Real-time and accurate queue length information is very imperative in evaluating the performance and to develop adequate queue management systems,especially under the congested condition in an advanced traffic control *** intelligent mobility technologies such as automatic number plate recognition systems and automatic vehicle identification systems for queue length estimation,have received tremendous attention due to their active deployments in recent years.A machine learning algorithm based real-time dynamic queue length estimation was proposed using the GPS and license plate recognition（LPR）*** to the former shock-fitting methods,the proposed method is fully data-driven,robust,and no need for any prior knowledge or assumptions about the shockwave *** this research project,the stop locations of vehicles and 18 representative features of traffic flow characteristics around the vehicles were extracted from GPS and LPR data respectively for the training of the machine learning algorithm *** that,a feature selection has been carried out through extracted features with the help of different feature selection techniques to remove irrelevant or redundant features,which could be harmful or at least have no contribution to the accuracy of the *** on the best-selected features,a Random Forest and Support Vector Regression model had been trained,and then a trained model was used to predict the stop locations of vehicles using the LPR data as *** cyclic lane-based maximum dynamic queue lengths were estimated based on the predicted stop *** proposed method was implemented for thirty-nine lanes in Kunshan city,P.R *** findings and conclusion include:（1）By the feature selection process,the travel time in control delay feature categories had the most significant impacts on the prediction accuracy of the Random Forests *** travel time of the leading vehicle as well as travel time of the labeled vehicle was stro

AQm路由器的主要目的是通过标记/丢弃数据包来控制网络拥塞,这些数据包用于流量源中的拥塞输入以平衡其流量。然而,在媒体主导的网络中,关键控制目标被认为能稳定排队延迟和优化连接利用率。大多数AQm算法在设计时都考虑到了标称工作点,以及网络参数的时变性。但是,这些算法通常会导致它们偏离其鲁棒性限制。为了解决由参数变化和无响应连接引起的网络条件存在的时间变化,在我的工作中设计了一个自校正补偿PID控制器。大多数拥塞控制算法（如TCP）依赖于反应式控制系统,首先进行拥检测,然后小心翼翼地向所需的工作点进军（例如,通过修改窗口大小或调整速率）。提出了两个算法,通过构造基于算法1的CUSUm NLmS滤波器实现对网络载荷的评估,通过构造基于算法2的CUSUm NLmS滤波器实现对链路容量的估计。为了平衡稳定性和收敛速度,算法往往需要数百个RTT才能收敛;随着网络速度越来越快,反应时间越来越短,这个问题越来越严重。主动队列管理方案用于减少路由器丢弃的数据包数。随机早期检测使用基于平均队列大小计算丢弃概率。此外,它根据指示在标记数据包之后到达的未标记数据包数的计数值进行修改。本文研究了随机变量（即标记数据包后到达的数据包数）对丢弃模式的影响。所提出的模型实现了平滑的丢弃模式,从而提高了参数的服务质量。提出了一种新的具有不同的丢弃函数的丢弃概率模型。新的丢弃概率的影响会增加吞吐量,减少预期的端到端延迟。一个重要的发现是,修改后的丢弃函数的选择显著影响了网络的性能度量。该方案包括自调整AQm和网络参数估计。控制器增益自适应补偿流量负载、网络延迟和瓶颈连接功率等时变网络参数的变化影响。由于控制器增益简单直接地从动态模型中获得,所以得到的自整定控制器可以在不同的工况下合理采用,同时保护了PI控制器的易用性。密集或边缘交换机通过AQm中的动态线路向源发出阻塞率信号。组织元素的时移性质以及为各种工作重点重新调整当前AQm算法的令人难以置信的交互作用需要改进新的AQm算法。由于组织元素的非最小级属性限制了相对比例积分微分（PID）调节器的直接利用,我们提出了一种依赖于另一种倾向于阶段松弛的控制方法和延迟带来的限制的补偿PID调节器。鉴于非最小级质量带来的不健全的内部元素,我们设计了一个动态补偿器,并通过确定后续错误的拟合元素,使PID调节器达到理想的展示效果。由于调节器增益是直接从特殊的模型中获得的,因此不需要在框架工作包上调整设计的调节器。此外,使用ns2的再创结果显示了对已有作品的升级,特别是当各种延迟和模型边界的范围非常大时。不费力、低计算成本、自调整结构但在执行方面的广泛改进是所提议的边缘或中心交换机AQm选定元素。

