Ag掺杂CuO微米管制备及气敏性能测试

以脱脂棉为模板,硝酸铜为铜源,采用浸渍与烧结方法制备CuO;引入不同量的Ag修饰CuO形成Ag/CuO微米管复合结构,用于挥发性有机物检测。利用热分析仪(TG)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、 X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段分析样品的烧结情况、表面形貌、微结构、晶体结构和化学成分。结果表明,所制备的CuO样品均为单斜相,且成功复刻了脱脂棉结构,整体呈微米管状;引入的Ag与CuO成功复合,形成Ag/CuO微米管复合结构。引入适当含量Ag可有效提升CuO微米管对乙醇的检测能力,Cu/Ag摩尔比10∶1的传感器对100μL/L乙醇的检测灵敏度达14.87,响应/恢复时间为349 s/147 s,具有良好的重复性与长期稳定性。

Potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)have been considered as one of the most promising alternatives to lithiumion batteries(LIBs)in view of their competitive energy density with significantly reduced product ***,alloy-type materials are expected as a high-performance anode of PIBs thanks to their intrinsic chemical stability as well as high theoretical specific ***,the serious incompatibility between alloy-type active materials and electrolytes,especially for the formation of unstable solidelectrolyte interfacial(SEI)films,often leads to insufficient cycle ***,the formation mechanism of SEI films in the K-storage systems based on carbon sphere confined Sb anode(Sb@CS)were investigated in commercially available *** characterizations and theoretical calculation revealed that the solvents in the dilute electrolyte of 0.8 M KPF_(6)/EC+DEC were excessively decomposed on the interface to generate unstable SEI and thus result in inferior K-storage *** the contrary,a salt-concentrated electrolyte(3 M KFSI/DME)can generate inorganic-dominated stable SEI due to the preferential decomposition of *** a result,the prepared Sb@CS in the matched 3 M KFSI/DME electrolyte delivered a high reversible capacity of 467.8 m A h g^(-1)after 100 cycles at 100 m A g^(-1),with a slow capacity decay of 0.19%per cycle from the 10th to the 100th *** findings are of great significance for revealing the interfacial reaction between electrodes and electrolytes as well as improving the stability of Sb-based anode materials for PIBs.

The possibility of 5He cluster emission has been affirmed theoretically. In order to describe the emission probability of 5He cluster, the pre-formation probability of 5He cluster in pre-equilibrium emission process is needed to be established. In terms of Iwamoto-Harada model, the theoretical formula of pre-formation probability of 5He cluster including 1p shell nucleon in pre-equilibrium mechanism has been established and calculated. In the case of low incident energies, the configuration of [1, m] for 5He cluster is the dominant part in the nuclear reaction. The calculated results indicate that pre-formation probability of configuration [1, m] for the unstable 5He cluster is much smaller than those of d, t, 3He, and 4He, i.e. the light stable composite particles, which are consisted of only 1s shell nucleons. However, it is propitious to the emission of 5He from the point of view on threshold energies, since the binding energies of 5He are generally lower than that of 3He in compound nucleus. The corresponding model formula has been given in this paper for described pre-formation probability of 5He cluster in pre-equilibrium mechanism.

The probability of 5He particle emission has been affirmed theoretically [J.S. Zhang, Science in China G47 (2004) 137]. In order to describe the 5He emission, the theoretical formula of the double-differential cross section of emitted 5He is to be established. Based on the pick-up mechanism, used for calculating the formula of d, t, 3He, α emissions, the theoretical formula of double-differential cross section of 5 He is obtained, which is expressed in the form of Legendre coefficients. In the case of low incident energies, the configuration [J.S. Zhang, Science in China G47 (2004)137; J.S. Zhang, Commun. Theor. Phys. (Beijing, China) 39 (2003) 83] is the dominant part in the reaction *** calculated result indicates that the forward peaked angular distribution of the composite particle emission is weaker than that of the emitted single nucleon due to pick-up nucleon from the Fermi sea. As an example, the reactions of n + 14N have been calculated, and the Legendre coefficients of d, t, 3He, α, 5He emissions are obtained *** results show that the forward tendency is decided by the average momentum per nucleon in the emitted composite particles. The larger the average momentum is, the stronger the forward tendency is.

