Chinese alligator hatchlings in captivity are fragile and have a high mortality rate within first *** body mass gain of reptile animals is closely related to their feeding behavior and gut *** study analyzed the intrinsic factors influencing the allometric growth of Chinese alligator hatchlings based on their body mass gain,feeding behavior,and gut *** information would enhance the health management of Chinese alligator *** was a significant correlation between the total distance moved,the average number of conspecifics nearby,and body mass *** alligator hatchlings with a greater growth rate showed greater activity and more independent behavior during feeding than those with a lower growth ***,after feeding started,some functions of the gut microbiota showed significant relationships with growth rate and feeding *** alligator hatchlings with a greater growth rate showed greater levels of heme biosynthesis than those with a lower growth rate,and feeding activity was inhibited by long-chain fatty acid *** results elucidate the relationships between health,feeding behavior,and the gut microbiota of Chinese alligator *** the intrinsic factors of their health and feeding behavior can improve the health management of Chinese alligator hatchlings in captivity for conservation.

Effects of organic carbon consumption on denitrifier community composition and diversity along dissolved oxygen vertical profiles in lake sediment surface

At present,the understanding of the dynamics of denitrifiers at different dissolved oxygen(DO)layers under organic carbon consumption within the surface sediments remains *** this study,high-throughput sequencing and quantitative PCR targeting nirS gene were used to analyze the denitrifier abundance dynamics,community composition,and structure for aerobic(DO 0.5-6.9 mg/L),hypoxic-anoxic(DO 0-0.5 mg/L),and anoxic(DO 0 mg/L)layers in surface sediments under organic carbon *** on the analysis of nirS gene abundance,the values of denitrifying bacteria decreased with organic carbon consumption at different DO *** the bacterial species abundance at the genus level were compared between the high-carbon and low-carbon sediments,there was significant increase in 6 out of 36,7 out of 36 and 6 out of 36 genera respectively for the aerobic,hypoxic-anoxic and anoxic *** the other hand,14 out of 36,9 out of 36 and 15 out of 36 genera showed significant decrease in bacterial species abundance respectively for the aerobic,hypoxic-anoxic and anoxic ***,14 out of 36,20 out of 36,and 15 out of 36 genera had no change in bacterial species abundance respectively for the aerobic,hypoxic-anoxic,and anoxic *** indicates that the carbon utilization ability of different denitrifiers on each DO layers was generally different from each *** of denitrifying bacteria also presented significant differences in different DO layers between the high-and low-carbon content sediment ***,under the high-carbon and low-carbon content,the abundance of nirS gene showed a high peak within the hypoxic-anoxic regions,suggesting that this region might be the main distribution area for the denitrifying bacteria within the surface ***,community of unique denitrifiers occurred in different DO layers and the adaptive changes of the denitrifier community followed the organic carbon consumption.

Hepatitis E virus(HEV)infection is a common public health problem in developing ***,the current prevalence of HEV and the relationship of HEV genotype between swine and human within high-density pig-farming areas in central China are still inadequately ***,cross-sectional serological and genotypic surveys of HEV among the 1232 general population,273 workers occupationally exposed to swine,and 276 pigs in a high-density pig-breeding area,were undertaken by ELISA and nested RT-PCR ***-HEV IgG was detected in 26.22%of general population and 48.35%of occupational *** prevalence of swine serum HEV-Ag was 6.52%.The prevalence of anti-HEV IgG was significantly higher among the workers occupationally exposed to swine than among the general *** increased HEV seropositivity risk among the general population was associated with either being a peasant or male and was very strongly associated with the increase of *** the occupationally exposed group,the prevalence of anti-HEV IgG antibodies increased with age and working *** the 30 HEV-IgM-positive people,the infection rates of clerks in the public,peasants,pork retailers,and pig farmers were higher than those of others.A phylogenetic analysis revealed that all the isolates belonged to subgenotype 4d,and four people and four pigs shared 97.04%-100%sequence *** study revealed a high HEV seroprevalence among the general population and workers occupationally exposed to swine in the Anlu City,and supports the notion that swine are a source of human HEV infection.

