Synthesis of ultrathin semicircle-shaped copper nanowires in ethanol solution for low haze flexible transparent conductors

Copper nanowires （CuNWs） are becoming an indispensable item for next- generation transparent optical devices due to their excellent conductivity and transparency. In this work, ultrathin semicircle-shaped copper nanowires （SCuNWs） with a diameter of - 15 nm and a length of - 30 μm （aspect ratio of -2,000） were synthesized in ethanol solution. The mechanism and factors that affect the morphology and dispersity of the SCuNWs were investigated. The prepared SCuNWs were coated on polyethylene terephthalate （PET） or polyd- imethylsiloxane （PDMS） substrate to fabricate flexible transparent conductors （FTCs）. The fabricated FTCs exhibited excellent optoelectrical performance and low haze. In addition, the fabricated FTCs showed high mechanical stability during stretching and bending, indicating their great potential in flexible optical devices.

There are rich oil and gas resources in Alberta oil sand mining area in *** the 1960s,the Canadian government decided to increase the mining ***,the exploitation will bring many adverse *** recent years,more people pay attention to the environmental protection and ecological restoration of mining area,such as issues related with changes of vegetated ***,the authors used the Landsat-5 TM and Landsat-8 OLI remote sensing images as the basic data sources,and obtained the land cover classification maps from 1995 to 2020 by *** on the NDVI,NDMI and RVI,three images in each period are processed and output to explore the long-term impact of *** results show that from 1995 to 2020,the proportion of vegetation around mining areas decreased sharply,the scale of construction land in the mining area increased,and the vegetated land was changed to land types such as tailings pond,oil sand mine and other land *** addition,three vegetation indexes decreased from 1995 to *** the exploitation of oil sand mining area brings great economic benefits,the environmental protection(especially vegetation)in oil sand mining areas should be paid more attention.

Based on the one-band tight-binding model,the angular dependence of interlayer exchange coupling was investigated on the nonmagnetic cap layers in a magnetic sandwich covered on both sides by nonmagnetic *** results show that(1)the appearance of noncollinear exchange coupling is very sensitive to the cap layers,(2)the nonoscillatory component of the coupling strength varies generally with the thickness of outer nonmagnetic films,and(3)the variation of exchange coupling exhibits distinct features in the cases where the thicknesses of both outer nonmagnetic films vary simultaneously and where the thickness of one of the two outer nonmagnetic films is fixed while the other is varied.

The tricyclic compound 1, a key intermediate of the pentacyclic core of Et 743 and its analogues, was synthesized. Its 11-epimer was found as the product of racemization when BOP was used as the coupling agent, but not when BOP-C1 used in the same reaction. The stereochemistry of both isomers was confirmed on basis of the 1H NMR and NOE-difference spectra.

Hybrid rice has contributed greatly to the self-sufficiency of food supply In China. To meet the future demand for rice production, a national program on super rice breeding was established In China In 1996. The corresponding targets, breeding strategies and most significant advances are reviewed In this paper. New plant type models have been modified to adjust to various rice growing regions. In recognition of the Importance of applying parents with Intermediate subspecies differentiation In Increasing F1 yield, medium type parental lines were selected from populations derived from Inter-subspecies crosses with the assistance of DNA markers for subspecies differentiation. Results also indicate that a substantial increase of blomass Is the basis for further enhancement of the grain yield potential, and amelioration of leaf characteristics Is helpful In Increasing the photosynthetic rate. Thirty-four super hybrid rice varieties have been released commercially, growing In a total area of 13.5 million hm2 and producing 6.7 thousand million kg more rice In 1998-2005. Although remarkable progress has been made In super hybrid rice breeding In China, selections on the root system and Integration of more blotechnologlcal tools remain a great challenge.

Background:The increased permeability of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) induced by ischemia/hypoxia is generally correlated with alteration of tight junctions (TJs). DL-3-n-butylphthalide (NBP) has been shown to exert neuroprotective effects after ischemic injury. However, few studies have assessed the correlation between NBP and TJs. This study aimed to investigate the potential effect of NBP on the TJ proteins claudin-5, zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1), and occludin during brain ischemia. Methods: A chronic cerebral hypoperfusion (CCH) Sprague-Dawley rat model was established, and NBP (20, 40, or 80 mg/kg, gavage, once a day) treatment was performed for 14 days. NBP (0.1 or 1.0μmol/L) pre-treatment was applied to an in vitro hypoxia microvascular endothelial cell model (1%〇2, 24 h). BBB permeability was assessed by performing the Evans blue assay. The expressions and localization of claudin-5, ZO-1, occludin, phosphorylated/total protein kinase B (p-Akt/Akt), phosphorylated/total glycogen synthase kinase 3p (GSK-3(3)/GSK-3p, and (3-catenin/p-actin were evaluated by Western blotting or immunofluorescence. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation was measured by flow cytometry analysis. TJ ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: In CCH rats, treatment with 40 and 80 mg/kg NBP decreased the Evans blue content in brain tissue (9.0 ± 0.9 (μg/g vs. 12.3 ± 1.9 (μg/g, P = 0.005;6.7 ± 0.6 μg/g vs. 12.3 ± 1.9μg/g, P 0.05). Localized intestine inflammation could induce short-term increases in colonic oxygenation and leads to increases in the aerobic bacteria population and reduction in the anaerobic bacteria population by changing the intestinal ***,the mechanisms involved and the associated functions of intestinal anaerobes in gut health still remain ***,we found that early-life depletion of gut microbiota exacerbated later colitis,while mid-life microbiota depletion showed partially reduced ***,we observed that early-life gut microbiota depletion confers susceptibility to ferroptosis in *** contrast,restitution of early-life microbiota conferred protection against colitis and inhibited ferroptosis triggered by gut microbiota ***,colonization with anaerobic microbiota from young mice suppressed *** results may attribute to high abundance of plasmalogen-positive(plasmalogen synthase[PlsA/R]-positive)anaerobes and plasmalogens(one of the common ether lipids)in young mice but reduced abundance in the development of inflammatory bowel ***-life anaerobic bacteria elimination also resulted in the aggravation of colitis,while this aggravation phenotype was reverted by plasmalogen ***,plasmalogens inhibited ferroptosis triggered by microbiota *** further find that the alkenyl-ether group of plasmalogens was critical to colitis prevention and ferroptosis *** data point to one of the mechanisms by which the gut microbiota controls susceptibility to colitis and ferroptosis early in life via microbial-derived ether lipids.
