Since the reform and opening-up policy of 1978,China has established the double-track inventory system of rural heritage preservation to cope with the impact of rapid urbanisation on rural *** paper analyses the evolution in the concept of policy making from the Historical and Cultural Villages system to the Traditional Villages *** argues that the mass recognition of Traditional Villages in China since 2012 indicates that the understandings of rural heritage have evolved from the distinguished to the diverse,the tangible only to the intangible included,and the material-based to the *** the rural revitalisation policy,the role of Traditional Villages in social development will be further explored and promoted as‘means of improvement’,looking for the balance between protection and development of rural heritage in the urban-rural dual structure.

A fast calculation strategy of density function in ISAF reconstruction algorithm

The ISAF reconstruction algorithm is a new method for reconstructing icosahedral molecules from their projections. This algorithm works in spherical coordinate system and can achieve higher resolution than the traditional Fourier-Bessel algorithm in cylindrical coordinate system; however this method needs huge computations, which limits its application in reality. The main bottleneck lies in the calculation of density function as it occupies 90% running time of the whole algorithm. A fast calculation strategy of density function is proposed to solve this problem. This strategy is composed of three components: the fast calculation method of density function of mesh point in spherical coordinate system, the transformation method of density function of mesh point from spherical coordinate system to Cartesian coordinate system and the fast two-phase mapping method. The time complexity of calculating density function is decreased from O[(LM)8] to O[(LM)7] in our strategy. The experimental results on Psv-F simulated data indicate that the speed of calculating density function is increased almost two orders of magnitude and the speedup of the whole algorithm could reach 30 times. In addition, the speedup could go up with the increase in the number of images and the requirement of accuracy.

Proteomic analysis for detecting serum biomarkers related to smoking in humans

Background Smoking is the leading cause of death in the world. This study focused on the difference of the serum proteomic profiling between healthy smokers and nonsmokers in order to find smoking-specific serum biomarkers. Methods Pattern-based proteomic profiling of 100 serum samples （from 50 Chinese male smokers and 50 matched nonsmokers） was performed through magnetic bead fractionation coupled with matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry analysis （MALDI-TOF-MS） and resulting data were statistically analyzed by Ciphergen ProteinChip software 3.0.2. Results We found 72 serum peaks were significantly different between smokers and nonsmokers （P 〈0.05）. Marker peaks of mass-to-charge ratio （m/z） 3159.13, 7561.03 and 9407.32 were smoking-specific. Conclusion The preliminary data suggested that smoking-specific serum biomarkers could be detected in humans.

Since the atmospheric correction is a necessary preprocessing step of remote sensing image before detecting green tide, the introduced error directly affects the detection precision. Therefore, the detection method of green tide is presented from Landsat TM/ETM plus image which needs not the atmospheric correction. In order to achieve an automatic detection of green tide, a linear relationship（y =0.723 x＋0.504） between detection threshold y and subtraction x（x=λnir–λred） is found from the comparing Landsat TM/ETM plus image with the field *** this relationship, green tide patches can be detected automatically from Landsat TM/ETM plus *** there is brightness difference between different regions in an image, the image will be divided into a plurality of windows（sub-images） with a same size firstly, and then each window will be detected using an adaptive detection threshold determined according to the discovered linear relationship. It is found that big errors will appear in some windows, such as those covered by clouds seriously. To solve this problem, the moving step k of windows is proposed to be less than the window width n. Using this mechanism, most pixels will be detected[n/k]×[n/k] times except the boundary pixels, then every pixel will be assigned the final class（green tide or sea water） according to majority rule voting strategy. It can be seen from the experiments, the proposed detection method using multi-windows and their adaptive thresholds can detect green tide from Landsat TM/ETM plus image automatically. Meanwhile, it avoids the reliance on the accurate atmospheric correction.

The anodic oxidation of caffeic acid in the presence of acetylacetone or methyl acetoacetate in aqueous solution has been studied by cyclic voltammetry and controlled-potential electrolysis techniques. The result showed that caffeic acid was oxidized to the corresponding o -benzoquinone, which underwent further Michael-addition with acetylacetone or methyl acetoacetate to produce caffeic acid derivative 3,4-dihydroxy-6-(1-acetylacetone)-yl cinnamic acid 4a or 3,4-dihydroxy-6-(1-acetyl-methylacetate)-yl cinnamic acid 4b .

空间对接装置作为开展空间目标捕获的关键装备,不仅要解决航天器的捕获问题,还要能够缓冲碰撞能量,避免发生硬碰撞,减少对接的冲击等。针对空间捕获软对接问题,设计一种空间软对接仿生手腕,以陀螺机构的三维旋转模拟仿生手腕运动,通过可控阻尼吸振实现空间六维碰撞的缓冲和卸载;采用Kane方法建立一种星载抓捕机构耦合空间软对接仿生手腕的一体化动力学方程;在Matlab环境下进行碰撞数值仿真,验证了空间软对接仿生手腕缓冲和卸载空间六维碰撞的机理,并通过1000次数值仿真实验实现了扭簧/直线弹簧的刚度优化设计;最后,在ADAMS环境下对星载抓捕机构进行空间六维碰撞仿真,仿真结果表明所提出的空间对接仿生手腕可实现空间六维空间碰撞的缓冲与卸载,从而说明了空间软对接仿生手腕在空间软捕获中应用的有效性。

Calculations of narrow-band transimissities and the Planck mean absorption coefficients of real gases using line-by-line and statistical narrow-band models

Narrow-band transmissivities in the spectral range of 150 to 9300 cml and at a uniform resolution of 25 cm-1 were calculated using the statistical narrow-band （SNB） model with the band parameters of Soufiani and Taine, the more recent parameters of Andr6 and Vaillon, and the line-by-line （LBL） method along with the HITEMP-2010 spectroscopic database. Calculations of narrow-band transmissivity were conducted for gas columns of different lengths and containing different isothermal and non-isothermal CO2-H20-N2 mixtures at 1 atm. Narrow-band transmissivities calculated by the SNB model are in large relative error at many bands. The more recent SNB model parameters of Andr6 and Vaillon are more accurate than the earlier parameters of Soufiani and Taine. The Planck mean absorption coefficients of CO2, H20, CO, and CH4 in the temperature range of 300 to 2500K were calculated using the LBL method and different versions of the high resolution transmission （HITRAN） and high-temperature spectroscopic absorption parameters （HITEMP） spectroscopic databases. The SNB model was also used to calculate the Planck mean absorption coefficients of these four radiating gases. The LBL results of the Planck mean absorption coefficient were compared with the classical results of Tien and those from the SNB model.
