利用分段式电阻串结构,基于CMOS工艺设计了一款12位3.4 MHz低功耗数模转换器(DAC)芯片。结合建立速度和静态性能的设计指标,确定“5+7”式分段结构,在保证建立速度的条件下考虑到电阻的失配性,实现良好的微分非线性(DNL)和积分非线性(INL)特性。后仿真结果表明,在3.4 MHz速度下,常温下DNL为0.14 LSB,INL为1 LSB,在-40~125℃下,DNL为0.6 LSB,INL为2 LSB,并且表现出-84 dB的总谐波失真(THD),以及在3 V电压下378μW的极低功耗,版图面积缩小到1.09 mm×0.91 mm。

Land use and cover change(LUCC)is the most direct manifestation of the interaction between anthropological activities and the natural environment on Earth's surface,with significant impacts on the environment and social *** economic development and climate change have resulted in significant changes in land use and *** Shiyang River Basin,located in the eastern part of the Hexi Corridor in China,has undergone significant climate change and LUCC over the past few *** this study,we used the random forest classification to obtain the land use and cover datasets of the Shiyang River Basin in 1991,1995,2000,2005,2010,2015,and 2020 based on Landsat *** validated the land use and cover data in 2015 from the random forest classification results(this study),the high-resolution dataset of annual global land cover from 2000 to 2015(AGLC-2000-2015),the global 30 m land cover classification with a fine classification system(GLC_FCS30),and the first Landsat-derived annual China Land Cover Dataset(CLCD)against ground-truth classification results to evaluate the accuracy of the classification results in this ***,we explored and compared the spatiotemporal patterns of LUCC in the upper,middle,and lower reaches of the Shiyang River Basin over the past 30 years,and employed the random forest importance ranking method to analyze the influencing factors of LUCC based on natural(evapotranspiration,precipitation,temperature,and surface soil moisture)and anthropogenic(nighttime light,gross domestic product(GDP),and population)*** results indicated that the random forest classification results for land use and cover in the Shiyang River Basin in 2015 outperformed the AGLC-2000-2015,GLC_FCS30,and CLCD datasets in both overall and partial ***,the classification results in this study exhibited a high level of agreement with the ground truth *** 1991 to 2020,the area of bare land exhibited a decreasing trend,with chan

In light of the limited efficacy of conventional methods for identifying pavement cracks and the absence of comprehensive depth and location data in two-dimensional photographs,this study presents an intelligent strategy for extracting road *** methodology involves the integration of laser point cloud data obtained from a vehicle-mounted system and a panoramic sequence of *** study employs a vehicle-mounted LiDAR measurement system to acquire laser point cloud and panoramic sequence image data simultaneously.A convolutional neural network is utilized to extract cracks from the panoramic sequence *** extracted sequence image is then aligned with the laser point cloud,enabling the assignment of RGB information to the vehicle-mounted three dimensional(3D)point cloud and location information to the two dimensional(2D)panoramic ***,a threshold value is set based on the crack elevation change to extract the aligned roadway point *** three-dimensional data pertaining to the cracks can be *** experimental findings demonstrate that the use of convolutional neural networks has yielded noteworthy outcomes in the extraction of road *** utilization of point cloud and image alignment techniques enables the extraction of precise location data pertaining to road *** approach exhibits superior accuracy when compared to conventional ***,it facilitates rapid and accurate identification and localization of road cracks,thereby playing a crucial role in ensuring road maintenance and traffic ***,this technique finds extensive application in the domains of intelligent transportation and urbanization *** technology exhibits significant promise for use in the domains of intelligent transportation and city development.

Food safety is a worldwide concern and is directly related to human ***,convenient,effective,and economical methods and technologies for food safety analysis have been developed *** molecularly imprinted polymers(MMIPs)have gained extensive attention in recent years,as they have high selectivity,high adsorption capacity,and are easy to isolate from food ***,advanced strategies for the synthesis of MMIPs have been proposed to solve problems of template leakage and non-specific adsorption,and to increase the biocompatibility,adsorption rate,as well as adsorption capacity of the imprinted *** this review,we focus on new attempts at modification of magnetic core and MMIPs’surfaces,and the selection of template,functional monomer,cross-linker as well as *** are summarized that used advanced MMIPs for the recognition and adsorption of pesticide residues,veterinary drug residues,mycotoxins,contaminants,and adulterations in foodstuffs over the last 5 ***,some still existing challenges and future prospects to further promote MMIPs properties are also discussed.

