可以导致多种相互竞争且能量非常接近的电子态的空间共存,这就是电子相分离现象.如果可以将材料的空间尺寸缩小到电子相分离的特征长度,其物理性质甚至电子关联作用本身都会发生根本的变化,从而有可能实现复杂氧化物中的量子调控.本文综述了我们课题组在过去几年中针对复杂氧化物中电子相分离的量子调控取得的进展,内容包括:发现了锰氧化物边缘电子态,通过氧化物微纳加工技术,实现了量子态空间分布的调控,提高了庞磁阻锰氧化物的临界温度;研究了当材料空间尺度小于其电子相分离特征尺度时电子相分离的表现,确定了在电子相分离消失以后体系的磁结构;通过超晶格生长技术调控了材料中的掺杂有序度,对锰氧化物中大尺度的电子相分离的物理机理从实验上给出了解释.
