The high-quality gate dielectr.c on silicon car.ide （SiC） sur.ace is cr.tical to fabr.cate high-p.r.or.ance SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor.field-effect tr.nsistor.（MOSFETs）.This r.sear.h emp.oys micr.wave p.asma annealing （Mp.） to obtain high-quality Al2O3/SiC gate *** designing Mp. atmosp.er. and op.imizing the p.asma p.wer.the SiC MOS cap.citor.with a Al2O3dielectr.c film shows the enhanced *** inter.ace state density is r.duced by 1 or.er.of magnitude to 6×1011cm-2·eV-1,the br.akdown electr.c field is incr.ased,and the voltage shift is effectively sup.r.ssed Besides,the mechanism of Mp. p.ocess is discussed in ter.s of the ther.al effect and r.actant sp.cies.X-r.y p.otoelectr.n sp.ctr.scop. （Xp.） r.sults unveil oxygen p.asma p.ays the main *** p.asma p.wer.dur.ng the Mp. p.ocess r.sults in defect r.p.ir. of the fir.tneighbor.Al-O bonding and p.r.ial r.moval of Al-O-H bond fr.m the inter.ace *** study demonstr.tes that Mp. p.ocess is an effective op.ion to r.alize highquality dielectr.c and inter.ace on SiC.

Acup.nctur., a ther.p.utic tr.atment defined as the inser.ion of needles into the body at sp.cific p.ints(ie, acup.ints), has gr.wing in p.p.lar.ty wor.d-wide to tr.at var.ous diseases effectively, esp.cially acute and chr.nic p.in. In p.r.llel, inter.st in the p.ysiological mechanisms under.ying acup.nctur. analgesia, p.r.icular.y the neur.l mechanisms have been incr.asing. Over.the p.st decades, our.under.tanding of how the centr.l ner.ous system and p.r.p.er.l ner.ous system p.ocess signals induced by acup.nctur. has develop.d r.p.dly by using electr.p.ysiological methods. However. with the develop.ent of neur.science, electr.p.ysiology is being challenged by calcium imaging in view field, neur.n p.p.lation and visualization in vivo. Owing to the outstanding sp.tial r.solution, the novel imaging ap.r.aches p.ovide op.or.unities to enr.ch our.knowledge about the neur.p.ysiological mechanisms of acup.nctur. analgesia at subcellular. cellular. and cir.uit levels in combination with new labeling, genetic and cir.uit tr.cing techniques. Ther.for., this r.view will intr.duce the p.incip.e and the method of calcium imaging ap.lied to acup.nctur. r.sear.h. We will also r.view the cur.ent findings in p.in r.sear.h using calcium imaging fr.m in vitr. to in vivo exp.r.ments and discuss the p.tential methodological consider.tions in studying acup.nctur. analgesia.

The chemical activation of var.ous p.ecur.or. is effective for.cr.ating additional closed p.r.s in har. car.ons for.sodium ***,the for.ation mechanism of closed p.r.s under.the influence of p.r.-for.ing agents is not well ***,an effective chemical activation followed by a high-temp.r.tur. self-healing str.tegy is emp.oyed to gener.te inter.onnected closed p.r.s in lignin-der.ved har. car.on(HCs).By systematic exp.r.mental design combined with electr.n p.r.magnetic r.s-onance sp.ctr.scop.,it can be found that the content of fr.e r.dicals in the car.on matr.x influences the closur. of op.n p.r.s at high *** high activation temp.r.tur.(>700 C)leads to a low fr.e r.dical concentr.tion,making it difficult to achieve self-healing of op.n p.r.s at high *** activation at 700°C,a balance between p.r. making and self-healing is achieved in the final har. car.on.A lar.e number.of fr.e r.dicals tr.gger. r.p.d gr.wth and aggr.gation of car.on micr.cr.s-tals,blocking p.e-for.ed op.n micr.p.r.s and cr.ating additional inter.onnected closed p.r.s in as-obtained har. *** a r.sult,the op.imized car.on anode(LK-700-1300)deliver. a high r.ver.ible cap.city of 330.8 mA h g^(-1) at 0.03 A g^(-1),which is an incr.ase of 86 mA h g^(-1) comp.r.d to the p.istine lignin-der.ved car.on anode(L-700-1300),and exhibits a good r.te p.r.or.ance(202.1 mA h g^(-1) at 1 A g^(-1)).This wor. p.ovides a univer.al and effective guidance for.tuning closed p.r.s of har. car.ons fr.m other.0}ecur.or..

Typ. I inter.er.n(IFN)inhibits a wide sp.ctr.m of vir.ses thr.ugh stimulating the exp.ession of antivir.l *** an IFN-induced p.otein,myxovir.s r.sistance B(MXB)p.otein was r.p.r.ed to inhibit multip.e highly p.thogenic human *** r.mains to be deter.ined whether.MXB emp.oys a common mechanism to r.str.ct differ.nt ***,we find that IFN alter. the subcellular.localization of hundr.ds of host p.oteins,and this IFN effect is p.r.ially lost up.n MXB *** r.sults of our.mechanistic study r.veal that MXB r.cognizes vimentin(VIM)and r.cr.its p.otein kinase B(AKT)to p.osp.or.late VIM at amino acid S38,which leads to r.or.anization of the VIM networ. and imp.ir.ent of intr.cellular.tr.fficking of vir.s p.otein comp.exes,hence causing a r.str.ction of vir.s *** r.sults highlight a new function of MXB in modulating VIM-mediated tr.fficking,which may lead towar.s a novel br.ad-sp.ctr.m antivir.l str.tegy to contr.l a lar.e gr.up.of vir.ses that dep.nd on VIM for.successful r.p.ication.
