Layered LiNi_(1-x-y)Co_(x)M_(y)O_(2)(M=Mn or Al)is a promising cathode material for lithium-ion batteries due to its high specific capacity and acceptable manufacturing cost.However,the polycrystalline LiNi_(1-x-y)Co_(x)M_(y)O_(2) cathode material suffers from disordered orientation of primary particles and poor geometric symmetry of secondary particles,which severely hampers the migration of Lit ions.Furthermore,the resulting anisotropy accelerates the disintegration of the secondary particle structure,significantly affecting the electrochemical performance of the polycrystalline cathode.In spite of less grain boundary,the single-crystal LiNi_(1-x-y)Co_(x)M_(y)O_(2) cathodes still suffer from severe microcracks generated by repeated planar gliding during cycling,which poses a great challenge to the cycling stability of single-crystal materials.It's worth noting that the microstructure of the cathode material is mainly inherited from its precursor.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand the influence of the microstructure of Ni_(1-x-y)Co_(x)M_(y)(OH)2 on the electrochemical properties of LiNi_(1-x-y)Co_(x)M_(y)O_(2) cathode materials,so as to optimize the production process of preparing high-performance cathode precursors.In this review,we summarize recent advances in the research and development of Ni-rich cathode precursor materials.Firstly,the challenges faced by the Ni-rich hydroxide precursor materials are presented,including the effect of primary particle morphology and arrangement on the electrochemical performance of cathode materials,the influence of secondary particle morphology on lithium insertion reactions in cathode,and the effect of particle size on the microcracking of single-crystal particles.Secondly,the presentation of the conventional co-precipitation reactor,the mechanism of precursor particle growth,and the influence of coprecipitation parameters are described in detail.Finally,the strategies are systematically discussed to solve the challenges of hydroxide precursors,such as the inno

Change in Precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau Projected by Weighted CMIP6 Models

Precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau(TP)is important to local and downstream ecosystems.Based on a weighting method considering model skill and independence,changes in the TP precipitation for near-term(2021-40),mid-term(2041-60)and long-term(2081-2100)under shared socio-economic pathways(SSP1-1.9,SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,SSSP3-7.0,SSP5-8.5)are projected with 27 models from the latest Sixth Phase of the Couple Model Intercomparison Project.The annual mean precipitation is projected to increase by 7.4%-21.6%under five SSPs with a stronger change in the northern TP by the end of the 21st century relative to the present climatology.Changes in the TP precipitation at seasonal scales show a similar moistening trend to that of annual mean precipitation,except for the drying trend in winter precipitation along the southern edges of the TP.Weighting generally suggests a slightly stronger increase in TP precipitation with reduced model uncertainty compared to equally-weighted projections.The effect of weighting exhibits spatial and seasonal differences.Seasonally,weighting leads to a prevailing enhancement of increase in spring precipitation over the TP.Spatially,the influence of weighting is more remarkable over the northwestern TP regarding the annual,summer and autumn precipitation.Differences between weighted and original MMEs can give us more confidence in a stronger increase in precipitation over the TP,especially for the season of spring and the region of the northwestern TP,which requires additional attention in decision making.

Abnormal Systemic and Ocular Responses to the Valsalva Manoeuvre in Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma:A Case for Autonomic Failure?

Objective This study aimed to examine the association of primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG)with autonomic dysfunction by assessing the differences in systemic and ocular responses to an autonomic provocation test,the Valsalva manoeuvre(VM),between POAG patients and normal subjects.Methods Forty POAG and forty control subjects were subjected to the VM.Systemic and ocular parameters were measured at baseline,phase 2,and phase 4 of the VM(VM2 and VM4),where VM2 and VM4 are sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous activation states,respectively.Heart rate variability was used to assess the autonomic nervous activity,among which the high-frequency component(HF)and the low-frequency(LF)/HF ratio were used as indices of parasympathetic and sympathetic activation,respectively.Results POAG patients demonstrated higher sympathetic activation(LF/HF ratio median:2.17 vs.1.53,P=0.000)than controls at baseline and exhibited attenuated sympathetic and parasympathetic responses(a smaller change in LF/HF and HF values)during the VM than controls.During VM,the intraocular pressure(IOP),mean blood pressure(MAP),mean ocular perfusion pressure(MOPP),and the Schlemm’s canal area(SCAR)increased from baseline to VM2 and then decreased from VM2 to VM4 in both the POAG and control groups(all P<0.05).However,when we compared the changes above,the fluctuations in IOP,MAP,and MOPP were more pronounced in POAG than in controls(all P<0.05),while the changes in amplitudes of SCAR were smaller in POAG(P<0.05).Furthermore,from VM2 to VM4,the choroid thickness(ChT)in the POAG group was significantly decreased,while it was unchanged in normal subjects(P=0.258).A regression analysis showed a significant correlation of the baseline LF/HF with IOP change values(ΔIOP)from baseline to VM2 in POAG(R^(2)=0.147,P=0.014).Conclusion Patients with POAG showed more pronounced fluctuations in IOP,MAP,MOPP and ChT during the VM than controls.These reactions could be associated with autonomic dysfunction in POAG.