为了验证纳米颗粒展示圆环病毒3型(PCV3)衣壳蛋白(Cap)串联表位的免疫效果,本试验通过多肽的点杂交和酶联免疫斑点法(ELISPOT)筛选B细胞表位和T细胞表位,通过SpyCatcher/SpyTag(SpyCatcher和SpyTag均为纤维连接蛋白FbaB的结构域,可自发形成异肽键)将表位串联并展示于E2pCD(纳米颗粒展示平台)表面,应用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分别检测蛋白的表达情况和颗粒组装情况,通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和流式细胞术分别检测纳米颗粒展示PCV3 Cap抗原表位免疫后猪血清PCV3抗体水平和外周血T淋巴细胞增殖水平。结果显示,共筛选出3个B细胞表位[P10:73~87aa(ETAISFEYYKILKMK)、P21:161~175aa(QSLFFFSRPTPWLNT)、P26:201~214aa(YGTKEVWIRYKSVL)]和3个T细胞表位[P20:153~167aa(GTTSAHPGQSLFFFS)、P21:161~175aa(QSLFFFSRPTPWLNT)、P24:185~199aa(LLWSIYVPEKTGMTD)]。SDS-PAGE检测结果显示,SpyCatcher-E2pCD、PCV3 Cap(P10-P20~P26)-SpyTag和SpyCatcher-E2pCD-PCV3 Cap(P10-P20~P26)-SpyTag分子量分别为40、16和55kDa。通过TEM可以检测到SpyCatcher-E2pCD和SpyCatcher-E2pCD-PCV3 Cap(P10-P20~P26)-SpyTag均形成直径约22 nm的纳米颗粒。免疫效果评价结果显示,免疫后21 d时,SpyCatcher-E2pCD-PCV3 Cap(P10-P20~P26)-SpyTag免疫猪产生的特异性抗体水平以及CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)和CD4^(+)CD8^(+)淋巴细胞比例均极显著高于PCV3 Cap(P10-P20~P26)-SpyTag(P<0.001)。结果表明,通过SpyCatcher-E2pCD展示PCV3 Cap串联表位具有较好的免疫效果,可以为PCV3候选疫苗的研制提供借鉴。

A novel nonprecious metal material consisting of Coembedded porous interconnected multichannel carbon nanofibers(Co/IMCCNFs) was rationally designed for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)*** the synthesis,ZnCo2O4 was employed to form interconnected mesoporous channels and provide highly active Co3O4/Co core–shell nanoparticle-based sites for the *** IMC structure with a large synergistic effect of the N and Co active sites provided fast ORR electrocatalysis *** Co/IMCCNFs exhibited a high half-wave potential of 0.82 V(*** hydrogen electrode) and excellent stability with a current retention up to 88% after 12,000 cycles in a current–time test,which is only 55% for 30 wt% Pt/C.

The interaction between electrons and matter is an effective means of light emission,through mechanisms including Cherenkov radiation and Smith–Purcell radiation(SPR).In this study,we show that the superlight inverse Doppler effects can be realized in reverse Smith–Purcell radiation excited by a free electron beam with a homogeneous *** particular,we find that two types of anomalous SPR exist in the homogenous substrate:special SPR and reverse *** results reveal that the electron velocity can be tuned to simultaneously excite different combinations of normal SPR,special SPR,and reverse *** proposed manifold light radiation mechanism can offer greater versatility in controlling and shaping SPR.

Non-equilibrium fission has been described by diffusion model. In order to describe the diffusion process analytically, the analytical solution of Smoluchowski equation in harmonic oscillator potential is obtained. This analytical solution is able to describe the probability distribution and the diffusive current with the variable x and t. The results indicate that the probability distribution and the diffusive current are relevant to the initial distribution shape, initial position, and the nuclear temperature T; the time to reach the quasi-stationary state is proportional to friction coefficient β, but is independent of the initial distribution status and the nuclear temperature T. The prerequisites of negative diffusive current are justified. This method provides an approach to describe the diffusion process for fissile process in complicated potentials analytically.

慢性咽炎患者咽部分泌物微生物培养结果分析

目的探讨并分析慢性咽炎患者的咽部分泌物微生物培养的结果。方法筛选50例我院收治的慢性咽炎患者(2016年10月-2021年10月)作为研究对象,开展回顾性分析,采集患者咽后壁分泌物样本,实施微生物培养,分析微生物培养结果。结果 50例患者采集咽后壁分泌物实施微生物培养,检出16种细菌,共计检出菌株数为264株;其中类白喉棒杆菌、卡他莫拉菌、臭鼻克雷伯菌为非致病菌株,共计46株(占比17.42%);其他218株(82.58%)为致病菌;细菌株中α-溶血性链球菌占比最高为18.94%,其次为卡他莫拉菌(占比8.71%)、副流感嗜血菌(占比8.33%);所有分出的细菌中革兰阴性菌124株(46.97%),革兰阳性菌140株(占比53.03%);慢性咽炎的病原菌对妥布霉素、头孢他啶、头孢曲松、万古霉素、利福平的耐药性均低于50.00%,对红霉素、青霉素、克林霉素、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶的耐药性分别为61.64%、63.04%、60.71%、53.89%。结论慢性咽炎的发生与患者咽部菌群紊乱存在相关性,且咽部致病菌具有较高的检出率。
