Efficacy of hierarchical pore structure in enhancing the tribological and recyclable smart lubrication performance of porous polyimide

Herein,a porous oil-containing material with hierarchical pore structure was successfully prepared through microtexturing large pores on the surface of porous polyimide(PPI)with single-level small *** to the conventional oil-containing material,the hierarchically porous oil-containing material exhibited high oil-content,and retained excellent mechanical properties and high oil-retention because of the synergistic effects of large pores and small ***,the lubricant stored in the hierarchically porous polyimide could release to the interface under thermal-and-mechano-stimuli,and the released lubricant could be reabsorbed into the hierarchically porous polyimide via the capillary-force offered by the porous *** on the high oil-content and recyclable oil release/reabsorption,the hierarchically porous oil-containing polyimide exhibited excellent lubrication performance(coefficient of friction was 0.057).Furthermore,the composite could perform 1,069 cycles of smart lubrication(1 h per cycle),which significantly extended the service life of the hierarchically porous oil-containing smart lubrication material.

The nonuniform irradiation in the standard photovoltaic（PV） cells causes their relatively high series resistance,which results in a considerably lowered efficiency of PV *** the concentrator of uniform irradiation designed for concentrator photovoltaic is rare in China and lack sufficient theoretical *** this paper,a systematic research on the solar reflective concentrator is conducted.A novel structure for a solar reflective concentrator is designed with the application of a flat mirror matrix to concentrate the sunlight for concentrator photovoltaic（CPV） *** beams are focused through the reflection of the mirror array on the solar cell to generate *** concentrator is capable of producing much more uniform sunlight with a certain concentration *** design scheme includes laying out the flat mirrors,optimizing the optical pathway and the parameters of each *** prototype of the CPV system was installed at Nanjing,*** the configuration of the prototype,it is composed of 24 pieces parallelogram flat mirrors,which are arranged into a total reflective array of 5 rows and 5 *** comparison with the parabolic trough concentrator,the experimental measurements verify such design has high *** concentrator model of a flat mirror matrix and the proposed new design method will lay a solid foundation for designing the concentrator of uniform irradiation.

Over-activation of TLR5 signaling by high-dose flagellin induces liver injury in mice

Flagellin is a potent activator of a broad range of cell types that are involved in innate and adaptive immunity. Therefore, it is a good adjuvant candidate for vaccines, and it might function as a biological protectant against both major acute radiation syndrome during cancer radiotherapy and a mitigator of radiation emergencies. However, accumulating evidence has implicated flagellin in the occurrence of some inflammatory diseases, such as acute lung inflammation, cardiovascular collapse and inflammatory bowel disease. The aim of this study was to elucidate whether only flagellin-TLR5 signaling activation plays a role in the pathophysiology of liver or whether some other flagellin activity also contributes to liver injury either via bacterial infections or during clinical applications. Recombinant flagellin proteins with or without TLR5-stimulating activity were used to evaluate the role of flagellin-TLR5 signaling in liver injury in wild-type and TLR5 KO mice. Gross lesions and large areas of hepatocellular necrosis were observed in liver tissue 12 h after the intraperitoneal administration of 100 or 200 pg flagellin （FliC） in a dose-and time-dependent manner in wild-type mice, but not in TLR5 KO mice. Deletion of the N-terminal or TLR5 binding domain of flagellin inhibited flagellin-induced inflammatory responses and the subsequent acute liver function abnormality and damage. These data confirmed that flagellin is an essential determinant of liver injury and demonstrated that the over-activation of TLR5 signaling by high-dose flagellin caused acute inflammatory responses, neutrophil accumulation and oxidative stress in the liver, which contributes to the progression and severity of flagellin-induced liver injury.

双材料界面裂纹渐近位移和应力场表现出剧烈的振荡特性,许多用于表征经典平方根(r^(1/2))和负平方根(r^(−1/2))渐近物理场的传统数值方法失效,给界面裂纹复应力强度因子(K_(1)+iK_(2))的精确求解增加了难度.引入一种含有复振荡因子的新型“特殊裂尖单元”,可精确表征裂纹尖端渐近位移和应力场的振荡特性,在避免裂尖区域高密度网格剖分的情况下,可实现双材料界面裂纹复应力强度因子的精确求解.此外,结合边界元法中计算近奇异积分的正则化算法,成功求解了大尺寸比(超薄)双材料界面裂纹的断裂力学参数.数值算例表明,所提算法稳定,效率高,在不增加计算量的前提下,显著提高了裂尖近场力学参量和断裂力学参数的求解精度和数值稳定性.

数字人文在当下中国,已经成为学术研究的热点和趋势。因此有必要对数字人文的"数字"组成部分进行比较深入的讨论。第一,"数字"是软件和算法,"数字"是技术和工具,"数字"是基础设施和研究范式。"数字"为人文学术研究带来机遇的同时,其技术困境和伦理困境也已显现。第二,从数字化生存到数据化发现,不仅带来新的思维模式和研究视角,而且实现了载体的转型进而导致意义的变迁。第三,从思辨式研究方法到数据驱动研究范式,实现了人文学术研究的"计算转向"。但问题在于"数字"一家独大,不能很好体现人文理念,影响了中国原创性学术成果的生产。如何突破数字人文的"数字困境"?加强问题导向、提升复合素养、跨界合作创新、提倡文化批评,就显得尤为重要。

三维位势问题的边界元分析中,关于坐标变量的边界位势梯度的计算是一个困难的问题.已有一些方法着手解决这个问题,然而,这些方法需要复杂的理论推导和大量的数值计算.本文提出求解一般边界位势梯度边界积分方程的辅助边值问题法.该方法构造了与原边界值问题具有相同解域的辅助边值问题,该辅助边值问题具有已知解,因此通过求解此辅助边值问题,可获得梯度边界积分方程对应的系统矩阵,然后将此系统矩阵应用于求解原边值问题,求解过程非常简单,只需求解一个线性系统即可获得原边值问题的解.值得注意的是,在求解原边值问题时,不再需要重新计算系统矩阵,因此辅助边值问题法的效率并不很差.辅助边值问题法避免了强奇异积分的计算,具有数学理论简单、程序设计容易、计算精度高等优点,为坐标变量梯度边界积分方程的求解提供了一个新的途径. 3个标准的数值算例验证了方法的有效性.
