Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL),the most common subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma,is highly heterogeneous and invasive.Although the majority of DLBCL patients show a good response to rituximab plus cyclophosphamide,doxorubicin,vincristine,and prednisone treatment,approximately one-third of patients still have a poor prognosis.Many immune-targeted drugs,such as bispecific T-cell engagers and CAR T-cell therapy,have been proven effective for refractory and relapsed patients.This article reviews the progress of immune targeted therapy for DLBCL.

Flexible memory devices are promising for information storage and data processing applications in portable,wearable,and smart electronics operating under curved conditions.In this work,we realized high-performance flexible ferroelectric capacitors based on Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)(HZO)thin film by depositing a buffer layer of Al_(2)O_(3)on polyimide(PI)substrates using atomic layer deposition(ALD).The flexible ferroelectric HZO films exhibit high remnant polarization(Pr)of 21μC/cm^(2).Furthermore,deterioration of polarization,retention,and endurance performance was not observed even at a bending radius of 2 mm after 5,000 bending cycles.This work marks a critical step in the development of high-performance flexible HfO_(2)-based ferroelectric memories for next-generation wearable electronic devices.

Climate change significantly impacts human health, exacerbating existing health inequalities and creating new ones. This study addresses the lack of systematic review in this area by analyzing 2440 publications, focusing on four key terms: health, disparities, environmental factors, and climate change. Strict inclusion criteria limited the selection to English-language, peer-reviewed articles related to climate health hazards, ensuring the relevance and rigor of the synthesized studies. This process synthesized 65 relevant studies. Our investigation revealed that recent research, predominantly from developed countries, has broadened its scope beyond temperature-related impacts to encompass diverse climate hazards, including droughts, extreme weather, floods, mental health issues, and the intersecting effects of Coronavirus Disease 2019. Research has highlighted exposure as the most studied element in the causal chain of climate change-related health inequalities, followed by adaptive capability and inherent sensitivity. The most significant vulnerabilities were observed among populations with low socioeconomic status, ethnic minorities, and women. The study further reveals research biases and methodological limitations, such as the paucity of attention to underdeveloped regions, a narrow focus on non-temperature-related hazards, challenges in attributing climate change effects, and a deficit of large-scale empirical studies. The findings call for more innovative research approaches and a holistic integration of physical, socio-political, and economic dimensions to enrich climate-health discourse and inform equitable policy-making.

The Hf0.5Zr0.5O2(HZO)-based ferroelectric field-effect transistor(Fe FET) synapse is a promising candidate for at-scale deep neural network(DNN) applications, because of its high symmetry, great accuracy and fast operation speed. However, the degradation of the remanent polarization(Pr) over time caused by the depolarization field has not been effectively resolved, greatly affecting the accuracy of the trained DNN. In this study, we demonstrate a ferroelectric(FE)-resistive switching(RS) switchable synapse using the FE mode for high-speed weight training and the RS mode for stable weight storage to overcome accuracy degradation. The FE-RS hybrid characteristic is accomplished by an HZO-based metal-ferroelectricmetal(MFM) capacitor with asymmetric electrodes, and the best FE endurance, as well as the most reliable RS behavior, is demonstrated by testing several electrodes materials. High memory windows are achieved in both FE and RS modes. Through this design, excellent accuracy is maintained over time, as verified by network simulation.

在我国政治、制度和文化优势的合力推动下,传统府际对口支援发生了一场自我进化,形成了“组团式”对口支援新模式。“组团式”对口支援能够持续存在的原因是其拥有一套关系维持机制,包括“硬法授权”与“软法规约”相互包容下形成的稳定权力关系,“政绩共求”与“技艺共需”相互博弈下形成的稳定利益关系,“社会情感”与“个体情感”相互承诺下形成的稳定情感关系。面向未来,“组团式”对口支援需要吸纳社会力量、尝试市场介入、运用数智技术、坚持久久为功,但同时要注意与市民社会进行区分、规导资本趋利本性、防范智能异化风险,避免陷入帮扶依赖,最大程度挖掘“小组团”所潜藏的大能量。

In this work, a novel electrochemical sensor was proposed for hyperin determination. Pulse potential method(PPM) was presented to fabricate directly three dimensional graphene-multiwalled nanotubes(3 DG-MWCNTs) network on the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE) in graphite oxide-multi walled carbon nanotubes(GO-MWCNTs) dispersion. 3 DG-MWCNTs and GO-MWCNTs were characterized and morphology by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Raman spectra and electrochemical experiments. The 3 DG-MWCNTs was successfully applied in hyperin determination with satisfactory results. Systematic electrochemical tests confirmed the 3 DG-MWCNTs network modified electrode can effectively increase response to the oxidation of hyperin. Under the optimized conditions, the modified electrode showed a linear voltammetric response to hyperin at concentrations ranging from 5.0×10-9 ～ 1.5×10-6 mol L-1 with a low detection limit of 1.0 × 10-9 mol L-1. Moreover, the proposed method showed good performance in stability, sensitivity, selectivity and reproducibility for the determination of hyperin.

Hafnia-based ferroelectrics have greatly revived the field of ferroelectric memory(FeRAM),but certain reliability issues must be satisfactorily resolved before they can be widely applied in commercial memories.In particular,the imprint phenomenon severely jeopardizes the read-out reliability in hafnia-based ferroelectric capacitors,but its origin remains unclear,which hinders the development of its recovery schemes.In this work,we have systematically investigated the imprint mechanism in TiN/Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)(HZO)/TiN ferroelectric capacitors using experiments and first-principles calculations.It is shown that carrier injection-induced charged oxygen vacancies are at the heart of imprint in HZO,where other mechanisms such as domain pinning and dead layer are less important.An imprint model based on electron de-trapping from oxygen vacancy sites has been proposed that can satisfactorily explain several experimental facts such as the strong asymmetric imprint,leakage current variation,and so forth.Based on this model,an effective imprint recovery method has been proposed,which utilizes unipolar rather than bipolar voltage inputs.The remarkable recovery performances demonstrate the prospect of improved device reliability in hafnia-based FeRAM devices.