开放银行的核心是数据共享,数据在客户、银行与第三方机构之间移转所产生的权利、义务是开放银行模式下法律关系的主要内容。作为数据移转中客户个人数据控制和保护的方案,数据可携权契合开放银行的应用场景,促进平衡各方利益。《个人信息保护法》相关条文仅确立了数据可携权的大致框架,有待结合开放银行的具体场景明确适用规则。这需要在对权利客体标识化后进行类别判断,厘清数据可携权的权利内容和行使边界,再根据责任性质划分数据控制者应承担的各类责任,基于新业态实现个人数据保护的新诠释。

Dear Editor,Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is characterized by failed alveolar reepithelialization and fibroblast activation.1 A continuing struggle in the field has been how to diagnose and treat the disease early and effectively on the basis of shared pathogenetic mechanisms.Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)signaling and mitochondria are involved in PF pathogenesis.2 Mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes(RCCs)I,III,IV,and V comprise both nuclear DNA(nDNA)-and mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)-encoded subunits,and their biogenesis depends on the cooperation of cytoplasmic(cyto)and mitochondrial(mito)translation(Supplementary Fig.1).3 To date,a correlation between PF and RCC biogenesis has not been reported.

Precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau and surrounding highlands is a crucial process in the hydrological cycle and is very important for local and downstream ecology,and previous research mainly focused on a certain range of timescales.A better understanding of the variability across various timescales,which has been largely ignored,can provide new insight on the regional weather and climate.Here,a north‒south dipole pattern of precipitation shaped by a zonal dipole of the upper-tropospheric temperature is revealed in this region.Both dipole patterns of the precipitation and the accompanied temperature exist from daily to interdecadal scales.The three-dimensional circulation anomalies connecting the temperature and precipitation dipoles are consistent across various timescales.The frequencies of daily events with opposite phases of the temperature dipole modulate the interannual and interdecadal variability in precipitation.The south drying and north wetting pattern over the Tibetan Plateau is an interdecadal manifestation of the precipitation dipole and can be ascribed to the temperature trend favourable for the positive phase of the zonal temperature dipole.The consistent dipole pattern constructs a more complete portrayal of precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau from synoptic scale to climatology.

目的分析肾移植患者他克莫司(FK506)血药浓度不达标的影响因素,并构建风险预测列线图模型。方法选取2020年6月至2023年6月医院收治的肾移植术后服用FK506治疗并监测30 d内血药浓度的200例患者为研究对象,根据监测结果将其分为达标组(5~15μg·L^(-1))126例和未达标组(15μg·L^(-1))74例,收集两组患者的临床资料,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析筛选FK506血药浓度不达标的独立危险因素,据此构建FK506血药浓度不达标的风险列线图预测模型并进行拟合优度检验。结果术后30 d内200例患者的1200次FK506浓度监测中,达到目标浓度5~15μg·L^(-1)的次数为756次,达标率为63.0%。其中达到目标浓度的患者共126例(达标组),未达到目标浓度的患者共74例(未达标组)。未达标组年龄>60岁、男性、静脉注射、空腹血糖>7 mmol·L^(-1)、总胆红素>20μmol·L^(-1)、白细胞计数≤4×10^(9)·L^(-1)、血肌酐>133μmol·L^(-1)的患者比例均高于达标组,差异有统计学意义(P60岁、男性、空腹血糖>7 mmol·L^(-1)、总胆红素>20μmol·L^(-1)、血肌酐>133μmol·L^(-1)为肾移植患者FK506血药浓度不达标的独立危险因素(均P60岁、男性、空腹血糖>7 mmol·L^(-1)、总胆红素>20μmol·L^(-1)、血肌酐>133μmol·L^(-1)是肾移植患者FK506血药浓度不达标的危险因素,据此构建的列线图模型能有效预测肾移植患者FK506血药浓度不达标风险程度。

Synchrotron-based angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy was employed to investigate the temperature evolution of the Yb 4 f spectral for surface and bulk in the Kondo lattice YbCu_(2)Si_(2).Our study quantitatively distinguishes between the surface and bulk hybridization processes,revealing that the onset temperatures for both surface and bulk hybridization processes are significantly higher than the Kondo temperature.Additionally,we found that the effective surface Kondo temperature is much lower than that of the bulk.These findings offer valuable insights into the understanding of heavy fermion physics.

Glaucoma is one of the most common optic neuropathies,featuring progressive retinal ganglion cell damage and visual field loss(Tham et al.,2014;Xu et al.,2020).Currently,the only effective treatment for this condition is the reduction of intraocular pressure(IOP)(Palmberg,2001;Heijl et al.,2002).Canaloplasty is a proven bleb-independent surgery with good efficacy and safety profiles in primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG)(Gołaszewska et al.,2021).However,early transient postoperative IOP elevation has been reported in up to 30%of cases(Riva et al.,2019),similar to that commonly observed in other internal drainage glaucoma surgeries such as implantation using iStent(0%–21.0%),CyPass(10.8%),and Hydrus(4.8%–6.5%)(Lavia et al.,2017).
