In order to accurately evaluate power system stability in a timely manner after faults,and further improve the feature extraction ability of the model,this paper presents an improved transient stability assessment(TSA)method of CNN+GRU.This comprises a convolutional neural network(CNN)and gated recurrent unit(GRU).CNN has the feature extraction capability for a micro short-term time sequence,while GRU can extract characteristics contained in a macro long-term time sequence.The two are integrated to comprehensively extract the high-order features that are contained in a transient process.To overcome the difficulty of sample misclassification,a multiple parallel(MP)CNN+GRU,with multiple CNN+GRU connected in parallel,is created.Additionally,an improved focal loss(FL)func-tion which can implement self-adaptive adjustment according to the neural network training is introduced to guide model training.Finally,the proposed methods are verified on the IEEE 39 and 145-bus systems.The simulation results indicate that the proposed methods have better TSA performance than other existing methods.

Three strategies were proposed to prolong the service life of continuous fiber-reinforced silicon carbide ceramic matrix composite(CMC-SiC),which served as thermal-structure components of aeroengine at thermo-mechanical-oxygenic coupling environment.As for some thermal-structure components with low working stress,improving the degree of densification was crucial to prolong the service life,and the related process approaches were recited.If the thermal-structure components worked under moderate stress,the matrix cracking stress(σ^(mc))should be improved as far as possible.The fiber preform architecture,interface shear strength,residual thermal stress,and matrix strengthening were associated withσ_(mc)in this review.Introducing self-healing components was quite significant with the appearance of matrix microcracks when CMC-SiC worked at more severe environment for hundreds of hours.The damage can be sealed by glass phase originating from the reaction between self-healing components and oxygen.The effective self-healing temperature range of different self-healing components was first summarized and distinguished.The structure,composition,and preparation process of CMC-SiC should be systematically designed and optimized to achieve long duration target.

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a common progressive inflammatory disease whose incidence has increased rapidly in recent years,and can develop into colorectal cancer in severe cases.There are currently no adequate or effective treatments for UC due to the fact that some patients have found suboptimal results after repeated administration,while others have experienced adverse effects.With the rapid development of nanotechnology,developing innovative colon-targeting platforms is essential to improving efficacy,reducing side effects,and improving patient compliance.In this review,we summarize the pathophysiological characteristics of UC and the most recent status of numerous nanodrug delivery systems based on different targeting mechanisms in treating UC.Oral,intravenous,and rectal drug delivery nanoparticles targeting the colon are discussed,which can provide ideas for the design of colon-targeting nanoparticles for the treatment of colon diseases,especially for the treatment of UC.Last but not least,we provide a glimpse into the future of colon-targeted delivery systems,as well as future advancements in the field.

Objective:To screen the active components from Fuzheng Huayu Recipe(FZHY)and redesign a new recipe composed of the active components,and validate the effect of active components formulation from FZHY against liver fibrosis.Methods:Thirty-two components from FZHY were evaluated for their activities against liver fibrosis respectively,with 6 kinds of cell models in vitro,including oxidative stressed hepatocyte in L-02,hypoxia injured/proliferative hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells in SK-HEP-1 and human hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells(HHSEC),and activated hepatic stellate cell in LX-2.The comprehensive activity of each component against liver fibrosis was scored according to the role of original herbs in FZHY and cell functions in fibrogenesis.Totally 7 active components were selected and combined with equal proportion to form a novel active components formulation(ACF).The efficacy of ACF on liver fibrosis were evaluated on activation of LX-2 and proliferation of HHSEC in vitro and in liver fibrosis model mice induced by dimethylnitrosamine(DMN).Totally 72 mice were divided into6 groups using a random number table,including normal,high-dose ACF control(20μmol/L×7 components/kg body weight),model,low-,medium-,high-dose ACF groups(5,10,20μmol/L×7 components/kg body weight,respectively).Hematoxylin eosin and Sirius red stainings were used to observe inflammation and fibrosis change of liver tissue;scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were utilized to observe the effect of ACF on ultrastructure of hepatic sinusoids.Results:Fifteen components from FZHY showed higher scores for their activity on against liver fibrosis.Among them,7 components including tanshinoneⅡA,salvianolic acid B,cordycepin,amygdalin,quercetin,protopanaxatriol,and schizandrin B were recombined with equal proportions to form ACF.ACF at 1,2,4μmol/L showed strong inhibitory effects on activation of LX-2 and proliferation of HHSEC in vitro(all P<0.01).Compared with the model group,ACF attenuated liver collagen d

