The importance of transaction fees in maintaining blockchain security and sustainability has been confirmed by extensive research,although they are not mandatory in most current blockchain *** enhance blockchain in the long term,it is crucial to design effective transaction pricing *** from the existing schemes based on auctions with more consideration about the profit of miners,we resort to game theory and propose a correlated equilibrium based transaction pricing mechanism through solving a pricing game among users with transactions,which can achieve both the individual and global *** avoid the computational complexity exponentially increasing with the number of transactions,we further improve the game-theoretic solution with an approximate algorithm,which can derive almost the same results as the original one but costs significantly reduced *** also propose a truthful assessment model for pricing mechanism to collect the feedback of users regarding the price *** experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed mechanism.

High sensitive,accurate detection for tumor-associated overexpressed enzyme activity is highly significant for further understanding enzyme function,discovering potential drugs,and early diagnosis and prevention of *** this work,we developed a facile,direct and single-step detection platform for primary ovarian cancers related glycosidase activity based on the inner filter effect(IFE)between glycosidase catalytic product and black phosphorus quantum dots(BPQDs).Highly fluorescent BPQDs were successfully synthesized from bulk black phosphorus by a simple liquid exfoliation *** the catalysis ofβ-galactosidase,p-nitrophenyl-β-D-galactopyranoside(PNPG)was transformed into pnitrophenol(PNP)andβ-***,the absorption of catalytic product PNP greatly overlapped with the excitation and emission spectra of fluorescent BPQDs,leading to the fluorescence quenching of BPQDs with a high quenching *** proposed sensing strategy provided a low detection limit of 0.76 U/L,which was 1-2 orders of magnitude lower than most unmodified sensing platforms.D-Galactal was selected as the inhibitor forβ-galactosidase to further assess the feasibility of screening potential *** fluorescence recovery of BPQDs suggests that the unmodified sensing platform is feasible to discover potential drugs ofβ-*** work paves a general way in the detection of glycosidase activity with fluorescent BPQDs,which can be promising for glycosidase-related disease diagnosis and pathophysiology elucidation.

The oceans are the largest carbon pools on Earth, and play the role of a "buffer" in climate change. Blue carbon, the carbon(mainly organic carbon) captured by marine ecosystems, is one of the important mechanisms of marine carbon *** carbon was initially recognized only in the form of visible coastal plant carbon sequestration. In fact, microorganisms(phytoplankton, bacteria, archaea, viruses, and protozoa), which did not receive much attention in the past, account for more than 90% of the total marine biomass and are the main contributors to blue carbon. Chinese coastal seas, equivalent to 1/3 of China's total land area, have a huge carbon sink potential needing urgently research and development. In this paper, we focus on the processes and mechanisms of coastal ocean's carbon sequestration and the approaches for increasing that sequestration. We discuss the structures of coastal ecosystems, the processes of carbon cycle, and the mechanisms of carbon sequestration. Using the evolution of coastal ocean's carbon sinks in sedimentary records over geologic times, we also discuss the possible effects of natural processes and anthropogenic activities on marine carbon sinks. Finally, we discuss the prospect of using carbon sequestration engineering for increasing coastal ocean's carbon storage capacity.

Recent progress for high-precision positioning mainly focused on PPP-RTK,which is a precise point positioning(PPP) technique based on a realtime kinematic(RTK) ***-RTK is expected to become the mainstream positioning solution for various intelligent transportation systems(ITS) such as autonomous driving,unmanned aerial vehicles,and urban air *** studies on PPP-RTK mainly focused on improving navigation ***,for safety-critical applications,integrity is also an important performance *** PPP-RTK is usually implemented using a Kalman filter(KF),the well-known integrity monitoring schemes developed for leastsquares-based systems cannot be directly applied to *** considering the time-sequential nature of KF,we propose a user-end integrity monitoring scheme of PPP-RTK based on multiple hypothesis solution separation(MHSS) to offer high-reliability and high-precision position solutions with realtime integrity *** proposed scheme includes two key functions:real-time fault detection and rigorous protection level(PL) *** scheme captures both the faults from PPP-RTK service products and those faults introduced at the user *** are carried out with real data and simulated fault *** results suggest the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and indicate that multi-constellation PPP-RTK can offer position solutions with decimeter-level PLs(integrity risk:10
