Development cost prediction of general aviation aircraft projects with parametric modeling

The study of the development cost of general aviation aircraft is limited by small samples with many cost-driven factors. This paper investigates a parametric modeling method for prediction of the development cost of general aviation aircraft. The proposed technique depends on some principal components, acquired by utilizing P value analysis and gray correlation analysis. According to these principal components, the corresponding linear regression and BP neural network models are established respectively. The feasibility and accuracy of the P value analysis are verified by comparing results of model fitting and prediction. A sensitivity analysis related to model precision and suitability is discussed in detail. Results obtained in this study show that the proposed method not only has a certain degree of versatility, but also provides a preliminary prediction of the development cost of general aviation aircraft.

Posterior capsule opacification(PCO)remains the predominant complication following cataract surgery,significantly impairing visual function *** this study,we developed a PCO model that closely mimics the anatomical structure of the crystalline lens capsule *** model incorporated a threaded structure for accurate positioning and observation,allowing for opening and *** 3D printing technology,a stable external support system was created using resin material consisting of a rigid,hollow base and *** replicate the lens capsule structure,a thin hydrogel coating was applied to the resin *** biocompatibility and impact on cellular functionality of various hydrogel compositions were assessed through an array of staining techniques,including calcein-AM/PI staining,rhodamine staining,BODIPY-C11 staining and EdU staining in conjunction with transwell ***,the PCO model was utilized to investigate the effects of eight drugs with anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative properties,including 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide(AICAR),THZ1,sorbinil,4-octyl itaconate(4-OI),xanthohumol,zebularine,rapamycin and caffeic acid phenethyl ester,on human lens epithelial cells(HLECs).Confocal microscopy facilitated comprehensive imaging of the PCO *** results demonstrated that the GelMA 605%þPLMA 2%composite hydrogel exhibited superior biocompatibility and minimal lipid peroxidation levels among the tested ***,compared to using hydrogel as the material for 3D printing the entire model,applying surface hydrogel spin coating with parameters of 2000 rpm�2 on the resin-based 3D printed base yielded a more uniform cell distribution and reduced ***,rapamycin,4-OI and AICAR demonstrated potent antiproliferative effects in the drug intervention *** microscopy imaging revealed a uniform distribution of HLECs along the anatomical structure of the crystalline lens capsule with

From the viewpoint of service level agreements, the transmission accuracy rate is one of critical performance indicators to assess internet quality for system managers and customers. Under the assumption that each arc＇s capacity is deterministic, the quickest path problem is to find a path sending a specific of data such that the transmission time is minimized. However, in many real-life networks such as computer networks, each arc has stochastic capacity, lead time and accuracy rate. Such a network is named a multi-state computer network. Under both assured accuracy rate and time constraints, we extend the quickest path problem to compute the probability that d units of data can be sent through multiple minimal paths simultaneously. Such a probability named system reliability is a performance indicator to provide to managers for understanding the ability of system and improvement. An efficient algorithm is proposed to evaluate the system reliability in terms of the approach of minimal paths.

Disinfection by-products(DBPs)in water systems have attracted increasing attention due to their toxic *** of precursors(mainly natural organic matter(NOM))prior to the disinfection process has been recognized as the ideal strategy to control the DBP ***,biological activated carbon(BAC)process is a highly recommended and prevalent process for treatment of DBP precursors in advanced water *** paper first introduces the fundamental knowledge of BAC process,including the history,basic principles,typical process flow,and basic operational ***,the selection of BAC process for treatment of DBP precursors is explained in detail based on the comparative analysis of dominant water treatment technologies from the aspects of mechanisms for NOM removal as well as the treatability of different groups of DBP ***,a thorough overview is presented to summarize the recent developments and breakthroughs in the removal of DBP precursors using BAC process,and the contents involved include effect of pre-BAC ozonation,removal performance of various DBP precursors,toxicity risk reduction,fractional analysis of NOM,effect of empty bed contact time(EBCT)and engineered ***,some recommendations are made to strengthen current research and address the knowledge gaps,including the issues of microbial mechanisms,toxicity evaluation,degradation kinetics and microbial products.

To our knowledge, stercoral perforation of the colon is rarely seen with fewer than 90 cases reported in the literature till date. We explored the principles of management to prevent impending mortality in five patients with this condition. Five patients, two males and three females, whose median age was 64 years, had sustained stercoral perforation of the sigmoid colon. Chronic constipation was the common symptom among these patients. Three patients underwent a Hartmann＇s procedure and another two were treated with segmental colectomy with anastomosis and diverting colostomy. There was one surgical mortality and the other patients had an uneventful hospital stay. Timely intervention to prevent and/or treat any associated sepsis along with extensive peritoneal lavage and surgical intervention to remove diseased colonic tissue at the primary stercoral ulceration site coupled with aggressive therapy for peritonitis are key treatment modalities in salvaging patients presenting with stercoral perforation of the colon.

Azoxy-, azo-and amino-aromatics are among the most widely used building blocks in materials science pharmaceuticals and synthetic chemistry, but their controllable and green synthesis has not yet been well established. Herein, a facile potential-tuned electrosynthesis of azoxy-, azo-and amino-aromatics via aqueous selective reduction of nitroarene feedstocks over a CoP nanosheet cathode is developed. A series of azoxy-, azo-and amino-compounds with excellent selectivity, good functional group tolerance and high yields are produced by applying different bias input. The synthetically significant and challenging asymmetric azoxy-aromatics can be controllably synthesized in moderate to good yields. The use of water as the hydrogen source makes this strategy remarkably fascinating and promising. In addition, deuterated aromatic amines with a high deuterium content can be readily obtained by using D2O. By pairing with anodic oxidation of aliphatic amines to nitriles, synthetically useful building blocks can be simultaneously produced in a CoP||Ni2P two-electrode electrolyzer. Only 1.25 V is required to achieve a current density of 20 mA cm-2, which is much lower than that of overall water splitting(1.70 V). The paired oxidation and reduction reactions can also be driven using a 1.5 V battery to synthesize nitrile and azoxybenzene with good yields and selectivity, further emphasizing the flexibility and controllability of our method. This work paves the way for a promising approach to the green synthesis of valuable chemicals through potential-controlled electrosynthesis.

Compared with the traditional liquid–liquid extraction method,solid-phase extraction agents are of great significance for the recovery of indium metal due to their convenience,free of organic solvents,and fully exposed *** this study,P_(2)O_(4)(di-2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid)was chemically modified by using UiO-66 to form the solid-phase extraction agent P_(2)O_(4)-UiO-66-MOFs(di-2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid-UiO-66-metal-organic frameworks)to adsorb In(Ⅲ).The results show that the Zr of UiO-66 bonds with the P-OH of P_(2)O_(4) to form a composite P_(2)O_(4)-UiO-66-MOF,which was confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The adsorption process of indium on P_(2)O_(4)-UiO-66-MOFs followed pseudo first-order kinetics,and the adsorption isotherms fit the Langmuir adsorption isotherm *** adsorption capabilities can reach 192.8 mg/*** five consecutive cycles of adsorption-desorption-regeneration,the indium adsorption capacity by P_(2)O_(4)-UiO-66-MOFs remained above 99%.The adsorption mechanism analysis showed that the P=O and P-OH of P_(2)O_(4) molecules coated on the surface of P_(2)O_(4)-UiO-66-MOFs participated in the adsorption reaction of *** this paper,the extractant P_(2)O_(4) was modified into solid P_(2)O_(4)-UiO-66-MOFs for the first *** work provides a new idea for the development of solid-phase extractants for the recovery of indium.