Encoding innumerable charge density waves of FeGe into polymorphs of LiFe_(6)Ge_(6)

Kagome metals exhibit rich quantum states by the intertwining of lattice,charge,orbital and spin degrees of ***,a novel charge density wave(CDW)ground state was discovered in kagome magnet FeGe and was revealed to be driven by lowering magnetic energy via large ***,based on DFTcalculations,we show that such mechanism will yield infinitely many metastable CDWs in FeGe due to different ways to arrange the Ge1-dimerization in enlarged ***,utilizing these metastable CDWs,innumerable polymorphs of kagome magnet LiFe_(6)Ge_(6) can be stabilized by filling Li atoms in the voids right above/below the dimerized Ge1-sites in the CDW *** polymorphs are very stable due to the presence of magnetic-energy-saving mechanism,in sharp contrast to the non-magnetic“166”kagome *** this way,a one-to-one mapping of the metastable CDWs of FeGe to stable polymorphs of LiFe_(6)Ge_(6) is *** one hand,the fingerprints of these metastable CDWs,i.e.,the induced in-plane atomic distortions and band gaps,are encoded into the corresponding stable polymorphs of LiFe_(6)Ge_(6),such that further study of their properties becomes *** the other hand,such innumerable polymorphs of LiFe_(6)Ge_(6) offer great degrees of freedom to explore the rich physics of magnetic kagome *** thus reveal a novel connection between the unusually abundant CDWs and structural polymorphism in magnetic kagome materials,and establish a new route to obtain structural polymorphism on top of CDW states.

[ Objectivel The study aims to discuss the effects of metal ions on the activity of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryngii cellulose. [ Method] 0.5 mmol/L FeSO4, CuSO4, MnSO4 and ZnSO4 solutions were added to the basal culture media containing silkworm excrement and rice husk, and the effects of metal ions on activity of FPA and Cx enzyme produced by P. ostreatus and P. eryngiiwere analyzed. [ Resultl The addi- tion of Zn2. and Mn~＊ to the basal culture media containing silkworm excrement and rice husk was beneficial to the improvement of the activity of FPA and Cx enzyme produced by P. ostreatus and P. eryngii, while the addition of Fe2＋ and Cu2. inhibited the activity of the cellulase. EConclu- sion I The research could provide theoretical references for improvement of utilization rate of cellulase in silkworm excrement and rice husk.

Event-triggered predefined-time control for full-state constrained nonlinear systems: A novel command filtering error compensation method

In this paper, a command filter-based adaptive fuzzy predefined-time event-triggered tracking control problem is investigated for uncertain nonlinear systems with time-varying full-state constraints. By designing a sliding mode differentiator, the inherent computational complexity problem within the predefined-time backstepping framework is solved. Different from the existing command filter-based finite-time and fixed-time control strategies that the convergence time of the filtering error is adjusted through the system initial value or numerous parameters, a novel command filtering error compensation method is presented,which tunes one control parameter to make the filtering error converge in the predefined time, thereby reducing the complexity of design and analysis of processing the filtering error. Then, an improved event-triggered mechanism(ETM) that builds upon the switching threshold strategy, in which an inverse cotangent function is designed to replace the residual term of the ETM,is proposed to gradually release the controller's dependence on the residual term with increasing time. Furthermore, a tan-type nonlinear mapping technique is applied to tackle the time-varying full-state constraints problem. By the predefined-time stability theory, all signals in the uncertain nonlinear systems exhibit predefined-time stability. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is substantiated through two simulation results.

In this review,we delve into the intricate regulation of the tumor microenvironment(TME)under malignant conditions and explore the transformative potential of nanoscale metal-organic frameworks(nMOFs)in the realm of sonodynamic therapy(SDT).The TME serves as a dynamic milieu influencing tumor progression and therapeutic response,presenting formidable challenges,such as hypoxia,acidity,excess hydrogen peroxide,high expression of glutathione,and *** the exceptional attributes of nMOFs,including their tunable structures and biocompatibility,holds immense promise for enhancing SDT efficacy and reshaping the TME *** integrating nMOFs with SDT,researchers aim to assemble multiple functionalities in a single platform that enhance tumor cell eradication while counteracting unfavorable TME conditions and immune *** potential of nMOFs to revolutionize tumor therapies by precisely targeting TME and overcoming therapeutic barriers is underscored by an in-depth analysis of recent breakthroughs in the use of nMOFs-based sonosensitizers to remodulate TME to amplify the efficacy of SDT.

Hadoop-based secure storage solution for big data in cloud computing environment

In order to address the problems of the single encryption algorithm,such as low encryption efficiency and unreliable metadata for static data storage of big data platforms in the cloud computing environment,we propose a Hadoop based big data secure storage ***,in order to disperse the NameNode service from a single server to multiple servers,we combine HDFS federation and HDFS high-availability mechanisms,and use the Zookeeper distributed coordination mechanism to coordinate each node to achieve dual-channel ***,we improve the ECC encryption algorithm for the encryption of ordinary data,and adopt a homomorphic encryption algorithm to encrypt data that needs to be *** accelerate the encryption,we adopt the dualthread encryption ***,the HDFS control module is designed to combine the encryption algorithm with the storage *** results show that the proposed solution solves the problem of a single point of failure of metadata,performs well in terms of metadata reliability,and can realize the fault tolerance of the *** improved encryption algorithm integrates the dual-channel storage mode,and the encryption storage efficiency improves by 27.6% on average.
