S-scheme possesses superior redox capabilities compared with the II-scheme,providing an effective method to solve the innate defects of g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN).In this study,S-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(SCN-tm/CN)S-scheme homojunction was constructed by rationally integrating morphology control with interfacial engineering to enhance the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution ***-situ Kelvin probe force microscopy(KPFM)confirms the transport of photo-generated electrons from CN to *** functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the generation of a built-in electric field between SCN and CN enables the carrier separation to be more efficient and *** transient absorption spectrum(fs-TAS)indicates prolonged lifetimes of SCN-tm/CN_(3)(τ1:9.7,τ2:110,andτ3:1343.5 ps)in comparison to those of CN(τ1:4.86,τ2:55.2,andτ3:927 ps),signifying that the construction of homojunction promotes the separation and transport of electron hole pairs,thus favoring the photocatalytic *** visible light irradiation,the optimiz.d SCN-tm/CN_(3)exhibits excellent photocatalytic activity with the hydrogen evolution rate of 5407.3μmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1),which is 20.4 times higher than that of CN(265.7μmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1)).Moreover,the homojunction also displays an apparent quantum efficiency of 26.8%at 435 nm as well as ultra-long and ultra-stable cycle *** work offers a new strategy to construct highly efficient photocatalysts based on the metal-free conjugated polymeric CN for realiz.ng solar energy conversion.

To generate dance that temporally and aesthetically matches the music is a challenging problem in three ***,the generated motion should be beats-aligned to the local musical ***,the global aesthetic style should be matched between motion and *** third,the generated motion should be diverse and *** address these challenges,we propose ReChoreoNet,which re-choreographs high-quality dance motion for a given piece of music.A data-driven learning strategy is proposed to efficiently correlate the temporal connections between music and motion in a progressively learned cross-modality embedding *** beats-aligned content motion will be subsequently used as autoregressive context and control signal to control a normaliz.ng-flow model,which transfers the style of a prototype motion to the final generated *** addition,we present an aesthetically labelled music-dance repertoire(MDR)for both efficient learning of the cross-modality embedding,and understanding of the aesthetic connections between music and *** demonstrate that our repertoire-based framework is robustly extensible in both content and *** quantitative and qualitative experiments have been carried out to validate the efficiency of our proposed model.

Specializ.d households serve as the primary units within specializ.d villages in China,and their capacity to withstand risks and external influences significantly shapes the future trajectory of specializ.d villages and the overall vitality of the rural *** this study,we established a measurement indicator system based on the definition of specializ.d households’resilience,elucidating the logical connection between specializ.d households’resilience and rural industrial development in *** musical instrument industry in Lankao County,Henan Province of China,was employed as a case;survey data,the entropy method,and an obstacle diagnosis model were used to examine how instrument production specializ.d households responded to the challenges posed by Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and the tightening of national environmental protection policies,yielding the following key findings:1)there exists substantial variation in the comprehensive resilience levels among different specializ.d households;2)the ability to learn and adapt is the most significant contributor to the overall resilience level of specializ.d households;3)technological proficiency and access to skilled talent emerge as pivotal factors influencing specializ.d households’resilience;4)the positioning of specializ.d households within the industrial supply chain and the stability of their income have a direct bearing on their resilience *** influence of specializ.d households’resilience on industrial development primarily manifests in the following ways:stronger resilience correlates with increased stability in production and sales,fostering a more proactive approach to future ***,heightened exposure to the external macroeconomic environment can lead to a higher rate of export *** enhance the development resilience of entities like specializ.d households and family farms,and to invigorate rural economic development,escalating investments in rural science and technology

The development of tourism in historic areas imposes immense pressure on heritage conservation, leading to issues such as commercial encroachment and the loss of cultural uniqueness in many domestic areas. Dayan Ancient Town, as an integral part of the Old Town of Lijiang, a World Cultural Heritage Site, faces increasing challenges due to commercializ.tion. This paper explores the cultural and commercial development of Dayan Ancient Town from the perspective of tourist perception. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), this study develops an evaluation system and visualiz.tion to analyz. both cultural and commercial perceptions of tourists. The findings reveal that tourists' cultural perception of the town is limited, while their commercial perception is prominent. Furthermore, the study examines the distribution of cultural attractions and commercial establishments, revealing that the current cultural attractions can't contribute to high and continuous cultural perception results. The study finally proposes recommendations for enhancing tourist perception of the ancient town, such as establishing multi-level protection and development strategies, infusing cultural attributes into business, and expanding cultural attraction clusters.

Ensuring drug safety in the early stages of drug development is crucial to avoid costly failures in subsequent ***,the economic burden associated with detecting drug off-targets and potential side effects through in vitro safety screening and animal testing is *** off-target interactions,along with the adverse drug reactions they induce,are significant factors affecting drug *** assess the liability of candidate drugs,we developed an artificial intelligence model for the precise prediction of compound off-target interactions,leveraging multi-task graph neural *** outcomes of off-target predictions can serve as representations for compounds,enabling the differentiation of drugs under various ATC codes and the classification of compound ***,the predicted off-target profiles are employed in adverse drug reaction(ADR)enrichment analysis,facilitating the inference of potential ADRs for a *** the withdrawn drug Pergolide as an example,we elucidate the mechanisms underlying ADRs at the target level,contributing to the exploration of the potential clinical relevance of newly predicted off-target ***,our work facilitates the early assessment of compound safety/toxicity based on off-target identification,deduces potential ADRs of drugs,and ultimately promotes the secure development of drugs.

当前,大模型的发展速度日益加快,且其发展的道路和方向已成为人工智能发展的重要命题。如何让机器具有智力,成为人类自身发展的好伙伴、好帮手,是大模型发展面临的新挑战。我们认为,未来大模型将从表述内容的“搜索范式”进化到阐述论证观点的“价值范式”,建立自己的价值观。在这样的价值范式下,机器的人性化不断增强,创造力得到进一步发展,从而使幻思的能力成为合乎世界模型的有意义的创造,最终推动大模型步入“创造范式”,使人与机器的共生、共存、共创成为可能,形成崭新的社会形态。为此,我们需要建构面向未来的技术理想,对人工智能的发展及其推动人类发展进步的前景充满信心,不畏试错、大胆创新,走出一条我们自己的大模型道路。
