目的昌吉地区梅毒流行病学调查及其社会危害性研究。方法对2016年1月-2020年12月新疆昌吉州梅毒血清学试验阳性患者回顾性分析,实施梅毒流行病学调查。结果 2020年发病率22.2/10万较前一年有所降低,2016年1月-2020年12月年发病率呈现上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新疆昌吉地区的梅毒2016年1月-2020年12月呈小幅度逐渐上升趋势,2020年开始已经开始下降,这与加强了传染病管控机制和综合干预措施,以及各医疗机构提升了梅毒诊断、治疗标准密切相关,而重视对梅毒防控知识的宣传,可以有效降低产生疾病传播风险因素,在人群中提升对梅毒的防范意识,提升人口素质的同时,降低带给社会的危害性。

该文以西藏自治区为研究对象,利用卫星遥感技术取得的调查监测成果,探索性地将市级行政单元的建材类非金属矿山压占损毁土地情况、矿山环境恢复治理情况、采场挖损规模与地区生产总值、人口、区划面积、人口密度等社会经济典型要素进行相关统计分析。结果显示,地区生产总值或人口密度越高的地区,建材类非金属矿产资源开采规模越大,该结论为在我国西部省份预测一定区域内建材类非金属矿山开采规模及今后实现建材类非金属矿山地质环境与社会经济建设和谐发展提供了研究基础。

Ionic liquids(ILs)are known as green solvents,and have been widely used in the dissolution and transformation of biopolymers,the extraction of bioactive compounds and metal ions,and the capture of SO2 or ***,less attention was given to the separation of bio-based chemicals,such as diols and organic ***-based chemicals can be efficiently separated by organic solvent-based salting-out extraction(SOE)from fermentation broths,while organic solvents are normally unfriendly to environment and process safety in commercialized production due to their toxicity or/and *** recent years,the IL-based SOE system has been explored in the separation of bio-based chemicals as an alternative of organic solvent-based SOE *** this review,the progress of IL-based SOE of biobased chemicals has been summarized,including the effect of ILs structure on the formation of aqueous two phases,and the influences of ILs structure and concentration,temperature and pH on the partition behaviors of target products and ILs as well as removal of *** of bio-based chemicals could be distributed into the IL-rich phase with high recovery,while the partition behaviors of bio-based chemicals are sometimes different from that in organic solvent-based SOE *** the results of ILbased SOE are promising,further studies are still required in the increased selectivity of target products over by-products,recovery and recycling of ILs,and the separation between ILs and bio-based ***,three kinds of integrated bioprocesses would be developed on basis of utilization of ILs as extractant for SOE,catalyst for condensation reaction and solvent for pretreatment of lignocellulose.

The multispectral commercial satellite-WorldView-3(WV-3) has the highest spatial, spectral and radiation resolutions among the satellites currently and can generate good data in the shortwave infrared(SWIR). The study area is located in the Pobei area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which is rich in mineral resources. The spectral analyses of some typical altered hydroxy-bearing, iron-bearing, and carbonate-bearing minerals could establish several Principal Component Analysis(PCA) models and mineral indices, using the visible and near infrared(VNIR) and the shortwave infrared(SWIR) subsystems of WV-3 data. In addition, the Spectral Angle Method and the spectrum index tool of ENVI software were used to extract the relevant alteration information. The WV-3 data is well suited for identifying hydroxy-bearing alteration with rich SWIR bands which distinguish Al-OH-bearing from MgOH-bearing alteration. Hence, this study provides a basis for the prediction of mineral resources in the Pobei area and sets the foundation for WV-3 data to be used as an important tool in extracting alteration information and prospecting practices.

The use of supported Co-based catalysts is widespread in various catalytic reactions due to their unique *** structural sensitivity of these catalysts is closely linked to their particle size and crystal ***,comprehending the structure–activity relationship requires the development of well-defined Co-based ***,we employed a colloidal wet chemical process and a heterogeneous nucleation method to prepare well-defined Co-based catalysts supported by inert carbon *** nanospheres’surface possesses abundant functional groups that efficiently capture metal complexes and facilitate the nucleation and growth of CoO *** adjusting the Co source concentration,solvent molar ratio,and nucleation growth kinetics,we successfully prepared CoO/carbon sphere(CS)catalysts with different particle sizes and crystal *** influence of metallic face-centered cubic(fcc)-Co^(0) particle size in the range of 6.6–17.6 nm on the performance of Fischer–Tropsch synthesis(FTS)using well-defined CoO/CS catalysts has been *** result demonstrated that the turnover frequency(TOF)remained constant for CoO/CS catalysts with metallic fcc-Co^(0) particle size larger than 7.7 ***,both the selectivity and the activity changed for CoO/CS catalysts with smaller particles(<7.7 nm).Significantly,when metallic fcc-Co^(0) particle size was reduced from 17.6 to 7.7 nm,the cobalt time yield increased to 6.7μmolCO·gCo^(-1)·s^(-1),indicating improved catalytic *** the same time,the CH_(4) selectivity decreased to 4.9%,suggesting a higher preference for hydrocarbon *** findings demonstrate the importance of particle size in Co catalyzed Fischer–Tropsch *** use of well-defined CoO/CS catalysts offers valuable insights into the structure–activity relationship,leading to a better understanding of Co catalyzed Fischer–Tropsch synthesis.

Due to its unbounded and orthogonal modes,the orbital angular momentum(OAM)is regarded as a key optical degree of freedom(DoF)for future information processing with ultra-high capacity and *** the manipulation of OAM based on metasurfaces has brought about great achievements in various fields,such manipulation currently remains at single-DoF level,which means the multiplexed manipulation of OAM with other optical DoFs is still lacking,greatly hampering the application of OAM beams and advancement of *** order to overcome this challenge,we propose the idea of multiplexed coherent pixel(MCP)for *** approach enables the manipulation of arbitrary complex-amplitude under incident lights of both plane and OAM waves,on the basis of which we have realized the multiplexed DoF control of OAM and *** a result,the MCP method expands the types of incident lights which can be simultaneously responded by metasurfaces,enriches the information processing capability of metasurfaces,and creates applications of information encryption and OAM *** findings not only provide means for the design of high-security and high-capacity metasurfaces,but also raise the control and application level of OAM,offering great potential for multifunctional nanophotonic devices in the future.

Separation of 1,3-propanediol from glycerol-based fermentations of Klebsiella pneumoniae by alcohol precipitation and dilution crystallization

The separation of 1,3-propanediol from the glycerol-based fermentation broth of Klebsiella pneumoniae plays an important role during the microbial production of 1,*** this paper,the separation of 1,3-propanediol from fermentative broth by a combination of ultrafiltration and alcohol dilution crystallization was *** broth was first filtered by ultrafiltration,and 99%of cells,89.4%of proteins and 69%of nucleic acids were *** obtained broth was further condensed by vacuum distillation,and then alcohol was *** macro-molecular impurities,such as nucleic acids,polysaccharides and proteins,were precipitated,and inorganic and organic salts were *** optimal volume ratio of alcohol added to the condensed fermentation broth was determined to be 2:*** a result,proteins,nucleic acids and electric conduc-tivity decreased by 97.4%,89.7%and 95.8%,respectively,compared with the fermentative *** influences of pH and water content in condensed broth on alcohol precipi-tation and dilution crystallization were also *** experimental results indicated that alcohol precipitation and dilution crystallization was feasible and effective for the separation of 1,3-propanediol from actual fermentation broth.
