In reference to the status quo of research and the application of the agricultural expert system, this paper analyzes problems existing in the current development, and puts forward the idea of research and development for agriculturespecific software. The agent application is discussed, and an agent-based Agricultural Expert System Inspection Tool is constructed. In addition, this paper addresses the outlook in application, potential problems and the development trend of multi-agent-based inspection software for the agricultural expert system.

Objective： To observe the effects of lead on levels ofphosphorylated extracellular signal regulated kinase （p-ERK） in the cytoplasm of primary cultures of rat astroglial cells and the possible protective effect of basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） on lead-induced effects. Methods： The primary astroglia cells from 1-6 d old Wistar rats were cultured. The cells pretreated with the MEK1 （mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 1） inhibitor PD98059 and bFGF, respectively, were exposed to Pb acetate of different concentrations for different times. Western blotting and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） methods were used to detect the protein and mRNA expressions of ERK. Results： mRNA expression for ERK peaked 15 min after initiation of lead exposure （P〈0.05） and protein expression of p-ERK peaked at 30 min （P〈0.05）. ERK mRNA levels and p-ERK protein levels returned to baseline after 60 and 120 min of lead exposure, respectively （P〉0.05）. The increase in p-ERK levels in lead-treated cells could be inhibited by PD098059. Activation of ERK in the cells by lead was prevented by pretreatment with bFGF. Total ERK protein levels did not change under the same experimental conditions （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Low-level lead exposure resulted in transient activation of ERK through the MEK pathway, which then returned to basal levels in the continued presence of lead. Exogenous bFGF protected ERK signaling components in astroglia from lead poisoning.

With telescope apertures becoming larger and larger,the deployment of large-field telescopes is becoming increasingly ***,optical path calibration is necessary to ensure the image quality of large-field and large-diameter *** particular,focal plane attitude calibration is an essential optical path calibration technique that has a direct impact on image *** this paper,a focal plane attitude detection method using eight acquisition cameras is proposed based on the calibration requirements of the wide-field telescope,LAMOST(Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope).Comparison of simulation and experimental results shows that the detection accuracy of the proposed method can reach 30 *** additional testing and verification,this method could be used to facilitate regular focal plane attitude calibration for LAMOST as well as other large-field telescopes.

Telescopes with large aspherical primary mirrors collect more light and are therefore sought after by astronomers. Instead of using a single large one-piece mirror, smaller segments can be assembled into a useable telescopic primary. Because the segments must fit together to create the effect of a single mirror, segmented optics present unique challenges to the fabrication and testing that are absent in monolithic optics. A dispersed fringe sensor （DFS） using a broadband point source is an efficient method for cophasing and is also highly automated and robust. Unlike the widely adopted Shack- Hartmann Wavefront sensor and curvature wavefront sensor with edge sensors for calibration of relative pistons, DFS can estimate the piston between segments by only using the spectrum formed by the transmissive grating＇s dispersion, and therefore can replace the edge sensors, which are difficult to calibrate. We introduce the theory of the DFS and Dispersed Hartmann Sensor （DHS） for further utilization of the coarse phasing method of DFS. According to the theory, we bring out the preliminary system design of the cophasing experimental system based on DFS and DHS which is now established in our institute. Finally, a summary is reached.

Structural characteristics and mechanism of hydrogen-induced disproportionation of the ZrCo alloy

The intermetallic compound ZrCo was prepared, and its hydrogen-induced disproportionation in hydrogen desorption processes was investigated. The hydrogenation-dehydrogenation thermodynamics of the ZrCo alloy was evaluated by pressure-composition isotherm measurements at different temperatures. The kinetic processes of hydrogen-induced disproportionation at different temperatures under certain pressures were detailedly studied. The disproportionation rate of the ZrCo alloy increased with the increases of temperature and initial hy- drogen pressure under experimental conditions. However, the maximum attainable extent of disproportionation did not change much with an increase in temperature or initial hydrogen pressure. The crystallographic structure analysis of the ZrCo alloy combining with its corre- sponding dehydrogenation kinetic curves under the conditions of an initial hydrogen pressure of 0.2 MPa and a temperature of 723 K indi- cated that the basic process of disproportionation reactions was composed of four stages： rapid dehydrogenation of ZrCoH3, equilibrium of dehydrogenation, simultaneity of dehydrogenation and disproportionation, and completion of disproportionation.