Seasonal infl uenza,which is transmitted by droplets and direct contact,is a global public health issue that causes an average of 2.5 excess infl uenza-like illness(ILI)consultations per 1,000 person-years in China.[1]Nonpharmaceutical interventions(NPIs)against droplet and direct contact transmission,including social distancing measures and personal protective measures,are recommended to reduce the spread of disease.Social distancing measures comprised isolating ill persons,quarantining exposed persons,school and workplace closures,and avoiding crowds.Personal protective measures included hygiene,respiratory etiquette,and face masks.[2]In December 2019,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)started to spread,and China introduced NPIs to address the pandemic in January 2020.These NPIs could also help reduce the spread of other respiratory diseases,such as seasonal influenza.[3]In the second half of 2020,the COVID-19 pandemic was gradually brought under control.Production,transport,and schools were returning to normal,while citizens were still required to wear masks in public.Cases of influenza also reappeared.This study compared the ILI percentage(ILI%),laboratory(LAB)-positive rate,incidence rate,and effective reproductive number(Rt)of infl uenzas from 2019 to 2022 to clarify the change in seasonal infl uenza spread after the COVID-19 outbreak.

Natural products are one of the important sources for the discovery of new drugs.Betulinic acid(BA),a pentacyclic triterpenoid widely distributed in the plant kingdom,exhibits powerful biological effects,including antitumor activity against various types of cancer cells.A considerable number of BA derivatives have been designed and prepared to remove their disadvantages,such as poor water solubility and low bioavailability.This review summarizes the current studies of the structural diversity of antitumor BA derivatives within the last five years,which provides prospects for further research on the structural modification of betulinic acid.

BACKGROUND:Many controversies still exist regarding ventilator parameters during cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).This study aimed to investigate the CPR ventilation strategies currently being used among physicians in Chinese tertiary hospitals.METHODS:A survey was conducted among the cardiac arrest team physicians of 500 tertiary hospitals in China in August,2018.Surveyed data included physician and hospital information,and preferred ventilation strategy during CPR.RESULTS:A total of 438(88%)hospitals completed the survey,including hospitals from all 31 Chinese mainland provinces.About 41.1%of respondents chose delayed or no ventilation during CPR,with delayed ventilations all starting within 12 minutes.Of all the respondents who provided ventilation,83.0%chose to strictly follow the 30:2 strategy,while 17.0%chose ventilations concurrently with uninterrupted compressions.Only 38.3%respondents chose to intubate after initiating CPR,while 61.7%chose to intubate immediately when resuscitation began.During bagvalve-mask ventilation,only 51.4%of respondents delivered a frequency of 10 breaths per minute.In terms of ventilator settings,the majority of respondents chose volume control(VC)mode(75.2%),tidal volume of 6–7 mL/kg(72.1%),PEEP of 0–5 cmH2O(69.9%),and an FiO2 of 100%(66.9%).However,62.0%of respondents had mistriggers after setting the ventilator,and 51.8%had high pressure alarms.CONCLUSION:There is a great amount of variability in CPR ventilation strategies among cardiac arrest team physicians in Chinese tertiary hospitals.Guidelines are needed with specific recommendations on ventilation during CPR.

In this work,we study the entropic uncertainty and quantum discord in two double-quantum-dot(DQD)system coupled via a transmission line resonator(TLR).Explicitly,the dynamics of the systemic quantum correlation and measured uncertainty are analysed with respect to a general Xtype state as the initial state.Interestingly,it is found that the different parameters,including the eigenvalueαof the coherent state,detuning amountδ,frequencyωand the coupling constant g,have subtle effects on the dynamics of the entropic uncertainty,such as the oscillation period of the uncertainty.It is clear to reveal that the quantum discord and the lower bound of the entropic uncertainty are anti-correlated when the initial state of the system is the Werner-type state,while quantum discord and the lower bound of the entropic uncertainty are not anti-correlated when the initial state of the system is the Bell-diagonal state.Thereby,we claim that the current investigation would provide an insight into the entropic uncertainty and quantum correlation in DQDs system,and are basically of importance to quantum precision measurement in practical quantum information processing.

Objective：In the upcoming era of precision medicine,searching for the early,noninvasive biomarkers has been the cornerstone and major challenge in the management of chronic kidney disease （CKD）.Urine contains rich biological information which could be the ideal source for noninvasive biomarkers of CKD.This review will discuss the recent advance in urinary biomarker.Data Sources：This review was based on data in articles published in the PubMed databases up to June 20,2017,with the following keywords：＂Chronic kidney disease＂,＂Biomarker＂,and ＂Urine＂.Study Selection：Original articles and important reviews on urinary biomarker were selected for this review.Results：Urinary biomarker studies of CKD mainly focused on urine sediment,supernatant,and urinary extracellular vesicles.The gene transcript （microRNA [miRNA],messenger RNA [mRNA]） biomarkers have been recently shown with diagnostic potential for CKD reflecting kidney function and histological change.However,challenges regarding technique and data analysis need to be resolved before translation to clinic.Conclusions：Different fractions of urine contain rich information for biomarker discovery,among which urine （extracellular vesicles） mRNA,miRNA,might represent promising biomarker for CKD.
