Treatment options for patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)often result in poor prognosis and declining health-related quality of *** FDA-approved drugs for cancer chemoprevention is a promising and cost-efficient ***,we found that dronedarone,an antiarrhythmic drug,could inhibit the proliferation of ESCC ***,we conducted phosphorylomics analysis to investigate the mechanism of dronedarone-treated ESCC *** computational docking models and pull-down assays,we demonstrated that dronedarone could directly bind to CDK4 and CDK6 *** also proved that dronedarone effectively inhibited ESCC proliferation by targeting CDK4/CDK6 and blocking the G0/G1 phase through RB1 phosphorylation inhibition by in vitro kinase assays and cell cycle ***,we found that knocking out CDK4 and CDK6 decreased the susceptibility of ESCC cells to ***,dronedarone suppressed the growth of ESCC in patient-derived tumor xenograft models in ***,our study demonstrated that dronedarone could be repurposed as a CDK4/6 inhibitor for ESCC chemoprevention.

分层空时码分多址系统(LST-CDMA)的联合检测算法(JD)利用扩频码和信道冲击响应(CIR)卷积形成的空-时二维特征向量来进行多用户和多天线检测,能够获得优良的检测性能。但是该JD算法的复杂度非常高,针对这个问题提出了两种快速算法:近似Cholesky分解和块-Fourier算法。为了进一步减少运算量,又利用重叠保留法(OLA)对块-Fourier算法进行改进。仿真证明,这些算法在几乎不降低检测性能的前提下,可以大幅降低计算复杂度。

AIM： To investigate the inhibitory effect of small interfering RNA （siRNA） on the expression of survivin in pancreatic cancer cell line PC-2 and the role of siRNA in inducing PC-2 cell apoptosis and enhancing its radiosensitivity. METHODS： A siRNA plasmid expression vector against survivin was constructed and transfected into PC-2 cells with LipofectamineTM 2000. The down regulation of survivin expression was detected by semi-quantitive RT-PCR and immunohistochemical SP method and the role of siRNA in inducing PC-2 cell apoptosis and enhancing its radiosensitivity was detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS： The sequence-specific siRNA efficiently and specifically down-regulated the expression of survivin at both mRNA and protein levels. The expression inhibition ratio was 81.25% at mRNA level detected by semlquantitive RT-PCR and 74.24% at protein level detected by immunohistochemical method. Forty-eight hours after transfection,apoptosis was induced in 7.03% cells by siRNA and in 14.58% cells by siRNA combined with radiation. CONCLUSION： The siRNA plasmid expression vector against survivin can inhibit the expression of survivin in PC-2 cells efficiently and specifically. Inhibiting the expression of survivin can induce apoptosis of PC-2 cells and enhance its radiosensitivity significantly. RNAi against survivin is of potential value in gene taerapy of pancreatic cancer.

Four novel boron containing ores/epoxy composites were prepared by using nature ludwigite green ore （NLGO）, artificial ores including boron containing iron ore concentrate （BCIOC）, boron rich slag （BRS） and boron mud （BM） as neutron absorbers, which were obtained by dressing from NLGO, blast furnace separation from BCIOC and borax production, respectively. The microstructure of the composites was investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscope （SEM） and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FT-IR）. Shielding properties of the composites against thermal and Cf-252 fast neutron were measured. Factors affecting the shielding properties were investigated. Energy deposition, absorbed dose and half value layers of the composites against neutron penetration were simulated by Monte Carlo method, and a simulated function was obtained. The results showed that the composites were compact and the particles of ores were homogeneous. Ascending boron mole numbers per unit volume （nB ） in the composites can obviously enhance the macroscopic absorbing cross section （Σthermal ） and improve the shielding properties for thermal neutron. The relationship of Σthermal and n B follows the equation of Σthermal =0.218+450.490n B . And the relationship of average atomic number （Z） of boron containing ores composites and the macroscopic removal cross section for fast neutron follows the equation of Σremoval =0.042exp （-Z/5.70）+0.032. Enhancement of the shielding abilities against Cf-252 fast neutron can be achieved by using the composites with low average atomic number.

Evaluation for human body whitening effcacy of cosmetics with extract from Tricholoma matsutake Sing as main effective constituent was conducted. Thirty female volunteers with age between 20 and 45 years old were kindly invited to use the cosmetic product on the inner side of their crank arm for a testing period of 8 weeks continuously. Values of MI, L＊ and ITA° of the skin were measured and the results display signifcant difference （ P〈0. 05） before and after the 8 weeks testing period. Duncan multiple comparisons showed that the whitening effcacy of cosmetic product formulated with the extract from Tricholoma matsutake Sing is signifcantly greater than that of the formulation matrix and equivalent with that of ascorbyl ethyl ether. Via the data collection and statistical analysis, this method can directly refect the whitening effect of active additives in cosmetics, and it is suitable for the evaluation of the whitening effcacy of cosmetics with additives.
