Magnetic refrigeration based on the magnetocaloric effect(MCE)of magnetic solids has been considered as an emerging technology for hydrogen ***,the lack of high-performance materials has slowed the development of any practical ***,we present a family of rare-earth cobalt nickel-based magnetocaloric materials,namely Dy_(1-x)Ho_(x)CoNi and Ho_(1-x)Er_(x)CoNi compounds,and system-atically investigated their structural and magnetic properties as well as the MCE and magnetocaloric *** of these compounds crystallize in the C15-type Laves-phase structure and undergo typi-cal second-order magnetic phase transition(MPT).The change in magnetism and the MPT temperature for the Dy_(1-x)Ho_(x)CoNi and Ho_(1-x)Er_(x)CoNi compounds originate from the exchange interactions between nearest-neighbor RE 3+ion *** hysteresis magnetocaloric effect was achieved,and the MPT tem-perature of these compounds could be tuned from the liquefaction temperature of nitrogen(∼77 K)to hydrogen(∼20 K)by adjusting the ratio of rare-earth *** study’s findings indicate that theDy_(1-x)Ho_(x)CoNi and Ho_(1-x)Er_(x)CoNi compounds are of potential for practical magnetic refrigeration applica-tions in the field of hydrogen liquefaction.

Experiments on surface-active polymer flooding for enhanced oil recovery were carried out by detection analysis and modern physical simulation technique based on reservoirs and fluids in Daqing placanticline *** experimental results show that the surface-active polymer is different from other common polymers and polymer-surfactant systems in molecular aggregation,viscosity and flow capacity,and it has larger molecular coil size,higher viscosity and viscosifying capacity,and poorer *** surface-active polymer solution has good performance of viscosity-increasing and viscosity retention,and has good performance of viscoelasticity and deformability to exert positive effects of viscosifying and viscoelastic ***-active polymer can change the chemical property of interface and reduce interfacial tension,making the reservoir rock turn water-wet,also it can emulsify the oil into relatively stable oil-in-water emulsion,and emulsification capacity is an important property to enhance oil washing efficiency under non-ultralow interfacial *** surface-active polymer flooding enlarges swept volume in two ways:Microscopically,the surface-active polymer has mobility control effect and can enter oil-bearing pores not swept by water to drive residual oil,and its mobility control effect has more contribution than oil washing capacity in enhancing oil ***,it has plugging capacity,and can emulsify and plug the dominant channels in layers with high permeability,forcing the injected fluid to enter the layer with medium or low permeability and low flow resistance,and thus enlarging swept volume.

In this paper,the nonlinear dynamics of a curved pipe is investigated in the case of principal parametric resonance due to pulsating flow and impact with loose *** coupled in-plane and out-of-plane governing equations with the consideration of von Karman geometric nonUnearity are presented and discretized via the differential quadrature method（DQM）.The nonlinear dynamic responses are calculated numerically to demonstrate the influence of pulsating ***,the impact is taken into *** influence of clearance on frettingwear damage,such as normal work rate,contact ratio and impact force level,is demonstrated.

Meridional heat transport of the western Pacific boundary current(the Kuroshio Current)is one of the key factors in global climate *** current is important because it controls the temperature gradient between low latitudes and the North Pacific and so significantly influences mid-latitude atmosphere-ocean *** we reconstruct changes in hydrological conditions within the mid-latitude mainstream of the Kuroshio Current based on faunal analysis of planktonic foraminifera in core DSDP 296 from the Northwest Pacific *** approach enabled us to deduce evolutionary processes within the Kuroshio Current since the Pliocene.A total of 57 species in the coarser section(>150μm)were identified;results indicate that planktonic foraminiferal faunal evolution has mainly been characterized by three major stages,the first of which comprised mixed-layer warm-water species of Globigerinoides ruber which first appeared between 3.5 and 2.7 Ma and then gradually increased in *** of another warm-water species of *** also gradually increased in number over this *** in warm-water species indicate a gradual rise in sea surface temperature(SST)and imply initiation of Kuroshio Current impact on the Northwest Pacific Ocean since at least 3.5 ***,over the period between 2.7 and 2.0 Ma,thermocline species of Globigerina calida,Neogloboquadrina humersa,Neogloboquadrina dutertrei,and Pulleniatina obliquiloculata started to appear in the *** fauna was dominated by *** as well as increasing *** *** features imply a further rise in SST and its gradually enhanced influence on thermocline water,suggesting strengthening of the Kuroshio Current since 2.7 ***,between 2.0 Ma and present,increasing contents of thermocline species(i.e.,***,*** and ***)indicate a gradual rise in seawater temperature at this depth and also imply more intensive Kuroshio Current during th

Currently,architecting a ratio nal and efficient nanoplatform combing with multi-therapeutic modalities is highly obligatory for advanced cancer *** order to remedy the self-limiting hypoxic dilemma of photodynamic therapy(PDT),herein,a facile photosensitizer(i.e.,chlorin e6,Ce6) and bioreductive prodrug(i.e.,tirapazamine,TPZ)-coloaded hyaluronic acid(HA) nanomicelles(denoted as TPZ@HA-Ce6)was developed for the cascading mode of photo-bioreductive cancer *** the typical advantage of Ce6 coupled HA conjugate,TPZ was easily and successfully accommodated into the hydrophobic core of HA-Ce6 nanomicelles,yielding TPZ@*** showed good dispersibility and stability with the hydrodynamic size of ca.170 *** targeted the CD44 overexpressed cancer cells by receptor-mediated endocytosis way and killed them effectively with singlet oxygen and the subsequent TPZ radicals resulting from the oxygen depletion of *** later was further verified by the hypoxia probe in *** murine mammary carcinoma 4 T1 model,TPZ@HA-Ce6 nanomicelles exhibited cascading and synergistic anticancer effect of PDT and TPZ bioreductive therapy compared with each *** work suggests the promising prospect of the hybrid hyaluronic nanomicelles for highly efficient cancer combination treatment.

The industrial manufacture processes of three kinds of roll core used ductile irons have been investigated via systematical experiments. EfFects of the ratio of C/Si, pig iron, nodularizer and alloying method on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the heavy section ductile iron have been analyzed. It has been found that when treated with RE-Mg plus Sb, high quality nodular castings can be produced even if much anti spheroidizing alloy elements are included in the pig iron. The alloy element Sb played an important role in the control of graphite morphology.
