The early determination of disease-related biomarkers can significantly improve the survival rate of ***,a series of explorations for new diagnosis technologies,such as optical and electrochemical methods,have been devoted to life and health *** thin-film transistor(OTFT),as a state-of-the-art nano-sensing technology,has attracted significant attention from construction to application owing to the merits of being label-free,low-cost,facial,and rapid detection with multi-parameter ***,interference from non-specific adsorption is inevitable in complex biological samples such as body liquid and exhaled gas,so the reliability and accuracy of the biosensor need to be further improved while ensuring sensitivity,selectivity,and ***,we overviewed the composition,mechanism,and construction strategies of OTFTs for the practical determination of disease-related biomarkers in both body fluids and exhaled *** results show that the realization of bio-inspired applications will come true with the rapid development of high-effective OTFTs and related devices.

This study aims to develop an analytical model based on the curve beam theory to capture the mechanical response of a multihelix cable considering the internal contact ***,a double-helix cable subjected to axial tension and torsion is analyzed,and both the line and point contacts between the neighboring wires and strands are considered via an equivalent homogenized ***,the proposed theoretical model is extended to a hierarchical multihelix cable with mutual contact displacements by constructing a recursive relationship between the high-and low-level multihelix *** global tensile stiffness and torsional stiffness of the double-helix cable are successfully *** results are validated by a finite element(FE)model,and are found to be consistent with the findings of previous *** is shown that the contact deformations in multihelix cables significantly affect their equivalent mechanical stiffness,and the contact displacements are remarkably enhanced as the helix angles *** study provides insights into the interwire/interstrand mutual contact effects on global and local responses.

The chemical composition of acid rain and its impact on lake water chemistry in Chongqing,China,from 2000 to 2020 were studied in this *** regional acid rain intensity is affected jointly by the acid gas emissions and the neutralization of alkaline *** pH of precipitation experienced three stages of fluctuating decline,continuous improvement,and a slight *** pH showed inflection points in 2010,mainly due to the total control actions of SO_(2)and NO_(x)implemented in *** total ion concentrations in rural areas and urban areas were 489.08μeq/L and 618.57μeq/L,*** top four ions were SO_(4)^(2-),Ca^(2+),NH_(4)^(+)and NO_(3)^(-),which accounted for more than 90%of the total ion concentration,indicating the anthropogenic *** 2010,SO_(4)^(2-)fluctuated greatly while NO_(3)^(-)continued to rise;however,after 2010,both SO_(4)^(2-)and NO_(3)^(-)began to decline rapidly,with the rates of-12.03μeq/(L·year)and-4.11μeq/(L·year).Because the decline rate of SO_(4)^(2-)was 2.91 times that of NO_(3)^(-),the regional acid rain has changed from sulfuric acid rain to mixed sulfuric and nitric acid *** lake water is weakly acidic,with an average pH of 5.86,and the acidification frequency is 30.00%.Acidification of lake water is jointly affected by acid deposition and acid neutralization capacity of lake *** deposition has a profound impact on water acidification,and nitrogen(N)deposition,especially reduced N deposition,should be the focus of future research.

The soliton resolution conjecture proposes that the initial value problem can evolve into a dispersion part and a soliton ***,the problem of determining the number of solitons that form in a given initial profile remains unsolved,except for a few specific *** this paper,the authors use the deep learning method to predict the number of solitons in a given initial value of the Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)*** leveraging the analytical relationship between Asech^(2)(x)initial values and the number of solitons,the authors train a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)that can accurately identify the soliton count from spatio-temporal *** trained neural network is capable of predicting the number of solitons with other given initial values without any additional *** extensive calculations,the authors demonstrate the effectiveness and high performance of the proposed method.

With the proportion of intelligent services in the industrial internet of things(IIoT)rising rapidly,its data dependency and decomposability increase the difficulty of scheduling computing *** this paper,we propose an intelligent service computing *** the framework,we take the long-term rewards of its important participants,edge service providers,as the optimization goal,which is related to service delay and computing *** the different update frequencies of data deployment and service offloading,double-timescale reinforcement learning is utilized in the *** the small-scale strategy,the frequent concurrency of services and the difference in service time lead to the fuzzy relationship between reward and *** solve the fuzzy reward problem,a reward mapping-based reinforcement learning(RMRL)algorithm is proposed,which enables the agent to learn the relationship between reward and action more *** large time scale strategy adopts the improved Monte Carlo tree search(MCTS)algorithm to improve the learning *** simulation results show that the strategy is superior to popular reinforcement learning algorithms such as double Q-learning(DDQN)and dueling Q-learning(dueling-DQN)in learning speed,and the reward is also increased by 14%.

