Secondary injury following spinal cord injury is primarily characterized by a complex inflammatory response,with resident microglia and infiltrating macrophages playing pivotal *** previous studies have grouped these two cell types together based on similarities in structure and function,an increasing number of studies have demonstrated that microglia and macrophages exhibit differences in structure and function and have different effects on disease *** this study,we used single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics to identify the distinct evolutionary paths of microglia and macrophages following spinal cord *** results showed that microglia were activated to a pro-inflammatory phenotype immediately after spinal cord injury,gradually transforming to an anti-inflammatory steady state phenotype as the disease *** macrophages,our findings highlighted abundant communication with other cells,including fibroblasts and *** pro-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects of macrophages were also identified;the pro-inflammatory effect may be related to integrin β2(Itgb2) and the neuroprotective effect may be related to the oncostatin M *** findings were validated by in vivo *** research underscores differences in the cellular dynamics of microglia and macrophages following spinal cord injury,and may offer new perspectives on inflammatory mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.

风电齿轮箱在随机风载的作用下产生疲劳损伤,导致系统可靠性的降低。针对风电齿轮箱系统可靠性实时评估的问题,以2 MW风电齿轮箱为研究对象,建立了齿轮箱传动系统动力学模型,统计动力学响应下各零件的疲劳应力,生成疲劳载荷谱。结合非线性疲劳损伤累积理论和核密度估计法,建立了考虑强度退化的应力-强度干涉模型,计算各零件失效模式的动态可靠度。进一步利用Copula函数构建了系统可靠性模型,分析零件的共因失效对齿轮箱系统可靠性退化的影响。结果表明:运行过程中齿轮箱的行星轮系和中速轴轴承的可靠度下降较快,其余零件的可靠度也呈下降趋势,说明服役初期的疲劳失效主要集中在行星轮系和中速轴轴承,其他零件在服役后期也会失效。齿轮箱的系统可靠度经过20年寿命周期预计降至约0.588,结合零件的可靠度可实现风电齿轮箱的故障预警。

Network embedding which aims to embed a given network into a low-dimensional vector space has been proved effective in various network analysis and mining tasks such as node classification,link prediction and network *** emerging network embedding methods have shifted of emphasis in utilizing mature deep learning *** neural-network based network embedding has become a mainstream solution because of its high eficiency and capability of preserv-ing the nonlinear characteristics of the *** this paper,we propose Adversarial Network Embedding using Structural Similarity(ANESS),a novel,versatile,low-complexity GAN-based network embedding model which utilizes the inherent vertex-to-vertex structural similarity attribute of the *** learns robustness and ffective vertex embeddings via a adversarial training ***,our method aims to exploit the strengths of generative adversarial networks in generating high-quality samples and utilize the structural similarity identity of vertexes to learn the latent representations of a ***,ANESS can dynamically update the strategy of generating samples during each training *** extensive experiments have been conducted on the several benchmark network datasets,and empirical results demon-strate that ANESS significantly outperforms other state-of-theart network embedding methods.

In this paper, we study the irrotational subsonic and subsonic-sonic fows with general conservative forces in the exterior domains. The conservative forces indicate the new Bernoulli law naturally. For the subsonic case, we introduce a modified cut-off system depending on the conservative forces which needs the varied Bers skill, and construct the solution by the new variational formula. Moreover, comparing with previous results, our result extends the pressure-density relation to the general case. Afterwards we obtain the subsonic-sonic limit solution by taking the extract subsonic solutions as the approximate sequences.

Emerging contaminants (ECs) are widely present in aquatic environments, posing potential risks to both ecosystems and human health. Theultrasound-assisted persulfate oxidation process has attracted considerable attention in the degradation of ECs due to its ability to generate bothsulfate radicals and cavitation effects, enhancing degradation effects. In this paper, the principle of ultrasonic synergistic Fenton-like oxidationsystem for degrading organic pollutants was reviewed, divided into homogeneous system, non-homogeneous system, and single-atom system toexplore the synergistic effect of ultrasound-enhanced persulfate technology in three aspects, and the effects of environmental factors such asultrasonic frequency and power, system pH, temperature, and initial oxidant concentration on the system's decontamination performance werediscussed. Finally, future research on ultrasonically activated persulfate technology is summarized and prospected.

Accurate self-motion perception,which is critical for organisms to survive,is a process involving multiple sensory *** two most powerful cues are visual(optic flow)and vestibular(inertial motion).Psychophysical studies have indicated that humans and nonhuman primates integrate the two cues to improve the estimation of self-motion direction,often in a statistically Bayesian-optimal *** the last decade,single-unit recordings in awake,behaving animals have provided valuable neurophysiological data with a high spatial and temporal resolution,giving insight into possible neural mechanisms underlying multisensory self-motion ***,we review these findings,along with new evidence from the most recent studies focusing on the temporal dynamics of signals in different *** show that,in light of new data,conventional thoughts about the cortical mechanisms underlying visuo-vestibular integration for linear self-motion are *** propose that different temporal component signals may mediate different functions,a possibility that requires future studies.

Hybrid particle swarm optimization for multiobjective resource allocation

Resource allocation （RA） is the problem of allocating resources among various artifacts or business units to meet one or more expected goals, such a.s maximizing the profits, minimizing the costs, or achieving the best qualities. A complex multiobjective RA is addressed, and a multiobjective mathematical model is used to find solutions efficiently. Then, all improved particie swarm algorithm （mO_PSO） is proposed combined with a new particle diversity controller policies and dissipation operation. Meanwhile, a modified Pareto methods used in PSO to deal with multiobjectives optimization is presented. The effectiveness of the provided algorithm is validated by its application to some illustrative example dealing with multiobjective RA problems and with the comparative experiment with other algorithm.