To the Editor:Copper is a crucial trace element in the body that plays a key role in metabolism and biological *** ions are found in two forms,Cu^(1+)and Cu^(2+),of which Cu^(1+)is the main form stored in *** studies have shown that intracellular copper accumulation can cause oxidative stress and disrupt cellular function.[1]Different from apoptosis,autophagy,pyroptosis,and ferroptosis,cuproptosis is a newly discovered type of cell death in 2022.[2]It is mediated by protein lipoylation with ferredoxin 1(FDX1)in *** most common pathological type of kidney cancer in adults is clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC),which accounts for 70-80%of all cases of renal cell carcinoma(RCC).[3]Currently,surgical resection is the preferred treatment for RCC,as radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and immunotherapy have shown limited effectiveness in treating ***,cuproptosis induction may offer a new approach for ccRCC treatment.

马拉糕的传统制作步骤复杂耗时,产量低且品质不稳定,而采用预拌粉制备马拉糕能有效缩短生产周期,稳定产品品质。本研究以常见马拉糕预拌粉配方为基础,重点探究了发酵时间(0~70 min)对面糊pH、体积增长量、气泡分布、黏度的影响,以及不同蒸制强度(5~25 mL/min)对成品中心温度、比容、含水量、质构、内部气孔分布及感官品质等指标的影响。结果表明,发酵阶段,随着发酵时间的延长,20%、25%和30%含水量的面糊黏度先升高再降低,达到黏度最大值的时间分别为60、40和30 min;20%和25%含水量面糊的pH降低和体积增加趋势无显著差异(P>0.05),30%含水量面糊的p H降低速率变缓,发酵70 min后的体积增量(70.4 mL)只达到前两者各自增量(123.9 mL)的57%。面糊内部气泡直径总体增加,但单位面积内气泡数目下降15%~20%,气泡表面占有率没有明显变化,25%含水量面糊气泡大小分布范围最广。蒸制阶段,蒸制强度10 mL/min下马拉糕比容最大,20 mL/min下水分含量最高;蒸制强度低于15 mL/min,硬度、弹性、咀嚼性、回复性显著增加(P0.05);20 mL/min蒸制强度下成品具有较好的弹性和咀嚼性,且内部气孔较为均匀。综合发酵速度和面糊黏度、成品感官评分和质构特性,并从节能角度考虑,25%含水量的马拉糕预拌粉面糊发酵40 min,采用20 mL/min的蒸制强度可获得品质较好的产品。

Bacterial cellulose(BC)is an exopolysaccharide with unique properties that has been applied in various ***,the dense and intertwined nature of BC fibers limits its use in certain applications,including 3D printing scaffolds for bone *** this work,a controllable BC-based bio-ink for 3D printing was successfully prepared by modifying the neat BC through maleic acid(MA)treatment,aiming to promote bone tissue *** achieve homogeneous BC dispersions while preserving its crystalline and chemical properties,BC was modified by MA solution(60%,w/V)with solid-liquid ratio from 1꞉5 to 1꞉50(w/V)to obtain MA-BC *** analysis results from microstructure,chemical group,crystallinity,and wettability indicated that the BC/MA solution with ratio of 1꞉30 demonstrated the best pre-treatment performance to obtain ***,by combining MA-BC with gelatin,we successfully formulated MA-BC-GEL gels with favorable rheological properties and compression modulus,which can be used as promising bio-inks for 3D bioprinting *** vitro tests demonstrated 1꞉30 MA-BC possessed excellent biocompatibility,a significant ability to express the alkaline phosphatase gene and osteogenic-related genes,and facilitated the formation of mineralized *** utilization of this novel bio-ink in scaffold preparation for bone regeneration highlights the promising application of modified BC in bone tissue engineering field.