This study,grounded in Waxman fusion method,introduces an algorithm for the fusion of visible and infrared images,tailored to a two-level lighting environment,inspired by the mathematical model of the visual receptive field of rattlesnakes and the two-mode cells'*** research presented here is segmented into three *** the first segment,we design a preprocessing module to judge the ambient light intensity and divide the lighting environment into two levels:day and *** second segment proposes two distinct network structures designed specifically for these daytime and nighttime *** the daytime images,where visible light information is predominant,we feed the ON-VIS signal and the IR-enhanced visual signal into the central excitation and surrounding suppression regions of the ON-center receptive field in the B channel,***,for nighttime images where infrared information takes precedence,the ON-IR signal and the Visual-enhanced IR signal are separately input into the central excitation and surrounding suppression regions of the ON-center receptive field in the B *** outcome is a pseudo-color fused *** third segment employs five different no-reference image quality assessment methods to evaluate the quality of thirteen sets of pseudo-color images produced by fusing infrared and visible *** images are then compared with those obtained by six other methods cited in the relevant *** empirical results indicate that this study's outcomes surpass the comparative results in terms of average gradient and spatial *** one or two sets of fused images underperformed in terms of standard deviation and entropy when compared to the control *** sets of fused images did not perform as well as the comparison in the QAB/F *** conclusion,the fused images generated through the proposed method show superior performance in terms of scene detail,visual perception,and image sharpness

Because of advances in data collection and storage,statistical analysis in modern scientific research and practice now has opportunities to utilize external information such as summary statistics from similar studies.A likelihood approach based on a parametric model assumption has been developed in the literature to utilize external summary information when the populations for external and main internal data are assumed to be the *** this article,we instead consider the generalized estimation equation(GEE)approach for statistical inference,which is semiparametric or nonparametric,and show how to utilize external summary information even when internal and external data populations are not the *** approach is coupling the internal data and external summary information to form additional estimation equations and then applying the generalized method of moments(GMM).We show that the proposed GMM estimator is asymptotically normal and,under some conditions,is more efficient than the GEE estimator without using external summary *** of the asymptotic covariance matrix of the GMM estimators are also *** results are obtained to confirm our theory and quantify the improvements by utilizing external *** example is also included for illustration.

This paper attempts to explore the decoupling relationship and its drivers between industrial economic increase and energy-related CO_(2) emissions(ICE). Firstly, the decoupling relationship was evaluated by Tapio index. Then, based on the DEA meta-frontier theory framework which taking into account the regional and industrial heterogeneity and index decomposition method, the driving factors of decoupling process were explored mainly from the view of technology and efficiency. The results show that during2000-2019, weak decoupling was the primary state. Investment scale expansion was the largest reason hindering decoupling process of industrial increase from ICE. Both energy saving and production technology achieved significant progress, which facilitated the decoupling process. Simultaneously, the energy technology gap and production technology gap among regions have been narrowed, and played a role in promoting decoupling process. On the contrary, both scale economy efficiency and pure technical efficiency have inhibiting effects on decoupling process. The former indicates that the scale economy of China's industry was not conducive to improve energy efficiency and production efficiency, while the latter indicates that resource misallocation problem may exist in both energy market and product market.

Radiocesium is frequently present in radioactive wastewater,while its removal is still a challenge due to its small hydrated radius,high diffusion coefficient,and similar chemical behavior to other alkali metal elements with high background *** review summarized and analyzed the recent advances in the removal of Cs+from aqueous solutions,with a particular focus on adsorption and membrane separation *** inorganic,organic,and biological adsorbents have undergone assessments to determine their efficacy in the removal of cesium ***,membrane-based separation techniques,including reverse osmosis,forward osmosis,and membrane distillation,have also shown promise in effectively separating cesium ions from radioactive ***,this review summarized the main approaches,including Kurion/SARRY system+desalination system and advanced liquid processing system,implemented after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant accident in Japan to remove radionuclides from contaminated *** technology and membrane separation technology play a vital role in treatment of contaminated water.