任何存在于商业环境中的公司,融资决策对他们来说都很重要。每家公司都需要以优势更高但资本成本低的方式筹集资金。之前对资本的决定因素进行了许多研究,以确定他们是否可以找到任何最佳或理想的结构公司。为了找到这种理想的资本结构,他们需要在选择公司可用的选项之间保持平衡。每家公司可用的选择权是股权和债务。它还试图找出理想的资本结构水平。选择巴基斯坦汽车装配商11家公司2008-17年的面板数据进行分析。数据来自巴基斯坦卡拉奇证券交易所和巴基斯坦证券交易所。用于这项研究的测试是;相关,固定效应,随机效应模型和普通最小二乘法。通过应用Hausman检验来选择随机效应和固定效应模型。Hausman检验表明固定效应模型是本研究的合适模型。我们的研究结果表明,债务对现金比率,盈利能力和年龄有负面影响,但有形性和规模与债务比率呈正相关关系。所有变量都很重要,在决策者做出决策时需要考虑这些变量。财务决策者需要选择理想的WACC级别。在融资决策时,最大化股东财富以及公司的利润。

Global stability and vaccination of an SEIVR epidemic model with saturated incidence rate

This study considers SEIVR epidemic model with generalized nonlinear saturated inci- dence rate in the host population horizontally to estimate local and global equilibriums. By using the Rout^Hurwitz criteria, it is shown that if the basic reproduction number R0 〈 1, the disease-free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable. When the basic reproduction number exceeds the unity, then the endemic equilibrium exists and is stable locally asymptotically. The system is globally asymptotically stable about the disease-free equilibrium if R0 〈 1. The geometric approach is used to present the global stability of the endemic equilibrium. For R0〉 1, the endemic equilibrium is stable globally asymptotically. Finally, the numerical results are presented to justify the mathematical results.

In this paper, an SEIVR epidemic model with generalized incidence and preventive vaccination is considered. First, we formulate the model and obtain its basic properties. Then, we find the equilibrium points of the model, the disease-free and the endemic equilibrium. The stability of disease-free and endemic equilibrium is associated with the basic reproduction number R0. If the basic reproduction number R0〈 1, the disease- free equilibrium is locally as well as globally asymptotically stable. moreover, if the basic reproduction number R0 〉 1, the disease is uniformly persistent and the unique endemic equilibrium of the system is locally as well as globally asymptotically stable under certain conditions. Finally, the numerical results justify the analytical results.

The present paper investigates the dynamics of pine wilt disease with saturated incidence rate. The proposed model is stable both locally and globally. The local stability of the disease-free equilibrium is determined by the basic reproduction R0. The disease-free equilibrium is stable locally and globally whenever R0〈 1. If R0 〉 1, then the endemic state is stable both locally and globally. Further, a brief discussion with conclusion on the numerical results of the proposed model is presented.

A Fuzzy Logic Based Power-Efficient Run-Time Reconfigurable multicore System

Increasing demand for better throughput and performance has motivated designers to come up with more sophisticated processors with innovative designs. Such designs for multicore architectures offer large amount of parallelism which is often underutilized and thus becomes overhead and liability. Due to these advancements, there has been a exponential increase in power consumption and heat dissipation of computing devices. Under these circumstances, an ideal system would be a reconfigurable system that can switch off all underutilized resources and work with only required ones. There is a need of reconfigurable computing devices and processors that are smart enough to configure themselves dynamically on runtime to find balance between throughput and power-consumption. This paper proposes a novel fuzzy logic based Dynamic voltage and frequency scaling(DVFS)and power-gating enabled controller which is capable of reducing power-consumption without affecting throughput and overall performance of the system. The design is implemented on Intel processor using Ubuntu as an operating system. Implementation results show that proposed Fuzzy logic controller(FLC) reduces power-consumption upto 40% by reconfiguring the processor dynamically without compromising the throughput.
