Continental coverage and year-round operation of the weather radar networks provide an unprecedented opportunity for studying large-scale airborne migration. The broad and local-scale airborne information collected by these infrastructures can answer many ecological questions. However, extracting and interpreting the biological information from such massive weather radar data remains an intractable problem. Recently, many big-data problems have been solved using the deep learning technology. In this study, the biological information in the weather radar data is identified using the advanced deep learning method. The proposed method consists of two main parts, i.e., a rendering and casting procedure and an image segmentation procedure based on a convolutional neural network. The biological data are automatically extracted by rendering and mapping, image segmentation, and result masking. By analyzing the typical radar data from single and multiple stations, we partly reveal the intensity and speed of the migration pattern. We present the first feasibility study of the extraction of local and large-scale biological phenomena from the Chinese weather radar network data.

Privacy protection is the key to maintaining the Internet of Things(IoT)communication *** is an important way to achieve covert communication that protects user data *** technology is the key to checking steganography security,and its ultimate goal is to extract embedded *** methods cannot extract under known cover *** this end,this paper proposes a method of extracting embedded messages under known cover ***,the syndrome-trellis encoding process is ***,a decoding path in the syndrome trellis is obtained by using the stego sequence and a certain parity-check matrix,while the embedding process is simulated using the cover sequence and parity-check *** the decoding path obtained by the stego sequence and the correct parity-check matrix is optimal and has the least distortion,comparing the path consistency can quickly filter the coding parameters to determine the correct matrices,and embedded messages can be extracted *** proposed method does not need to embed all possible messages for the second time,improving coding parameter recognition *** experimental results show that the proposed method can identify syndrome-trellis coding parameters in stego images embedded by adaptive steganography quickly to realize embedded message extraction.

AIM: To construct functional human full-thickness corneal ***: Acellular porcine corneal matrix(APCM) was developed from porcine cornea by decellulariztion. The biomechanical properties of anterior-APCM(AAPCM) and posterior-APCM(PAPCM) were checked using uniaxial tensile testing. Human corneal cells were obtained by cell culture. Suspending ring was designed by deformation of an acupuncture needle. MTT cytotoxicity assay was used to check the cytotoxicity of suspending ring soaking solutions. A new three-dimensional organ culture system was established by combination of suspending ring, 48-well plate and medium together. A human full-thickness corneal substitute was constructed from human corneal cells with AAPCM in an organ coculture system. Biochemical marker expression of the construct was measured by immunofluorescent staining and morphological structures were observed using scanning electron microscopy. Pump function and biophysical properties were examined by penetrating keratoplasty and follow-up clinical ***: There were no cells in the AAPCM or PAPCM, whereas collagen fibers, Bowman's membrane, and Descemet's membrane were retained. The biomechanical property of AAPCM was better than PAPCM. Human corneal cells grew better on the AAPCM than on the *** was no cytotoxicity for the suspending ring soaking solutions. For the constructed full-depth human corneal replacements keratocytes scattered uniformly throughout the AAPCM and expressed vimentin. The epithelial layer was located on the surface of Bowman's membrane and composed of three or four layers of epithelial cells expressing cytokeratin 3. One layer of endothelial cells covered the stromal surface of AAPCM, expressed Na+/K+ATPase and formed the endothelial layer. The construct was similar to normal human corneas, with many microvilli on the epithelial cell surface, stromal cells with a long shuttle shape, and zonula occludens on the interface of endothelial cells

With global climate change, soil drying-rewetting(DRW) events have intensified and occurred frequently on the Loess Plateau of China. However, the extent to which the DRW cycles with different wetting intensities and cycle numbers alter microbial community and respiration is barely understood. Here,indoor DRW one and four cycles treatments were implemented on soil samples obtained from the Loess Plateau, involving increase of soil moisture from10% water-holding capacity(WHC) to 60% and 90% WHC(i.e., 10%–60% and 10%–90% WHC, respectively). Constant soil moistures of 10%, 60%,and 90% WHC were used as the controls. The results showed that bacterial diversity and richness decreased and those of fungi remained unchanged under DRW treatments compared to the controls. Under all moisture levels, Actinobacteriota and Ascomycota were the most dominant bacterial and fungal phyla,respectively. The bacterial network was more complex than that of fungi, indicating that bacteria had a greater potential for interaction and niche sharing under DRW treatments. The pulse of respiration rate declined as the DRW cycle increased under 10%–60% WHC, but remained similar for different cycles under 10%–90% WHC. Moreover, the DRW treatments reduced the overall carbon loss, and the direct carbon release under 10%–60% WHC was larger than that under 10%–90% WHC. The cumulative CO_(2) emissions after four DRW cycles were significantly positively correlated with microbial biomass carbon and negatively correlated with fungal richness(Chao 1).