Objective： To explore brain activations associated with electroacupuncture simulation at Tongli（HT 5） and its comparison with brain activations during picture-naming task. Methods： Twenty healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Half of them received electroacupuncture stimulation at HT 5（ACUP group） and the other half of them received stimulation at a nonmeridian sham acupoint（SHAM group）. All subjects performed picture-naming task. Each subject finished two runs of functional magnetic resonance imaging examinations in one session and picture-naming task was performed before electroacupuncture stimulation. Subjective brain activations were obtained using generalized linear model and inter-group analyses were performed after that. Results： The electroacupuncture stimulation at HT 5 induced significant brain activations in both the anterior and posterior language regions, including the left inferior frontal gyrus, which was in consistent with activations induced during picture-naming task. Group analysis showed a tendency of increased activation of ACUP group in left inferior frontal gyrus compared with SHAM group（P〈0.05 FDR corrected）. Conclusions： Electroacupuncture treatment at the acupoint HT 5 has modulation effect on typical language-implicated brain regions in healthy subjects, which provides supporting evidence for beneficial effects of needling at HT 5 for recovery of language function in aphasia.

Defocusing spot size detection is especially essential for aberration analysis and correction of optical systems. In the case of far defocusing, the celestial forms a pupil image on the detector, and the size of the image is linearly changed with the defocusing distance, and can be used to correct the optical system and analyze the image quality. Based on the focal plane attitude detection of Large Sky Area MultiObject Fiber Spectroscopy Telescope(LAMOST), this paper uses a variety of methods to detect the size of the defocusing spot of LAMOST telescope. For the particularity of the spot, the average value spacing algorithm, the peak value spacing algorithm, the ellipse fitting algorithm, and the multi-peak Gaussian fitting algorithm are used to detect the spot size. This paper will introduce these four methods, in which the average value spacing algorithm is proposed by the author of this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of the four methods are compared. The experimental results show that the average value spacing algorithm can achieve better accuracy of spot size detection in the four algorithms.

The separation-of-variable(SOV)methods,such as the improved SOV method,the variational SOV method,and the extended SOV method,have been proposed by the present authors and coworkers to obtain the closed-form analytical solutions for free vibration and eigenbuckling of rectangular plates and circular cylindrical *** taking the free vibration of rectangular thin plates as an example,this work presents the theoretical framework of the SOV methods in an instructive way,and the bisection–based solution procedures for a group of nonlinear eigenvalue ***,the explicit equations of nodal lines of the SOV methods are presented,and the relations of nodal line patterns and frequency orders are *** is concluded that the highly accurate SOV methods have the same accuracy for all frequencies,the mode shapes about repeated frequencies can also be precisely captured,and the SOV methods do not have the problem of missing roots as well.

Background： Tat-interacting protein 30 （TIP30） has been reported to be a tumor suppressor, with reduced or absent expression in various tumors. However, its role in bladder urothelial cancer （BUC） has not been investigated. Therefore, herein, we investigated the expression of T1P30 protein in BUC and normal bladder mucosa and the clinical significance of TIP30 expression in the prognosis of BUC. Methods： We reviewed data from 79 cases of BUC and 15 adjacent tissue samples from 79 patients treated at our institution between 2004 and 2007. TIP30 expression was examined by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between TIP30 expression and tumor stage, histological grade, and survival was analyzed. Differences between groups were evaluated using the t-test or matched-pairs test, and differences in the survival rates were analyzed with the log-rank test. Results： TIP30 protein expression was significantly reduced in BUC tissue （t = -6.91, P 〈 0.05） compared with normal tissue samples, and in invasive bladder cancer （t = 10.89, P 〈 0.05） compared with superficial bladder cancer. TIP30 protein expression differed significantly among different differentiated groups classified either according to the World Health Organization （2004, F = 17.48, P 〈 0.01） or World Health Organization （1973, F = 10.68, P 〈 0.01）. TIP30 protein expression was significantly reduced in high-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma compared with papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential （P 〈 0.05） and low-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma （P 〈 0.05）. Meanwhile, TIP30 protein expression was significantly reduced in Grade 111 BUC, compared with Grade I （P 〈 0.05） and Grade 11 （P 〈 0.05）. Patients with low T1P30 expression showed a higher incidence of disease progression than those with high TIP30 expression （t - 2.63, P 〈 0.05）. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed a strong positive relationship between TIP30 expression and overall survival （OS）（x^2 = 17.29, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： T
